About: Hi, I’m Lillian. I’m originally from Chicago and I’ve grown up with dogs my entire life and have always had a dog or two or three in our home. I started helping care for my sister’s 3 dogs when I was younger and later on my parent’s dog when they would travel. I’ve also helped care for many of my friends pets when they are out of town. She has also done a great job completing our asks when she’s watched our cats, including things like turning the fans/AC on when it’s hot and letting them out on the catio to play. Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
