We had a great meet and greet with my dog in the days leading up to it, where we talked about his history and his impressive life-long experience with dogs. That really gave me good peace of mind leaving my best friend with him for 8 nights. Over the course of his stay, Martin was very responsive and sent me pictures and videos every day. He also continued learning and understanding my dog’s quirks, habits, and what would be the best course of action in each scenario — Feeding, walking, giving physical attention, and when to leave him be and give him his space. I will absolutely book with Martin again on my next trip and would recommend him highly to anybody in the LA area that needs boarding services. “I can’t say enough great things about Michael. First — you must know that our dog is our baby, so leaving her with just anyone won’t do and we’re always nervous to try out a new sitter. However, we were completely at ease from the very moment we reached out. First, Michael is INCREDIBLY responsive — within minutes of our booking request, he’d gotten back to us confirming availability and suggesting a meet and greet. This continued during the entirety of our stay - if we had a question or checked in, he responded within minutes. We also received multiple updates per day with a variety of hilarious photos (yet another sign that our dog was completely comfortable in his presence), reassuring us everything was going well. It was also clear from our communications and Michael’s interaction with our dog that he is very experienced with all varieties of dogs and had no issues with the extra energy our dog sometimes needs to get out of her system! I reached out to Randy for boarding services for my Bernedoodle puppy, Oliver, and was excited to learn that he also has a Bernedoodle named Huxley! Randy was responsive and communicative from the start. We arranged a meet-and-greet followed by a short dog-sitting visit at his home, which gave Oliver time to get comfortable with Randy, his partner, Huxley, and the new environment. Maki and Nic are so great. Chico has stayed with them multiple times and they are very responsive and flexible. They have taken such great care of Chico, especially this most recent visit when he was sick and required them to give him medicine multiple times a day. Without any issues, they provided the best care to Chico. They are always sending pictures and very communicative while I am traveling. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Melody is amazing! We are always extremely nervous when we have to go out of town without Sparky, we were blessed that Melody was available as she has watched Sparky in the past.
