Cassie was diligent in preparing for his 7-night stay with her. She asked questions, as well as made her own additional notes and timetables to go with our printed instructions. Her place is is clean and tidy and she is very responsible and responsive. We also love that she is a genuinely nice person and easy to talk to! All very valuable attributes and difficult to find on Rover! She sent us daily updates with photos and videos. Leroy received lots of attention and snuggles. Lena was very proactive about making Vienna feel at home, asked me about her schedule so that she can follow exactly the routine Vienna has at home. They are both amazing!
