About: I've been caring for animals since I was 7 years old and have experience with both dogs and cats, including raising 3 liters of kittens from birth to adulthood. Caring for animals has always naturally come to me and I treat every pet with the same patience, attention, and affection I'd want for my own. I am active, attentive, and happy to adjust to each pets individual personality and routine. Whether they love long walks and exploring outside or prefer relaxing at home with plenty of companionship, my priority is making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while they're away from their family. For boarding, I only accept one client's pets at a time, allowing me to provide a calm environment and plenty of individual attention. I'm also comfortable administering medications, assisting with basic grooming such as nail trims, and following detailed feeding, walking, and care instructions. I know being away from home can be an adjustment for some pets, so I am patient and happy to give them the time and reassurance they need to settle in. I go to school part time and will fit your pet into my routine with dedicated time slots to take care of your pet and their needs. I can ensure your pet is in a comfortable environment, get regular exercise, kept up with routines, and following specific instructions provided while monitoring their health.
About: Hi everyone my name is Angie and I may be new to Rover but I am not new to loving and caring for precious pups. I currently don't have any dogs living with me but prior to July 2025 I had my own fur babies since 1992. I decided this would be a wonderful way for me to get some puppy love, bring peace of mind to traveling pet parents, and make some money while providing a loving service. I have taken care of many of my friends pups along the way. Saki, Sophie, Sushi, Bodhi, Lucy, and Honey. I also occasionally foster dogs to help my friend's rescue. I would love to meet and care for your babies. My home is a safe and loving space for pups to play and have their "stay-cation"!! I work from home and will be available to be with the pet pretty much all day. Consistent time outdoors will be provided weather permitting. I have a fenced yard with plenty of room to play or grab that nice patch of sunshine to nap in. I maintain a clean and calm environment.
“Aileen was reliable and very responsive via texts during our 2 week trip away from home. Our cat Mom loves her even though he's usually skittish around new people. Fantastic overall experience”

About: I've taken dog grooming classes. I know how to bathe dogs and trim their nails. I've worked at a dog day care before. There, I helped watch dogs of all sizes and ages and bathe them as needed. I'm currently working part-time, so I have some free time throughout the week to pet-sit, walk, and drop in. I currently cannot board due to my apartment not allowing pets at the moment. I follow what I believe is the best protocol when dealing with animals. When I introduce myself, I like to lower myself to the ground to meet them at their level and try to let them approach me when they want. I love to play and pet animals.
“Very responsive and attentive! I planned a trip super last minute, and she got back to me almost immediately when I reached out. Loved the updates and pictures of my cat as well!”

“Haylee was great with our doggos! Showed up on time and was able to feed and play with our dogs during her visit. She takes her time with them and gives them a lot of love and attention.”

“So sweet and wonderful to work with! She communicated clearly the whole time, my dogs absolutely loved her, and she took great care of my home while I was away. I felt totally at ease knowing everything was in good hands. Highly recommend and would totally book again.”

“So happy we found our new dog walker! 😊 Kyle has been amazing with Zoey right from the start. She looks so happy and comfortable in every update. He communicates really well, is super reliable, and always sends the best photos. It’s such a relief knowing she’s in good hands during the day. Highly recommend!”

About: Hi! I’m a fellow dog mom who has booked walks and drop-ins for my own dog, so I know what it feels like to leave your pup to a stranger, and the love you have for them in doing so. Which is why I prioritize communication, safety, and making sure your dog feels comfy and happy. I stick to routines, give lots of love (if pup allows) and make sure your pup gets the exercise, attention, and stimulation they need. I treat every dog how I’d want my dog treated. You’ll get photo updates, clear communication, and peace of mind knowing your dog is with someone who genuinely gets it. Im currently working part time so my schedule can be flexible for drops ins and weekly walks. Especially in the early mornings and late evenings! I ensure that your pup is with me only at all times. I’m watching them like a hawk bc I have a beagle that tries to vacuum everything so I’m hyper aware of what your pup is sniffing.
“Brittany did a great job with my furry trio. I loved the photos that were sent over so I could see how happy they were. I got home and the pups were happy and the place looked great. Thank you soo sooo much!”

About: I grew up with my family dog since I was 12 years old when we adopted her from a shelter. I consistently helped walk her, feed her, and show her lots of love. She unfortunately crossed the rainbow bridge due to old age, and now I’ve channeled my love for dogs through Rover for nearly 2 years🐾 I would love to provide a home-away-from-home for your furry best friend! I work from home 2x/week, so my schedule is flexible to take care of your beloved pets! They’ll have my attention for as long as they are with me, so you don’t have to worry. I make an effort to take them outside at least every 3-4 hours (boarding/daycare), but stay attentive to their personal needs as well. I’m very accommodating to each dog’s needs and habits 🐕 and stay very considerate to the owner’s wishes and preferences for your furry best friend. Communication is very important to me, and I will keep you updated as much as you want.
About: I have ample experience caring for other families dogs, as well as my own three who have now passed. I have been a trusted caregiver for pets for over 10 years, including overnight stays and drop-ins. I will care for your dog/cat as if they are my own family’s pets. I am currently not working after graduating College, so pet-sitting fits perfectly into my schedule. I have a fully open schedule, and am ready to care for your sweet fur babies! I care for pets in my home, or a clients home, the way that I would care for my own pets. This care is full of love, compassion, energy and excitement.
“Caitlin is awesome. She was able to work with us on late notice for an unexpected trip and our dogs love her. She gave us great feedback on how our two pups were doing, even when one got a lil sick to her stomach without me. I knew she was in good hands with Caitlin and I didn't have to worry. We really trust her with our pups and our home and will continue to work with her any time we travel or need a hand with our dogs due to our schedules. 🤩”

Christine was fabulous! My sweet dog Rosa doesn’t take to everyone, but was won over by Christine. She’s clearly a dog whisperer of sorts. She provided pictures of their activity, and took Rosa on very nice walks. I highly recommend her services and will be using her in the future.

Marianna has been great! We traveled for 3-4 days and she has been super responsible in taking care of our 2 puppies. Always provides heartwarming notes on what happened that visit which makes me feel much more comfortable leaving our pups back at home. Highly recommend!!

Amazing sitter. Hired for drop ins and I couldn’t have asked for a better person. Lyra has just done a big move and lots of changes so she was terrified of Kaydin at first and then Kaydin worked her magic, making Lyra feel sooooo comfortable almost immediately. By visit #3 she was confident with Kaydin and by day last day of drop ins, Kaydin was Lyra’s bestie. Super communicative, super punctual, I am overbearing and a worrywart af but I had peace of mind by day 2 because I knew my baby was totally cool with her. Call Kaydin Dennis Haysbert the way my dog was in good hands. 12/10.

Sofia rocks! This is our second time having Sofia watch our kitties. She totally helped us out with a last minute care need and she even helped reset our router during the trip when we have wifi troubles and stayed through meal time to make sure the feeders were back up. Thank you again!!

Yiyu did an amazing job taking care of our boys while we were on vacation! She was always on time, very communicative, and brought such a warm, friendly energy when visiting our cats. One of our boys is particularly shy and even warmed up to her, which was amazing to see! Yiyu was wonderful overall and gave us so much peace of mind knowing our cats were happy and well taken care of while we were away. We would absolutely book with her again. Thank you, Yiyu!

Citlalli was absolutely amazing! I accidentally booked my two drop-in visits for the wrong day, but she was so flexible, understanding, and generous about it. She took such great care of my dog and sent me the cutest pictures and he looked so happy and comfortable! 🥹 I really appreciated how kind and accommodating she was. I would definitely book with Citlalli again and highly recommend her! ❤️

Rebecca is the best cat sitter I’ve ever had. I get nervous leaving my cat but Rebecca sent thorough updates every day, lots of pictures and videos, and my cat looked SO happy and entertained hanging out with her. I didn’t worry at all on this trip, which meant so much to me. Rebecca goes above and beyond with everything and is a lovely caring person. I hope to book with her again!

Sydney was great! She showed up on time, sent pictures of Mystic during her check in, took her on a walk and even played fetch with her. :) Mystic had a blast! We were so grateful that Sydney was able to help us out and are looking forward to hiring Sydney again in the future! :)

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
