What I love about them is that someone is always home and they only take one dog at a time. They were quick to schedule a meet-and-greet and were very welcoming. Sophie got to meet their dog, Ellie, and they got along instantly. Ana and Mitchell were flexible, accommodating, and asked thoughtful questions to make sure Sophie’s needs were met. We set up a short doggy date for a couple of hours, and it went perfectly- Sophie didn’t even notice we had left! Since leaving Sophie is new for us, we appreciated the frequent updates and their respect for her schedule. She came home happy and content, and it was clear she had a great time. Sophie will definitely be back soon. We even forgot a couple of things at their house and stopped by later, and Sophie was eager to go back inside to Ana and Mitchell’s home- showing just how comfortable she feels there.”

She made sure Mia felt at home and settled and is very mindful of how all the dogs interact with each other. We were able to set up several visits before our trip to meet the other dogs she would be staying with which made the drop-off and transition much easier for our timid dog. Athene is great about giving updates while you’re away and makes sure each dog is happy, safe, and healthy. When we brought Mia home she was completely exhausted from a full week of fun and play.
