I’ve been caring for and training animals for over 30 years, with experience that started long before professional pet care. I grew up in the California desert, surrounded by animals – horses, pigs, chickens, bunnies, kittens, dogs, and even a turtle – and was responsible for caring for them myself from a young age. That upbringing gave me a deep love for animals and a strong understanding of their needs, personalities and behaviors. Over the years I’ve trained and shown dogs, horses and pigs, competitively, often earning first place awards. My experience has taught me how to work with animals, patiently, calmly, and confidently, whether they’re energetic, shy, anxious or highly trained. Today, I am a naturopathic doctor with a practice in Hermosa Beach, and outside of work I love spending time outdoors, walking the Greenbelt/chip path near my home. Animals have always been an important part of my life, and caring for them and something I genuinely enjoy. My kids absolutely adore animals, and are learning the responsibility, compassion, and consistency that come with caring for pets before we eventually get one of our own. As a family, we would truly love the opportunity to care for, spoil, and love your pets as if they were a part of our own family.

Renee has watched our Cozzie many times! Cozzie cannot wait to get over there and hang out with Renee, her family, and the other daycare pups. Cozzie gets lots of exercise and love every time she is there and always comes home a very tired pup.
Renee was the best, she made us feel so comfortable and made sure our small puppy was acclimated before we left him. Howie had a blast with Renee, her family and all the dogs. We will absolutely be back!!!
Renee was so kind and adaptable with our 6 month old puppy. He absolutely loved his time with her annd her family, and we will definitely be utilizing her services again!
Great daycare! Renee shared updates and was able to take my 4.5 month old puppy on short notice and provided photos and updates throughout the day. Was a huge help.

Schedule
I currently work from home, so I have plenty of time to play and walk your doggie! I also have 2 kids (Kai 13 and Mica 11) who help me with getting the pups plenty of exercise. We live across from the green belt, so it’s easy to get them outside sniffing around!

We have a huge fenced backyard that pups love to play chase or fetch. We also keep them warm cozy inside at night, but they are not allowed in our bed.
A typical day
I love walks, so why not enjoy it with a friend! We live across from the green belt, which is dog heaven. If you want me to freshen up his obedience training, please just let me know the cues that we’re taught.
