Hello! Welcome to our Rover page. We are so glad you are considering hiring us to care for your precious fur baby/s. Let me introduce myself. My name is Lisa. Myself, along with my wonderful husband Trevor, and our awesome son Nathan, run a full-time Pet Care Service in our beautiful home in La Crescenta.

Lisa, Trevor and Nathan went above & beyond to care for my dog while we were out of the country. From the regular updates and photos, I could tell she was being not only cared for, but pampered. Lisa even rearranged some furniture to allow Daisy a better view out of the window! Lisa & family are amazing animal care-givers and we will definitely use them again.

Now, if you are anything like me, your fur baby is your everything. So, finding a loyal, loving caretaker is extremely important to you. Trust me, I totally get it. I also understand, it can be very overwhelming, and maybe even a bit intimidating looking through all the wonderful caretakers here on the Rover website.

A typical day

We are a very active family. That love to take neighborhood walks and hikes at all the wonderful parks in our area. So, if your pup has lots of energy. They will get all the exercise they need and absolutely deserve. But, if your pup has low energy. And just wants to enjoy short walks and daily short stretches in our backyard. Will make sure to make that happen.

Please make sure to read everything below before reaching out to book: 1.) Before booking, I do require a quick over the phone chat, followed by a Meet & Greet 2.) Day Care Hours: Mon-Sun 8am to 5:30pm Full Day $45 8am to 5:30pm Half Day $35 8am-1pm (4hr maximum) Boarding $65 per 24hr period (*Example, If you drop off at 8am. Pickup is the following day at 8am) If you pickup after your scheduled pickup time, we charge $5 per hour. Drop off and Pick Up times are from: 8am-5:30pm If you need to drop-off or pick-up before or after our regularly scheduled hours, we are willing to accommodate you. The earliest drop-off time is 6am. And, the latest pick up time is 8pm. We do charge an additional $20 fee. 3.) I will not offer Daycare or Board excessive barkers. It’s okay if your pup occasionally barks. But, if your pup barks excessively I will have to call you or your emergency contact to come pick up your pup. 4.) I have limited space in my home. So, to ensure all my furry guests are comfortable, I can only accommodate pups who are under 45 pounds. 5.) If your pup has shown aggression towards other dogs, men, women, or children, I will not be able to care for your pup. And will call you or your emergency contact to pickup your pup. 6.) Your pet MUST be all up to date on all their vaccines. Including rabies. I care for several pets at one time. And it is very important that everyone is vaccinated. I will need a copy of their vaccines for my records. 7.) Your pet MUST also be on Flea Meds. I will also need proof of that. My home is thankfully flea free. And, I want to make sure all my furry guests are flea free. 8.) Your pet MUST be fully house trained. If your pup attempts to mark any of my furniture, I will have you, or your emergency contact pick up your pup. 9.) If your pup becomes aggressive towards me, other pups in my care, or anyone in my home, I will have you, or your emergency contact pick up your pup immediately. 10.) Your pup MUST get along with other pups. I care for up to 4-5 pets. Unless, you book an *Exclusive VIP sitting or boarding. 11.) If your pup is crate trained, I do have a crate available for your pup. But, you are more than welcome to bring your own. 12.) If your pup is used to sleeping with you. No worries, we have plenty of room on our bed for your pup to sleep with us. 13.) Please make sure to pack all your dog or cat food in a container with his or her name labeled on it. 14.) We also offer Exclusive VIP accommodations. What does our Exclusive VIP accommodations entail? First off, all the fur babies who stay with us, get lots of love, tons of cuddles, and one on one time. But, some fur babies need constant attention and a human with them at all the time. Or, some pups may not get along with other pups and need private accommodations, private one on one walks, and private outside time. That is why we created the Exclusive VIP package. If you are interested in these services, please give us a call to further discuss this option.
Each sitter joining Rover needs to pass an identity verification. And by booking on Rover, you can get photo & message updates, 24/7 support and reimbursement for eligible vet care.
