About: I’ve been around dogs my whole life and can’t imagine a day without them! I grew up with a loving family dog, which taught me the importance of patience, care, and understanding a pup’s unique personality. Now, as a young adult, I have my own sweet dog who is almost 2 years old. I know firsthand what it takes to keep them happy, safe, and well cared for. We live in a very quiet and dog friendly neighborhood in Gardena, with our two dogs, Strudel (a Shih-Tzu) and Lafayette (Shih-Tzu Terrier Mix). We currently work from home, so your pup will be well attended to. And you will receive two to three photo updates per day (or more if you want!) We have plenty of toys to keep your dog stimulated, who will have the full range of our home (no crates or gates) to roam around in a playful and loving environment. We also have a gated backyard. About: For the better part of the past decade I’ve been the go to pet sitter for friends and family. Ranging from overnight stays to month long care for both little and large breeds. Currently in between jobs so I’m home during the day so our guests will always have someone to supervise and play. Also have two little dogs to play with Our back yard is quite large so the new and returning friends will have plenty of space to roam around and play. The back door is always open to allow them to come and go from the house or outside. The feeding schedule is based on the preference of the owner and if allowed treats they can get them throughout the visit. Always open to playtime and lovings. Day trips to the park or beach are also a fun time if they like to socialize.

About: Last year we said goodbye to our thirty pound poodle mix after 17 amazing years. Our kids, ages 15, 12, 9, and 5 have had a dog in the home all their lives and while we aren't ready to get a new dog just yet we would love to take care of yours! My husband Liam, always had dogs in his family’s house growing up. We have a spacious home and fenced back yard in a quiet Hawthorne neighborhood close to LAX. It’s easy for us to let the dogs out back throughout the day and to go for frequent walks around the block. As always, they took amazing care of Letty. She got along great with their dog and looked completely comfortable and happy during her stay. When I picked her up, she was calm, relaxed, and clearly felt at home. In fact, she seemed so comfortable that she didn't seem worried at all when I arrived, which tells me she was receiving lots of love and attention. It's never easy leaving your dog with someone else, especially a senior dog, but I felt completely at ease knowing she was in good hands. Letty came back happy, warm, and well cared for. Luther had such an absolute amazing time. We could tell from the photo and video updates (he had zoomies and rolled all over Annie’s rug showing how much he was loving being there). On top of that Luther looked like he got along with Kina and they understood each other. What a perfect match for our fur baby. We will definitely be reaching out for another play date soon.
Emily was great! We did a meet and greet with her dog ahead of the first stay to make sure they could get along. She sent plenty of photos and videos throughout the day and most importantly, our dog seems like he had a great time hanging out with her dog and cat!
