“Natalia was better than I could have asked for! It was my first time leaving my boy with someone on Rover and Natalia made him (and me!) feel so comfortable with the process. I got constant photo and video updates showing my dog smiling, relaxing and going on walks. She took him on long walks/hikes and was attentive to his more shy demeanor. I even got a video of him doing the zoomies!!! She made a genuine connection with my dog and I couldn't be happier! On the more technical end of things -- she was very accommodating with scheduling and made sure to ask all the important questions.
