Our golden retriever had a great stay with Harley. We were first time clients of Rover and Harley and a little nervous to leave our girl while we were away. Harley was very communicative and sent us pictures and videos of Sydney playing with the other dogs she was watching. She really seemed to be enjoying her time there. Taylor was fantastic from start to finish. we were able to talk beforehand and she asked thoughtful questions about shea so she’d know exactly how to take the best care of him which i really appreciated. she sent daily updates and photos while i was away which put me at ease. shea was clearly well cared for happy and comfortable the entire time. communication was consistent and i wouldn’t hesitate to book with her again. 5 Stars ⭐️
Beverly took fantastic care of my dog! Right before I left, my dog became ill and was prescribed a medical diet and regiment of medication. I was worried about leaving him, but fortunately Beverly is very experienced in caring for dogs, healthy and sick. She gave him all the medication he needed and provided regular updates, reducing my anxieties for his health. When I got back, my dog was as healthy and happy as ever. I can't thank her enough for caring for him so well.
Andrew and Jess are wonderful! My dog, who usually does not get along with other dogs, is immediately at ease and socializing with the other furries. I don’t doubt he enjoys his stay (has been with Andrew and Jess a couple of times now). I attribute this to Andrew and Jess’ easy-going and calm demeanor. It is clear they love dogs!! I will def be calling them back anytime I need help. Thank you guys!!
First time using Rover, and we were a little wary about dropping off our pup. Jinae was incredibly communicative and made us feel like we were living vicariously through every fetch session and dinnertime—even in the rain! Wow! We were nervous about leaving Charley because Christy has a golden and Charley usually doesn’t like other dogs. She did great! In fact they spoiled her so much I didn’t think she’d want to come home! We would use Christy for Charley every time if we could - and hopefully we’ll be able to. Wyatt did a fantastic job taking care of our dog, Cooper! We’re always really nervous about leaving Cooper due to a past spinal injury, but Wyatt was extremely attentive to all of our concerns and special requests to keep Cooper safe. He also communicated well and sent regular updates!
