“I left my 8-year Golden with Christy and her family for 24 hours while I was attending a wedding in Redondo beach. They were all so sweet and helped Basin feel right at home. They are all very clearly dog people! I highly recommend Christy if you are ever in the area and need a good home for your pup.”

“Michelle and her family were a 10/10. Miso had the best time with her and her kids and she was very well taken care of. She was also so good about sending so many photo and video updates and I appreciate her treating my girl like one of her own.”

“Kyle was very communicative and responsive. We met up a day or so before our scheduled boarding and did a meet and greet. Our dogs got along well and made the drop off much easier and stress-free. Our dog came back happy and well cared for. We look forward to using Kyle again in the future.”

“This is my first time getting a dog sitter and Jenny really set the standard. She was very sweet to my dog. She even gave my dog Zoey a bandana that really added cuteness. I also wanna thank her for providing Zoey wet food coz i was not able to prepare a wet food in my dog’s bag. She really took good care of my dog. I appreciate that she sent pictures a lot and updating me. She is highly recommendable and I will be a repeat client of her in the future.”

“Vanessa took care of my dog like her own and provided frequent updates throughout her stay. She was communicative and easy to work with. I'm glad I found a reliable sitter for the next time I go out of town!”

“This is my 2nd booking. My dog absolutely loves and gets excited when he see’s Shardae. I have found his forever sitter. He is well taken care of and happy when he comes home! I appreciate you!”

“Angela is an amazing at caring for our skittish doggie, and she is even flexible enough to accommodate drop ins for our kitties! Can't rave enough about how good she is. She takes time to get our fur babies acclimated to things, is very patient, provides daily updates and even a "Pawgress Report" for us when the booking is complete! Simply awesome! 😃”

“Shane couldn't have been better with my chocolate lab. Shane played with him, took him to the beach, and clearly welcomed my pup into his home. Shane was also really sweet in offering to pick up and drop off my dog. He was also attentive to the fact that my dog had a limp and was careful not to make it worse. Shane was very communicative and sent a ton of photos and videos. I would gladly leave my dog with him again. Highly recommend!”

“Tatiana was a GREAT sitter for our QT. She took a lot of care to administer medication and make sure QT felt at home and was comfortable during our trip. Sometimes she won't eat or get in a bad mood when we are away but with Tatiana and family she was very happy and eating like a horse. The communication and photos / videos were great. Overall I would highly recommend Tatiana to care for your pet. She is highly capable and goes the extra mile to make sure pets are happy and healthy.”

“A stay at Eiko’s home is like a luxury wellness retreat for our dog. He eats well, takes multiple walks a day and has a lot of time to be social and active. Eiko is responsible, friendly and clearly has a passion for animals. I always feel so much better about leaving our dog when I know he’s getting the best care from Eiko. We appreciate the photos and videos she sends and it always appears that he’s living his best dog life at Eiko’s home. It’s a huge relief to have a trusted dog sitter. Thank you Eiko!”

“Gina is the best doggie mama for our little Lulu when we are away! She’s so sweet, has a beautiful backyard for Lulu to sunbathe in & gives her lots of attention & cuddles. I always know Lulu is safe & well taken care of by Gina while we are away.🥰”

About: I have been devoted to animal care for as long as I can remember. Born in Burlingame, California, I have lived in different parts of the United States, experiences that have shaped my adaptability, compassion, and appreciation for different communities and lifestyles. My journey with animals began at five years old in Macedonia, where I spent my childhood caring for stray cats and dogs and developing a lifelong passion for protecting and advocating for animals. I hold a B.S. in Chemistry and Biology from Middle Tennessee State University and have over 1,000 hours of veterinary assistant experience. My scientific background, combined with hands-on clinical experience, allows me to provide thoughtful, detail-oriented care while recognizing subtle changes in behavior, comfort, and health. I recently completed an upper-level Animal Physiology course through UCLA Extension with a 4.0 GPA as I continue preparing for my goal of attending veterinary school. My education and veterinary experience allow me to provide a higher level of care, from maintaining daily routines and enrichment to supporting pets with medical considerations. I understand that pets are family, and I strive to provide the same level of attention and care that I would want for my own animals. I focus on personalized care, consistent communication, and creating a safe, comfortable experience for your pet while you are away. I would be honored to provide exceptional, reliable care for your companion. Pet care is my full-time focus, so I build my schedule around providing dependable, personalized care for every pet. Alongside pet sitting, I continue my education through UCLA and UCSD Extension as I prepare for veterinary school and volunteer with local veterinary clinics to further expand my experience. My goal is to provide exceptional care, consistent communication, and complete peace of mind while you’re away. I believe every pet deserves care that is tailored to their individual personality and routine. Whether I am caring for your pet in my home or yours, I take the time to learn their schedule, preferences, exercise needs, and any medical or behavioral considerations to help them feel comfortable and secure. I provide personalized attention, enrichment, regular walks, playtime, and detailed photo and video updates so you always know how your pet is doing. My veterinary assistant experience also allows me to recognize subtle changes in behavior or health and provide attentive, knowledgeable care. My goal is to create a calm, safe, and stress-free experience where your pet feels loved and your family has complete peace of mind.
“Candice was absolutely amazing with my pup Luca! He came home happy, relaxed, and maybe even a little bummed to leave. She sent the sweetest updates and clearly treated him like her own. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a kind and trustworthy sitter!”

“Krissy was the best! This was my first time boarding Poppy and I had no idea how it would go. However once I dropped Poppy off she immediately sent me an update with a picture of her and I quickly felt so much more at ease. I really appreciated the regular updates from Krissy. Thank you so much again! Will definitely be looking for Krissy if I ever need to board Poppy again.”

“Andrew and Jess took great care of my pup. She has a lot of specific needs and they were super understanding and knowledgeable about dogs and different behaviors. Andrew was communicative and sent great photo and text updates. My dog came back happy and healthy! Andrew was also accommodating for my last minute reservation and was flexible when I needed to drop her off earlier than originally planned and when my flight was delayed, so I had to pick her up late. I would highly recommend Andrew and Jess for your dog sitting or boarding!”

“It’s my very first time looking for a pet sitter because I’m always so anxious about leaving my dogs with people that I don’t know but I can’t thank Stephanie enough for taking care of my puppies! It was a great experience, my dogs had fun, played with other dogs and she was so accommodating to their needs and also to my last minute changes! I was getting daily updates and pictures too! I was comfortable because she has so many years of experience and a lot of good reviews! I can fully recommend her and I would definitely be happy to bring my dogs again! Thank you so much!!!”

“Kimberly is outstanding. She handled our 7-month-old Australian Shepherd which is extremely high energy like a pro. It was Jasmine's first overnight stay which I expect will be the first of many.”

“Beverly was a wonderful sitter for our dog, Mikey! She was communicative, sent videos, and took great care while we were away for a week. As a bonus, our dog became best friends with hers – and played the whole time! We’ll definitely be back.”

“We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Maddie! My dog Rooney absolutely loved spending time with her and her sweet dog Ralph. I received lots of photos and updates and her communication was fantastic throughout the entire stay. Rooney had daily walks and all of the love and attention. Highly recommend Maddie!!! Truly the best of the best.”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Redondo Beach
Diana took such great care of Cleo, especially since it was the longest I'd ever left her with others (9 days). She took Cleo on field trips, gave her plenty of cuddles, and stuck to her routine which was very much appreciated. Cleo had such a great time with Diana!

Sean was very calm and sweet! Sage seemed very comfortable with him and he was very communicative with us, as this was our first time leaving her with anyone! Would definitely recommend, especially if you want your dog to have 1:1 time the whole time!! Thank you so much for taking great care of our girl!!

I left my 8-year Golden with Christy and her family for 24 hours while I was attending a wedding in Redondo beach. They were all so sweet and helped Basin feel right at home. They are all very clearly dog people! I highly recommend Christy if you are ever in the area and need a good home for your pup.

Kim is the best! My labradoodle Penelope loves her and all the friends she meets at Kim’s. Kim always keeps me updated with photos. You know she cares about all the pups and ensures they all have the best day! This is truly the luxury resort for pups. She is the best !

Our golden absolutely loved Kimberlee! She took him on lots of long walks, played and totally spoiled him. She sent frequent updates with pictures and made us feel very comfortable leaving our puppy while we went on vacation. Kimberlee is clearly knowledgeable on dogs and understands how to manage different needs and behaviors. Would use Kimberlee again and again!

Brian and Kristy are the best, I can't recommend them enough! They were able to accommodate a last minute booking for my family and took such incredible care of our sweet Charli. They went above and beyond to keep me informed of how she was doing during her stay. If you're on the fence about booking with them, do it! You won't regret it.

Brian was great with our dog, Lucy. He’s clearly very comfortable with dogs and Lucy, who can be high energy at times, immediately took to him. He provided updates and photos throughout the week and took her on plenty of adventures - pet store, multiple daily walks and fetch at a nearby park, etc. Brian and Lucy have a special bond and we (and Lucy!) would be happy to have him watch her again in the future.

For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
