About Tracy V.

Safety, trust & environment
I'll do my due diligence to make your pet feel as comfortable with me as they are with their own family. That means following the same rules and routines as you and following any dietary or medication instructions. I do NOT allow on-leash greetings to ensure your dog is always safe.
Information Tracy V. would like to know about your pet
Please let me know what your pet is like! Are they nervous around other people or animals? What are some of your pet’s quirks? Does your pet have any food or environmental allergies I should be aware of? Any medications I need to administer? Are there any physical limitations I need to be careful of? I'm very understanding and flexible. Let's work together to make sure your pets are comfortable!
A typical day
For walks, I make sure that add a little bit of training in loose leash walking and environmental desensitization. It's also crucial that dogs are allowed to sniff and interact with the environment as a means of mental and physical stimulation to tire them out. Drop-in's will always include at least a 15-minute walk and/or puzzle games. I can use your own puzzles or bring my own.

Pet care experience
I knew raising working and herding breeds meant that I needed to educate myself on how to properly train and care for them as high-energy pups. I've attended many in-person and online dog training classes in obedience, puppy training, and behavior fundamentals so that I can give my dogs the care and understanding they need, and I use the same skills on your furry loved ones! Just as all people aren't the same, all dogs aren't either. I'm comfortable with using various walking tools such as harnesses, flat collars, slip collars, martingales, and prong collars. In my care, you can expect various activities for physical and mental stimulation that will surely tucker out your pups before you come back home :) With pups under my care, you can expect a thorough update on how your buddy did with me and, of course, lots of photos** and/or videos! **Clients can often expect a photo portrait of their pup from the walk or drop-in. (Final results depend on whether your pup can sit while holding attention towards me)
Reviews

Tracy is the best, we feel so grateful for the care she takes with our pup!

Tracy is an absolute lifesaver! Don’t know what I’d do without her.

Quincy loves Tracy! The only person I trust to take good care of my grumpy senior dog.

Tracy is the best! She really knows what she’s doing with training and behavior and is super loving with our dog. Couldn’t recommend more.
