For cats, I have more than enough space for several litter boxes and a cat tree already so they’ll feel right at home. For house sitting, we can discuss your pets needs but I am open and flexible!

About: I’ve been dog-sitting for 3 years, and honestly, I just really love dogs! 🐶 I’ve cared for dogs of all sizes and personalities, with most of my experience being with bigger dogs. I’ve looked after two Huskies at once, a Standard Poodle, Chihuahua, Pomeranian, and senior dogs. I grew up with a Lhasa Apso and was lucky enough to care for him myself during his senior years, so I understand how much extra patience, love, and attention older pups can need. I’m also very active and genuinely love going for walks. I average at least 10,000 steps a day, so if your dog loves a good walk, we’re probably going to be best friends! I’m very comfortable staying in other people’s homes and actually enjoy helping dogs stay in the environment they know and love. My goal is to keep your pup happy, comfortable, and on their normal routine while you’re away. I’ll give them plenty of attention, exercise, cuddles, and, of course, lots of love! I work part time remotely with lots of flexibility and can bring my laptop anywhere. I don’t not have a partner or children so I can dedicated the proper time to looking after your pet! I will ensure that gates and doors are locked. The dog is on leash whenever we leave and to avoid other dogs and people if necessary. I will stick to your wishes on how you want your pet looked after.

Alex approached everything with such a positive attitude and a genuine willingness to learn. He was flexible when our return flight was delayed by several hours, which was a huge relief. He not only took wonderful care of our animals (who clearly loved having him around) but also went above and beyond in looking after our home, leaving it in better shape than when we left. The peace of mind we had knowing both our house and pets were in such capable hands was truly invaluable. We’re so grateful for Alex’s care and commitment, and we would 100% book with him again!”
