Miguel runs a really legit operation with multiple spaces inside and outside, sunny spots, shaded spots, the dogs have room to actually play and move around. You can tell this is his full-time passion and that he genuinely loves what he does. Really loved that he screens all dogs with vaccination requirements so everyone stays safe. We also got to do a meet and greet beforehand which made us feel so much more comfortable dropping Nova off. Communication was excellent and consistent throughout. Emily was great! We did a meet and greet with her dog ahead of the first stay to make sure they could get along. She sent plenty of photos and videos throughout the day and most importantly, our dog seems like he had a great time hanging out with her dog and cat!
This was my anxious dog’s first time with Sean, and it couldn’t have gone better. Sean gave him the space he needed to decompress, provided a calm and quiet environment, and even set up a cozy spot just for my dog. I really appreciated how much Sean looked out for Bilbo. 🐾
