About: I grew up on a small family farm in Ohio for the first 18 years of my life so proper pet care has always been incredibly important. Growing up with herding dogs and German Shepards has taught me how to train and enjoy some high energy breeds as well. !I love to go outside and go on long walks during the morning and evening daily. So adding a furry friend makes it even more fun! I am very careful to ensure all locked doors and security systems are put back into place before leaving. Any small messes or accidents made in your home would be documented and cleaned up per your instructions!

“I think we've had our young dog, Leica, stay with Harley and her family 5 or 6 times now and she is the best! To name a few reasons: 1) She is on the ball about communicating. She writes back immediately, whether it be on DogVacay or text messaging. She sends cute pictures too. 2) Her dog, Briscoe, is a sweetheart and gets along SO well with my pup. They share toys, beds, everything while Leica is staying there. Leica is a little over a year so still has a lot of energy and Briscoe puts up with it just fine, he's great. 3) Harley is very upfront about everything. If she has to be out of the house for a few hours she lets me know. She is such an easy person to work with. 4) They have a nice big fenced in yard to hang out and play in, which Leica doesn't have at home so he LOVES it. 5) The day before I dropped Leica off he had to go the vet because his paw had become infected from licking it so much, I contacted Harley to make sure she was OK with him still coming and she was still happy to have him, even with such last minute news. 6) She knows what she's doing, she seems to have a lot of experience dealing with dogs and I trust her 100% with my pup when we're away, and she's the only one I do completely trust. 7) Leica tends to not eat while we're away but he always eats at Harley's. That proves to me that he is happy to be there, and not as stressed as he has been staying elsewhere. 8) You can tell Harley genuinely loves and cares about dogs. Book with Harley, you will not be disappointed!”

Sean was great at making her comfortable and creating a calm environment for her. He gave her daily medicine and sent us pictures of her having a nice vacation. We are planning to have Sean watch her again on an upcoming long trip!
Matthew and his wife were incredible! They were very accommodating and loving towards my girl! Their backyard was perfect for running around and playing with all the other doggies! Ladybird was worn out when she got back from her mini vacation and was sad to say goodbye to boots and the other friends! We are very pleased with the care they gave and I would highly recommend for anyone that needs some help with their fur babies.
Michelle took great care of our 11 year old Boxer. She was very accommodating and communicative. Pepe is using several different medications and supplements but Michelle kept up with his schedule and kept him energized and excited through many walks and play dates, while also giving him his space to sleep, relax and recharge as often as he needed. This was the first time in 8 years we had to board our dog, and she turned a nerve wracking experience into a comfortable decision.
Garrison was absolutely amazing with Krunch! From the beginning, he had great communication and made everything feel easy and stress-free. He was kind, patient, and very easygoing, which made me feel confident that Krunch was in great hands. Garrison sent regular picture and video updates throughout Krunch’s stay, which gave me so much peace of mind and allowed me to see how happy and comfortable he was. Krunch came home happy and well-loved after getting plenty of exercise, playtime, and attention. It was clear that Garrison truly cared about him and treated him like his own. Jasmine took excellent care of my toy poodle, Cookie, while I was away in Peru. Thankfully, after a quick trial weekend, we decided to go with Lara. That weekend already gave us a good feeling, but I was still a little worried and concerned at first. But then she quickly proved to be the best thing that could have happened to my dog, Koda. She is incredibly kind, thoughtful, and, most importantly, reliable. She took Koda on amazing adventures, from hikes in Malibu and Palos Verdes to full loops at Kenneth Hahn Park. There wasn’t a single day he didn’t get an extra walk or plenty of time playing fetch, often both in the morning and again in the afternoon to match his energy levels. She even surprised him with a few new toys, including a tug rope and a squeaky toy, which was such a thoughtful touch. She also made sure to follow his feeding routine exactly and was very attentive to the small details we left in our notes. Throughout our trip, she kept us updated with lots of photos and messages, often with little captions about what they were up to, so we always knew he was having the best time. Even when we were in different time zones, she was quick to respond and incredibly consistent with updates. It’s such a relief to have found someone we trust completely, and we’ll absolutely be booking Lara again for our next vacation!
Phet and her family were fabulous! They loved our dog, Pepper, as if she were their own.
