About: I’ve been dog sitting and walking dogs since I was in high school for neighbors, friends, and even a few of my teachers. I grew up around animals and have always loved spending time with them. At my childhood home we would often watch friends’ dogs while they were away, so caring for pets has been part of my life for a long time. Most of my experience is with dogs, but I’ve also cared for cats and other small pets. I even had a pet bird for a couple of years, so I’ve always enjoyed being around animals of all kinds. I work as a film editor, and Rover is something I do on the side because I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals and getting outside for walks. It’s a nice way to break up the day and spend time with some great pets. I’m comfortable with drop-ins, walks, feeding, playtime, and making sure pets feel safe and relaxed while their owners are away. I tend to work more with dogs, but I’m happy to help with cats as well depending on the situation. I treat every pet like they’re my own and always try to make visits calm, fun, and stress-free for them. I’m always happy to do a quick meet-and-greet beforehand so your pet can get to know me and we can make sure it’s a good match. I have a flexible schedule and can usually fit pet visits easily into my day. I work as a film editor, so I’m often working from home and can step out for drop-ins, walks, feeding, or playtime. Pet visits are something I enjoy doing to get outside and spend time with animals, so I try to make each visit relaxed and attentive for your pet. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I always try to keep things calm and consistent with their usual routine. I’m attentive to instructions for feeding, walks, medications, or anything else your pet needs. I make sure pets feel comfortable while their owners are away and treat every home with respect and care.

About: I worked in an animal shelter for a year in high school to help dogs get adopted. I also have taken care of friends and family pets for years! I do have foster care experience with an American bully who made himself at home quickly and got adopted shortly after! Currently I have an open schedule this week! I’ve been surrounded by, and lived with and have familial pets all throughout my life, but I’ve only recently become a pet father myself as of eight months ago. Actions I take in my home to cater to, and care for my pets include the following: -Thorough research on how to continue to better myself as a parent towards my pets. -Patience becoming more and more a virtue 😅 ha. -Repetition -Understanding Acts of discipline, or constructive experiences to better the bond between myself and my pets, are dismal. Redirection, and communication with the pets consistently build the bond. Consistent, and I mean consistent playtime, proper feeding schedule, toys…I’ve built quite the furniture shop for my cats. So whether it's a day time visit or a fortnight stay, I have exactly what you need. My top priority is SAFETY and I will watch your dog like a hawk while they are with me. I know the hardest part of travel is leaving your pet with a stranger so I strive to make both pets and owners feel comfortable. I am a part time actor and have a very open schedule so your pet will never be alone for long periods of time. I love to cuddle on the couch, take walks around the neighborhood or play in the yard.
