About: Best care for your best friend! I am a certified dog trainer with years of both personal and professional experience with dogs, and other animals. I teach group dog training classes on most evenings and volunteer at local dog shelters on my free time. I have experience boarding, training, and walking, and am also certified in shelter dog training, pet first aid and CPR. I'm not ready to commit to a dog of my own, so rather than having my own, I want to spend my time making sure that other's pets are getting the all the TLC they deserve! It's difficult for pet owners to be home and attentive all day so I'm here to provide any help that I can. I understand that each dog has its unique personality - I promise to take the time to get to know and care for them like they were my own. I am home most of the day. I enjoy being home to work, read, and paint. I also like to do something active about 1-2 days a week (such as hiking). I can care for a pet for most of my day. Dogs and cats are allowed to roam freely and are allowed on furniture. If crate is provided and requested, I can crate them. I am extremely patient with all my animal clients.

I have been a cat mom for 16 yrs, but sadly my beloved cat, Mittens passed away in May 2025. I miss him dearly! And I deeply miss having a fur baby in my life! My living room is a reasonable size (1000 sqft), which is why I only board small to medium sized dogs; however, I work from home, so I’m always able to take the dogs out to get some much needed air, sun and exercise daily, so they don’t get too cooped up or bored indoors. I also always make it a priority to turn the AC and fans on at my place, so they can stay cool and comfortable at all times. Furthermore, I have used the Rover App before to have my own late cat boarded with a pet sitter on here, so I fully understand the comfort and the need for owners to have pet sitters send photos, videos and daily updates of their pets to them, therefore, I always make that a priority and I am more than happy to do that! I firmly believe and take it very seriously that a pet sitter should always respond immediately and be absolutely communicative at all times!

If your booking exceeds 8 hours, an additional $5 per hour will be added to your booking. I work from home so I have the flexibility to home all day with your pet if they’re staying with me - perfect for frequent potty breaks and walks. I have a dog of my own who is crate trained so in the rare occasion that I need to step out while watching your pet to run an errand, he will always be secured and cat kept in a separate, closed off area of the home so that your dog will not be unsupervised around another animal.

About: I have taken care of dogs (my own, family, friends) for 10+ years. I currently have a sweet girl named Benni. She is a 1.5 year old husky/terrier mix and loves other dogs! We go for two walks a day in addition to the dog park daily. We hike at Elysian, Griffith and love walking the reservoir! I have experience walking/caring for multiple dogs at once. I work fully remote, east coast hours. My position is super flexible, I am able go for walks, run errands etc. throughout the day and completely free in the evening's leaving ample time for pet care. I have a super friendly, playful dog to keep yours company, a large 2 bedroom townhouse with plenty of space for the pups to play. Happy to crate train if needed. My home has a patio area for potty breaks when we aren’t out walking. This was my first time using Olivia since my normal sitter was not available which was unfortunate BUT I am very fortunate to have met Olivia and use her services! She was extremely communicative and even messaged me when she had some concerns about the dogs going to her door. Prior to our doggy day care, she met with us through video call which I really appreciated. I informed her of my older dogs luxating patella and she informed me she had low couches so that made me feel better. Olivia also sent various pictures and texts throughout the day to let me know the dogs were doing well. I’d absolutely use her services again.
Beatrix and Elliot have stayed with Paul twice now and Paul always goes ABOVE AND BEYOND! This was a last minute request and he was thankfully able to accommodate! I feel that Paul takes care of my dogs as if they were his own, I know they are safe when they are with him and that brings me so much comfort. He also takes beautiful pictures of them that I very much enjoy lol Extremely thankful for him and so happy to have found him through Rover, highly highly recommend!
Mary continues to impress me. Our dog Brownie just absolutely loves her. Usually he’s a bit out of sorts when we leave him for the weekend, but when we pick him up from Mary’s he’s always happy and content. We can tell she takes such great care of him. Thank you, Mary!
Another amazing day sitting with Rachel! We had to drop a little early and pick up a little late and Rachel was so accommodating. Gracie had the best time playing with friends. Great communication and pics and video sent as before. So happy we found her!!
