Andres currently works from home as a social media content editor, which gives him the flexibility to be present with the dogs all day. He loves taking regular breaks from his computer to walk the pups, provide constant companionship, and truly be a part of the pack. While at our home, your dog will enjoy daily walks and full access to our securely fenced yard. Plenty of snuggles, affection, and treat breaks are an absolute must! We always keep the water bowls fresh with the right alkaline water for dogs PH level and adhere to your dog's specific feeding and med schedules. We highly encourage pet parents to bring along anything that will make your dog’s transition easier. This includes their favorite bed, crate, bowls, food, treats, toys, and any necessary medications. Over the years, we have found that sending a piece of your clothing that smells like you makes a huge difference—it helps them feel secure and miss you less. Packing these familiar items ensures a much smoother, stress-free stay at our home!

About: Hi there! We are Edwin & Jenn and dogs have always been a big part of our lives. We took a hiatus but are back again and ready to welcome your pup to our home! We live in a very quiet and dog friendly neighborhood in Gardena, with our two dogs, Strudel (a Shih-Tzu) and Lafayette (Shih-Tzu Terrier Mix). We currently work from home, so your pup will be well attended to. And you will receive two to three photo updates per day (or more if you want!) We have plenty of toys to keep your dog stimulated, who will have the full range of our home (no crates or gates) to roam around in a playful and loving environment. We also have a gated backyard. Our dogs are very friendly, with great temperaments, and are always down to play with your dog. We are happy to watch up to two dogs from the same household at a given time. I have experience using force free, and balanced training. My goal is to provide safe, structured and compassionate care for every pet. Pet care is just as much about the owners and their peace of mind in leaving their companions with me. Whether your companion is a senior with medical needs or an energetic puppy I have the experience and the passion to provide the enrichment, stability and comfort during their stay. For house sitting and drop ins my availability will be Tuesday- Friday 9 A.m-2:30p, and on Sundays and Mondays I'm available 9 A.m- 5 P.m. For hosting a dogs, because I’m currently working on making pet care a full time career through Rover my availability is up to whatever you need. I will only be hosting dogs from the same family or one at a time. In my home I like to have all supplies readily available for any enrichment or training purposes. This includes Toys, leashes, beds/cots, treats/kibble/food, any tools such as prong collars or e-collars if needed (this depends on clients needs/preferences), enrichment puzzles, cleaning supplies and medications for puppies and seniors. The agenda for the day will be structured around the clients and the dogs needs. A walk, training, or simply some companionship while your away. I'm flexible with what you desire and what your dog needs. I’m home most of the day besides stepping out for personal errands or appointments, so rest assured you companion will want for not.

About: I was a dog owner for 15 years; she passed away about 3 years ago. Her beds are so big and comfy I didn't want to throw them away. I had proclaimed this to be a forever dog home! Since then, I began dog sitting for friends from my church. I knew if a dog came over, I would want it to be comfortable. I enjoy learning each dog's personality and needs because all dogs are different. My friend's dog doesn't like to be pet but loves to sit next to me. I would take care of your baby just like my own, We would go for a walk at least twice a day. Ill feed once or twice a day, depending on instructions. My mom {Frances} lives right next door, and she is my emergency contact. She loves dogs too. She is a great help if I need to step out for a minute. I do enjoy seeing the dog happy and comfortable, the rest of the day will consist of making that happen. Your pet will get a one on one experience. I will care your pet just like I would do my own. Again, a home away from home. When I wake up in the morning the first thing I do is take my fur buddy outside. Next is breakfast and play time if it's preferred. I look for direction from the owner on specific things to know and look for to make my fur buddy comfortable. Safety is #1. Every decision is made with safety first in mind. We specialize in small dogs that are friendly with other dogs, since getting along with our two Shih Tzus is very important. We take our dogs on walks every day and average around 10,000 steps, so your pup can expect plenty of walks, playtime, and attention. We’re happy to follow your dog’s normal feeding, walking, sleeping, and medication routine, and we’ll send regular photos and updates so you know how they’re doing. My wife and I both work from home, so your dog will have plenty of company and attention throughout the day. We walk our two Shih Tzus daily and average around 10,000 steps, so walks, playtime, feeding, and lots of attention are already part of our everyday routine. We have a safe, comfortable home with two Shih Tzus. We only accept small dogs that get along well with other dogs, and we prefer a meet-and-greet beforehand to make sure everyone is comfortable. We’ll follow your dog’s normal routine and treat them like part of our family.
