About: Hi, my name is Angie! I love animals like my blood relatives and I would love to be your next fur baby caretaker! I've lived in a house with 3 dogs for my entire life, and love to play, walk, relax, and explore with them. Since I was 8 I've been actively taking care of pups (feeding, walking, bathing, grooming, and cleaning up after them), so I'm definitely confident with taking care of dogs. My earliest memories were with a Husky, Doberman mix, and Super-mutt, and then I grew up with my GSP, Australian Shepherd, and Chi-Poo (who is now the happiest 14-year-old old lady). In college I also fostered cats – a sibling duo I took care of for 6 months, as well as a litter of 6 kittens – so I love to be with both dogs and cats alike, and know how to take care of both sweet creatures :) I'm available for dog walking, dog sitting, or cat sitting, and have availability throughout the week (with only Sunday afternoons fully blocked off). I can take care of small and big dogs alike, and love to be active – so no amount of energy is too much for me! I have taken care of dogs from 6 weeks to 14 years, and cats from 2 weeks to 6 years old. I just graduated from USC, and I'm very responsible and know how to look after and take care of our precious pets. I'm free for walking throughout the week, and am very flexible with my work schedule since I'm a figure skating teacher. Sundays I am unavailable from 11AM-4PM, but I am otherwise available to take care of your pets or board for a period of time. I have lots of toys, treats, and love to give, and having experience with both old and young pets, I adapt to energy levels very quickly and know how to build connections and trust with animals. I am very clean and responsible, and if any mess is made I clean it right up. I’ve raised the majority of them from their baby stage such as their puppy/kitten stage. I also have had the pleasure of giving them a beautiful life and led them into their senior stage. I have a husky, shih tzu and a Siamese cat! So I have a very broad experience with different sized pets and I’ve enjoyed every second of it. I have a very open and flexible schedule and I would love to provide my services to you! As I work with the local district, I have returned back to work for the fall semester. However, my work day ends at 3pm! So it still allows me to have a very open/flexible schedule. I can do weekdays after 3pm and weekends including holidays! I’m available from early noon to late at night. Weekends include anytime after 6pm. I have a gated porch with lots of room for play and a quiet calm neighborhood for long walks and quality time with your pet. I can also administer medication and crate or provide any instructions left by the owner.

About: I've been around dogs my whole life -- I grew up with dogs, have had two dogs as an adult, have fostered 10 or so dogs, and dogsit for friends all the time. I even have a god-dog. About: I’ve always shared my home with dogs, whether living with roommates and family who had pets or stepping in to pet-sit for friends. Even without having a dog of my own, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for the unique bond they share with us 'two-legged animals.' I love their capacity for unconditional trust and pure affection—they really are the best companions. Whether I’m matching their high energy or enjoying a quiet moment of calm, I find so much joy in their presence Currently I am on sabbatical from my job and have time to spend with pets. I like taking dogs out for walks at the park, or just around the neighborhood. Unless some other life responsibility comes up, I am open to spend as much time as I would like with the fuzzy butts! I live in a small 8 unit apartment building in a very walkable neighborhood. I live very close to Griffith park and love to visit there with dogs. My apartment is a 2/2 and there are no limits to if a pet is on the furniture with me. I love to snuggle if they like to.

This past weekend when Lindsay was sitting, our front door broke (our fault, it was rotting!) and she quite literally figured out how to get it back on its hinges!! We never have to worry about our pets, their well being, or our home when she is here and we are eternally grateful to have found her through Rover!”

I love being around animals and have a great understanding of what they might be telling us through body language and visual cues. I grew up with no less than 3 dogs in the house at a time. Caring for neighborhood pets, nanny family’s pets and friend’s pets. Although I feel comfortable around pets, my approach is always calm, cautious and respectful. I will make sure your furry friend feels comfortable and safe. I am available weekdays in the early afternoon and some weekends. I have a full time job that finishes early in the day and need some extra income and something nice to do in my free time.
