Primarily with the animals, yet as well built communicative skills with individuals. -Cheers, André. ✌🏽 Currently I am self-employed. Be that as it may, I have quite the open/flexible schedule. Adherence to any fitted schedule isn’t necessary. Unless communicated prior, scheduling shouldn’t ever be an issue of concern. I’ve been surrounded by, and lived with and have familial pets all throughout my life, but I’ve only recently become a pet father myself as of eight months ago. Actions I take in my home to cater to, and care for my pets include the following: -Thorough research on how to continue to better myself as a parent towards my pets. -Patience becoming more and more a virtue 😅 ha. -Repetition -Understanding Acts of discipline, or constructive experiences to better the bond between myself and my pets, are dismal. Redirection, and communication with the pets consistently build the bond. Consistent, and I mean consistent playtime, proper feeding schedule, toys…I’ve built quite the furniture shop for my cats. Lastly just love them, damn. 😁

“I have never done dog sitting through Rover before and I am just so sad I didn't mean Rachael sooner! She is AMAZING! Extremely responsive, very detailed and professional all the way. Our senior Min Pin, Frankie, met Rachael a few days before the scheduled dog sitting and he LOVED her. Within minutes he was curled up on her lap. Rachael understands how much our furbabies mean to us and treated Frankie as if he were her own. We received daily updates and pictures all throughout the days while we were away. Not only did she dog sit and walk Frankie, but she truly spent time with him. I want to mention that Frankie had an upset stomach the day we left as well as an itchy paw. Neither were things we discussed beforehand as they hadn't occurred until the day we left. Rachael took care of both without hesitation. She fed him pumpkin pulp to help his tummy and did Epsom Salt soaks for his itchy paw. She really went above and beyond. When we came home, we came home to a very chill and relaxed dog. AND she took some awesome photos and printed them for us :) I really cannot say enough about Rachael. We were so impressed and so grateful. And she took incredible care of our apartment. Rachael is one of a kind and a true gem. Looking forward to the next time we can work with her. Would recommend her to everyone and anyone (and this is coming from a very anal doggy mom). It’s very clear that Heather loves animals, which I think is the most important quality in a sitter. She took great care of my dog and cat, and understood their quirks. She kept my plants alive, which isn’t easy in LA in the Summer. Heather understood and followed the (fairly complex) instructions I left about all my pets’ medication and preferences. She was responsive to my messages while I was out of town. When I returned home, my house was just as tidy as I left it, and Heather also gave me a helpful handoff message about the pets and laundry.
This was our first time leaving our 16 week old puppy Biggie and Ninon did an excellent job of taking care of him while we were away for the weekend. She’s very communicative and sent lots of texts and pics. She’s took Biggie on local adventures which we appreciated as we want to socialize him as much as possible. We have already rebooked her for an upcoming vacation.
We came home to a happy pup! We’ve had our dog, Ludo, for over a year and a half and haven't had to leave him for any significant amount of time. So you can imagine our hesitation leaving him for four days while we took a cross-country trip. Thankfully, we found Cody on Rover. He immediately put us at ease with his warm, welcoming demeanor. Ludo took to him instantly, sniffing him like an old friend—and if that isn't a seal of approval, I don't know what is! Cody was punctual and followed Ludo's routine to a T. He sent frequent photo updates that eased our anxiety about being away from him for an extended period. Cody kept our minds at ease and our pup wonderfully entertained. We’ve already decided to book him for all our future trips. If you're nervous about leaving your pet with someone new, you couldn't be in better hands than with Cody.
Dee was truly amazing! I swear he might actually be a dog whisperer. My dog Blossom absolutely loved him and was so happy and comfortable with him. He was incredibly communicative while I was away, and I felt completely comfortable and assured the entire time knowing my dog and my home were in such good hands. He sent thoughtful updates, was attentive to everything, and clearly cared about making sure Blossom was happy and well taken care of. Brigette was incredible! She was punctual and communicative through and through. We felt such a sense of peace while away knowing that our beloved cat (and home) would be cared for in all the important ways. Whenever we travel again, can only hope that Brigette will be available:)
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Avery was absolutely wonderful with Max, and we couldn’t have asked for a better sitter! He took such thoughtful care of him while we were away — taking him on walks and hikes, playing his favorite game of fetch, and making sure he got plenty of attention and activity. What I appreciated most was how attentive Avery was to Max emotionally. Every day, he sent us updates about how Max was doing, including his mood, how he was adjusting, and how he was eating. Being away from Max for an extended period, those little details meant so much to us and really gave us peace of mind. Avery also went above and beyond by cleaning up our house before he left, which was such a thoughtful surprise to come home to. It was very clear that Avery genuinely cared about Max and took the time to understand his personality and make him feel comfortable and loved. We came home to a happy, well-cared-for dog.
