About: I started dog walking and doing cat play dates out of high school 11 years ago and loved it! I grew up with two large dogs and two cats in Portland, Oregon. Calm or animated, tall and long, short and stout, I take care of dogs & cats with all types of personalities, needs, and routines. I know dog & cat first aid through the American Red Cross and will go above and beyond to be a steward of your space. I study critical theory around the subjects of visual culture and land use at Portland State University online, so my schedule is open and adaptable to yours. My availability is completely open. I'm currently a student online, so I can adapt my schedule around whichever days and times you need help. I'm a patient, soft-spoken caretaker that allows a new fur friend to get to know me first. I'll walk the greenest routes in the area and cross the streets at the safest points. I walk at a steady pace and can check in with you and your pet during the walk or pet sit. We can play games or lounge around if that's more their style. I'll tend to your pet's grooming, diet, activity, and behavior specificities as well as any household tasks that accompany the visit.

We came home to a happy pup! We’ve had our dog, Ludo, for over a year and a half and haven't had to leave him for any significant amount of time. So you can imagine our hesitation leaving him for four days while we took a cross-country trip. Thankfully, we found Cody on Rover. He immediately put us at ease with his warm, welcoming demeanor. Ludo took to him instantly, sniffing him like an old friend—and if that isn't a seal of approval, I don't know what is! Cody was punctual and followed Ludo's routine to a T. He sent frequent photo updates that eased our anxiety about being away from him for an extended period. Cody kept our minds at ease and our pup wonderfully entertained. We’ve already decided to book him for all our future trips. If you're nervous about leaving your pet with someone new, you couldn't be in better hands than with Cody.
Casey watched our pups and house sat for us while we were away on vacation for the week. It was our first time leaving the dogs for that long and weren’t sure how they would do because they can be nervous around new people. The dogs warmed up to her right away and Casey was very reassuring when we were feeling anxious about leaving them! Casey was communicative and followed care instructions closely. We are so grateful to have found her and will definitely book with her again!
Wow! Pixie went “above and beyond” in caring for my Cookie who has separation anxiety. I was so worried leaving her, not knowing how she would handle this 3 day break. But with Pixie spoiling her and sending me multiple videos I was able to relax and enjoy my weekend. Book with Pixie! Your pet will thank you. Not only is Pixie energetic and loving, she knows a lot about dogs and how to care for even a spoiled pup.
Brigette was incredible! She was punctual and communicative through and through. We felt such a sense of peace while away knowing that our beloved cat (and home) would be cared for in all the important ways. Whenever we travel again, can only hope that Brigette will be available:)

Lilit was absolutely amazing, she went above and beyond in taking care of Churro while we were on our Cruise. Lots of walks and loves shared in pictures during the week. Ruby was awesome with our two fur babies Noah and Miso. She came by to meet us all in advance and our pups took to her right away. She followed our outline for the day to a T and communicated with us throughout our trip and sent cute photos. She is very responsible and also has a very sweet demeanor that the dogs loved. My hubby and I highly recommmend her.
Julianna cared for my two schnauzers in my home for a week. I was so impressed by her care and attention to detail. My dogs can be yappy and excitable and Julianna’s kindness and calming presence enabled them to warm to her quickly. She played with my dogs regularly, provided them with love and attention and quickly became their favorite person! Julianna also thoughtfully inquired about my preference on the cadence of communication and provided me regular updates. This was the first time I had hired a housesitter for my pups, so it was very comforting to hear from her regularly. Further, my home is in an area populated by coyotes, and Julianna followed all of my safety instructions to keep my dogs safe from predators. Beyond the excellent care Julianna provided to my dogs, she also treated my home with incredible respect and left it in better condition than she found it. I trust Julianna with my dogs and my home and will book with her again. If you want someone warm, respectful, and professional you should book with her too. Thank you Julianna!!
