I’m an extremely thoughtful and experienced pet care provider. I’ve worked in pet sitting, dog walking and dog boarding over the years. I’m extremely sensitive to the different needs and personalities of dogs, cats and more. I’m adaptable and detail oriented to notice all the little things and adjust easily to unexpected circumstances. I have experience with high energy, high aggression animals as well as animals that need extra care and gentle handling. I’m great at following instructions, and I love to keep an open dialogue with pet parents to make sure nothing gets overlooked. I love working with pets and giving them love while you’re away.

Alexa was amazing and took such great care of my reactive dog! I’ve never left him with anybody because he’s a bit aggressive and not good with other animals, and Alexa made me feel so comfortable while I was away visiting family. Kept me posted on how he was doing 2x a day, always sent pics of him, and overall took such great care of him. Would rebook anytime service is needed, and thank you 10000x, Alexa!
Alexa took great care of my geriatric chihuahua and was very responsive to questions and sent lots of pictures!
My dog loved his stay with Alexa! Alexa sent daily photos and was very communicative. She was also flexible when we had to change our pick up time at last minute. Would definitely book again!
Alexa did a great job taking care of our dog Sally and would be happy to book her again. Big bonus was that she already had a large crate at her place so we didn’t need to fold up ours to transport!

Schedule
I keep my schedule updated about a month out to avoid any potential conflicts. I work part time and have a lot of down time in between where pet care fits in perfectly.

I try to always prioritize the pets’ needs before my own when I take a job. I make sure all their physical needs are met and also try to find ways to make the experience special.
A typical day
I would love to take a dog for a run, walk, or to the dog park. We could go for car rides if they're up for it or out to the park. I like to go to dog events that are put on by the city or the local animal shelter. If they have toys to play with, I make an excellent playmate.
