Val is a dream sitter! My corgi Lychee and I are very loyal and had a longtime sitter we’d been going to for years until they moved too far away for us to continue seeing them :( I was so nervous about finding and trusting someone new to watch Lychee, and Val immediately put my mind at ease. She offered a pre-stay play date to help us all feel more comfortable then shared regular updates throughout the stay! Lychee came home healthy; happy and full of every—I can tell she had a great time! Highly highly recommend!
Second time boarding our pup with Jamie, and he always has a great time with her family and the other dogs. Our little Charlie has been having some itchy skin and paws due to seasonal allergies, and Jamie helped to continue administering his allergy treatments as requested, as well as kept us updated with photos during his stay. She continues to be a trustworthy and reliable dog sitter!
Miri and Philipp took such good care of Louie, and through the daily pictures they sent, it looked like Louie had the best time! They kept our anxious little guy happy and comfortable throughout his whole stay, and we will definitely be looking to rebook with them in the future!

I absolutely love using Jake. He is always my first choice sitter for Buster! Jake has been incredibly communicative and proactive. He always reaches out beforehand to make sure he has everything he needs, which makes drop-off so easy and stress-free. What really sets Jake apart is how natural he is with dogs. You can tell he genuinely loves what he does, and Buster picks up on that energy immediately. Every single time we pick Buster up, he’s happy, relaxed, and clearly had the best time. Honestly, I think Buster gets more excited to see Jake than he does to see us come home! The updates are another huge plus. Jake sends tons of photos and videos throughout the stay, so I always know exactly how Buster is doing. It gives me so much peace of mind while I’m out of town knowing that Buster isn’t just being looked after, he’s genuinely having a blast. I never have to worry or wonder. If you’re looking for a sitter who truly cares about your dog and treats them like their own, Jake is your guy. We can’t recommend him enough!!
Heidi was able to accommodate me when I booked a last minute trip and even with an anxious dog like my own. She was very communicative and thoughtful with her updates, and even went out of her way to check the pet store for food when I had run out. I’d recommend her to anyone and Cannoli will for sure be back!
My dog was living her best life with JoJo and Betty! I really appreciated that they had a pre-stay meet and greet so that we knew everyone was a good fit. They asked a lot of good questions about my dog which said to me that they wanted to be prepared. I love prepared!
