Wow. I cannot say enough about how wonderful the experience was having Alex look after my 2 kittens. It’s always stressful to be away from pets, but all of the positive reviews I read about Alex turned out to be true. He gave detailed reports of his interactions with my little guys and sent lots of photos. This gave me so much reassurance that all was well. I recommend Alex 100% if you want the very best care for your fur babies.
Another great visit with Alex. We were away for about a week and came back to an apartment that looked like we never left. I genuinely don’t know how he does it. The cats were happy and relaxed, honestly like they didn’t miss us at all, which says everything. He stayed on top of all the feeding instructions we left, which we really appreciated, and made sure everything was handled exactly as requested. He also kept us posted on little things around the apartment, including the Roomba, making sure it was emptied, reset, and charging so it could keep running while we were gone. That level of attention makes a big difference. We always feel at ease leaving our home and pets with Alex. Really grateful for him and all the care he puts into it.
Another out-of-town trip, another wonderful visit from Alex. He was incredibly flexible with our cats’ new feeding schedule and handled every bit of chaos they created while we were away. From untangling toys from the roomba to fixing and repositioning our camera, Alex took care of everything. We came home to happy cats and a great-looking apartment. We truly could not ask for a better pet sitter.
Alex did a great job taking care of our cats, Shanghai and Frankie! We loved receiving daily pictures and report outs letting us know our beloved felines were happy and well fed in our absence! We will definitely ask Alex to take care of our kitties next time we leave town. Thanks, Alex!
We can’t say enough good things about Alex! He spent the weekend taking care of our crew, including our paralyzed dog Laika who requires special care. Alex approached everything with such a positive attitude and a genuine willingness to learn. He was flexible when our return flight was delayed by several hours, which was a huge relief. He not only took wonderful care of our animals (who clearly loved having him around) but also went above and beyond in looking after our home, leaving it in better shape than when we left. The peace of mind we had knowing both our house and pets were in such capable hands was truly invaluable. We’re so grateful for Alex’s care and commitment, and we would 100% book with him again!
