When we were missing our pooch, soon I'd receive some humorus sweet photos of him, swimming in her pool, taking a leash walk or happily playing with the other dogs. About: I’ve been caring for dogs since I was old enough to walk one. From growing up with a beagle mix named Scooter to my parent’s golden, Dani, dogs have always been part of my life. I’ve lived with and looked after a wide range of breeds, including Shelties (Indi and Shelty), Goldens, Doodles and pups with special health needs. Your pup will share a home with me, my wife and our lovable rescue, Mookie, a 3 year old spunky tiny girl. Whether your dog is energetic and playful or prefers a quiet routine and gentle care, I understand how to adapt to each dog’s personality and needs. I’m comfortable with administering medication, managing special diets, and creating a calm, safe environment. Our previous dog, Phoebe, suffered from seizures and heart disease which prepared me to act quickly in dire circumstances. I treat every dog as if they’re my own—with patience, affection, and respect. I’d love to help you give your pup the best care while you’re away! I freelance and my fiancee works from home three days a week, so between us two your pup will have a lot of company and attention! Other than days which we both happen to have busy schedules (which I will note or block off), we have a very flexible schedule. Whether I’m caring for your dog in my home or yours, their safety, comfort, and happiness come first. I follow all care instructions closely—feeding routines, medications, walk schedules, and any special needs—to help your dog feel at ease and cared for like one of our own. At home, we have a calm, pet-friendly apartment shared with our 3-year-old Maltese mix, Mookie. She’s incredibly sweet, gentle, and great with other dogs. We’re happy to schedule a meet-and-greet in advance to make sure your pup and Mookie are a good match. While we don’t have a yard, we go on walks and make sure your dog gets exercise, attention, and love throughout the day. I also keep pet parents updated with photos and messages, so you can feel confident your dog is safe, happy, and in good hands.

“Michelle was an amazing pet sitter. This was my first time leaving my puppy with someone other then family and I could not be happier with my choice of leaving him in Michelle's capable hands. She treated my dog as if he was a member of her family. She gave my dog lots of love and attention and ensure he got lots of walks which he loved. Snoopy broke a nail the day before I had to leave and Michelle graciously help take care of him e-collar and all. She provided his medication and followed all his care instructions. Michelle also allowed my puppy to sleep with her which was very comforting for my puppy who is used to sleeping with me. Michelle kids were also great with Snoopy (my dog) and I could tell in all the wonderful video updates that he was very happy. I definitely missed my puppy more then I thought and Michelle happily provided me additional videos and pictures which made my family's and my day seeing him so happy and well taken care of. Michelle is more then just a pet sitter, she genuinely loves dogs and goes the extra mile to make sure the dogs in her care feel comfortable and happy. Will absolutely book her again.”
