Cassie was diligent in preparing for his 7-night stay with her. She asked questions, as well as made her own additional notes and timetables to go with our printed instructions. Her place is is clean and tidy and she is very responsible and responsive. We also love that she is a genuinely nice person and easy to talk to! All very valuable attributes and difficult to find on Rover! She sent us daily updates with photos and videos. Leroy received lots of attention and snuggles. We felt at ease knowing our pup was in good hands. Leroy came back relaxed and clean, even with all the recent rains! Without a doubt, we would book with Cassie again! “Ribika and Sam were perfect caretakers for my older dog for the five nights he stayed at their place. They sent frequent updates and pictures, and were always in touch and responsive. My dog is older and has some specific health concerns but they were on top of it with his meds and routine. They were also observant and let me know as soon as they saw he wasn’t eating as usual. My dog was fine, but I really appreciated their care, abundance of caution, and proactive communication. I will definitely reach out to Ribika and Sam the next time I need a dog sitter!
