Ritzwi & Ben were wonderful from start to finish. They were always on time, very communicative, and incredibly kind. When heavy rains caused some minor basement flooding, they went above and beyond to help us manage it, which meant a lot and gave us real peace of mind. Most importantly, they were so sweet and attentive with our cats—clearly thinking about their comfort and happiness, not just checking a box. They made time for play, pets, and genuine care. We’d happily trust them with our home and pets again.
Another out-of-town trip, another wonderful visit from Alex. He was incredibly flexible with our cats’ new feeding schedule and handled every bit of chaos they created while we were away. From untangling toys from the roomba to fixing and repositioning our camera, Alex took care of everything. We came home to happy cats and a great-looking apartment. We truly could not ask for a better pet sitter.

Highly highly recommend booking Ruby for your next trip. This is our third or fourth(?) time booking Ruby for an out of town trip and I cannot stress how much of a relief it is to leave our little kitty with someone he has grown to really love and to not worry about him at all. As always, Ruby goes above and beyond in her care and communication. She's super responsive and we look forward to getting little report cards where it is clear that Cantaloupe gets all of Ruby's love and attention during her drop-ins with him, and that she really intentionally spends time him doing all his favorite activities: chasing lasers, getting brushed, the occasional treat. We’re so thankful we found Maria to care for Odin and Loki. She was on time, kept us in the loop, and the boys were clearly happy and relaxed with her.
