“Jennifer was awesome! She was available to watch our dog within a weeks notice and took such good care of him 😀 sent tons of photos and updates. We felt super comfortable and safe knowing our dog was in good hands. Highly recommend using Jennifer if you ever need a sitter in the area. 10/10 ⭐️⭐️”

“Alicia and James took amazing care of our dog! They were very flexible when we had to extend our stay, and were super communicative with updates and photos. We can’t wait to use their services again!”

“Kimberley is the best!! She kept my kitty in a smaller space so that she can acclimate better to the new location and would slowly expose my kitty to other pets if there’s any. Kimberley is very responsible and communicative. Will definitely book with her again!!”

“This is my first time using Rover and Brittany was wonderful!! She communicated with me, sent pictures & videos during the entire time of taking care of my fur baby Jax. I highly recommend Brittany and will book with her again!”

“Our dog Clementine had an amazing time staying with Carmen and her dog Cathy for six nights. Carmen’s genuine love and attentiveness toward dogs really stood out—she cared for Clementine as if she were her own. I truly appreciated the daily updates, which gave me so much peace of mind knowing Clementine was happy and well cared for. Carmen even went the extra mile by introducing her to fun puzzles and healthy treats. It was clear Clementine felt right at home, and I’m sure she’d be more than happy to stay with Carmen again.”

“Brittany always takes such good care of Butter! The old guy has a lovely time hanging w her and her sweet pup. And she’s v responsive and kind. Highly recommend.”

“Jamie and Todd are incredible people, who we felt genuinely loved our pup as much as we do. Our pup got spoiled, and it shows with how much our dog loved them. 100000/10 would recommend for dog sitting. Thank you Jamie and Todd!”

“Alyssa was a great sitter for my pup. Quick to respond, sent lots of pics and was very accommodating. Her pup Leo is adorable and got along great with mine. Her yard is a great bonus. Highly recommend!”

“Lucero took wonderful care of my dog and gave her so much love and attention while I was away. They played together, went on multiple park outings, and Lucero even brushed her and spoiled her with treats. It was clear my pup felt happy, safe, and cared for the entire time. Lucero is incredibly kind, thoughtful, and trustworthy — your dog will absolutely be in the best hands with her!”

“Arim and her husband were amazing! I was a little nervous because Willow is a very high energy dog but I can tell that all of her needs were met. She was in constant communication, sending me photos and updates. I can’t recommend them enough!!!”

“Breanna took excellent care of my 4 month old puppy Kobe!! Lots of walks, pup cups and sent lots of pictures and videos. Would absolutely recommend her dog sitting services to anyone !”

“I had to book with Vasilisa at the last minute and she was very accommodating. She asked me a lot of very good questions about my dog who is elderly. I appreciate that she was so diligent about his needs. It all went great and I would definitely book again. Thank you, Vasilisa!”

“Bambi had a great stay with Andrew’s family! We are very happy with the experience and our dog is a lot less stressed than when he typically goes to the daycare/boarding. Andrew also sends many updates throughout the stay which is great to know. Highly recommend!”

“Chevelle & Devin were lovely! They asked a lot of questions to make sure our pup was well taken care of and stayed consistent with his life/training at home. They were highly responsive and made sure our dog got lots of exercise and love. Thank you both!!”

“Roxanne is the best! She takes great care of our senior, special needs dog and acts like it's a breeze, even though we know it's not. Super easy to communicate with and always keeps us updated with photos and texts throughout our dog's stay so we know how she's doing. Highly recommend her!”
“Rene was utterly wonderful and most attentive to details with my 2, 11 pound little girl dogs. Rene seemed to focus in on how each dog navigated the new environment. My little darlings were given proper attention, hugs, loving moments and safe surroundings. Rene clearly understood the eating regime was very different from the ultra foodie and my picky princess. Rene is highly recommended by me and my family.”

“This is our second time with Ellie. She is wonderful, and very communicative! My dog clearly loved her, and got so excited to go back a second time. Highly recommend:)”

“Eva was an amazing host for my pup Ulysses for 3 weeks while I was out of the country. He was as well taken care of as could be hoped for. He got all the attention and walks and outings any dog could want. I got nearly continuous daily updates and pics on how he was doing. I highly recommend!”

“Martin has been the best Rover Sitter that I’ve used, by far. We had a great meet and greet with my dog in the days leading up to it, where we talked about his history and his impressive life-long experience with dogs. That really gave me good peace of mind leaving my best friend with him for 8 nights. Over the course of his stay, Martin was very responsive and sent me pictures and videos every day. He also continued learning and understanding my dog’s quirks, habits, and what would be the best course of action in each scenario — Feeding, walking, giving physical attention, and when to leave him be and give him his space. I will absolutely book with Martin again on my next trip and would recommend him highly to anybody in the LA area that needs boarding services. I also appreciated the 1-on-1 attention as he only takes on one dog at a time. Thanks so much to Martin and Rover for the support!!”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Century City
Vadim took amazing care of my dogs, Coco and Max, for 8 days, and we couldn't have asked for a better sitter. From the very beginning, he was caring, attentive, and genuinely interested in getting to know my dogs. He asked thoughtful questions to understand their routines and personalities, which gave me a lot of confidence while I we’re away. Throughout their stay, he took them on multiple walks every day and kept us updated with photos and messages just as he promised. It was so reassuring to know they were happy, active, and well cared for. What really stood out was how much he truly cared for them. When Max developed a bit of a loose stomach, Vadim went above and beyond by making homemade chicken and rice to help them feel better. That level of compassion and attention is something you don't find every day. It was obvious that he treated Coco and Max like they were his own, and that meant the world to me. We came home to two happy, healthy, and well-loved dogs. I highly recommend Vadim to anyone looking for a trustworthy, compassionate, and exceptional dog sitter. I will absolutely be booking with him again!
I had such a great experience with Aries! She took amazing care of my dog and kept me updated throughout the stay with lots of pictures and messages, which gave me so much peace of mind. I really appreciated how communicative she was and her positive, caring energy. It was clear that my dog was happy and well cared for. I will definitely be booking with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and loving dog sitter!

All I can say is THANK YOU!!!! I’ve never picked up Levi and not had him jumping all over me from anxiety of me being away… he literally didn’t want to leave Alex and Jake! You guys are trustworthy and reliable and we will definitely be using your services again. :)

Eva was absolutely incredible! Very good at communicating, she followed all of our instructions and preferences for how we like to care for our furbaby Henry! We loved receiving a of the updates and knowing he was having a wonderful time while we were away. Will definitely be booking again!

Second time boarding our pup with Jamie, and he always has a great time with her family and the other dogs. Our little Charlie has been having some itchy skin and paws due to seasonal allergies, and Jamie helped to continue administering his allergy treatments as requested, as well as kept us updated with photos during his stay. She continues to be a trustworthy and reliable dog sitter!

While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in CA ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
