About: I’ve lived with dogs for 15 years, often several at a time, and with a cat for 7. I’ve helped raise energetic puppies, began potty training and potty routines, and cared for senior dogs who need extra patience and gentler walks for their health. I’m great at following your pet’s routine and sending regular photo updates so you can relax while you’re away. Pet care is already built into my day with my seven year old cat and with my independent contracting work I am mainly available throughout the day and have time to take your pets on walks, feed them, and anything else they may need! Not applicable; I am currently not accepting animals in own home due to owning a cat and do not want to cause stress on him by introducing another animal.

About: I’ve grown up around animals my whole life, with dogs, cats, chickens, rabbits and birds, they've have always been apart of my life and family. Im very comfortable around animals and love getting too know all their different personalities. I've cared for pets of different ages and temperaments, and I undertone that some want to be your best friend straight away and while others need a little more time and space. I’m happy with walks, feeding, playtime, lots of attention and keeping them company, making sure they comfortable and happy while you’re away. I also have experience administering medication and have cared for a dog while they were in hospice care, so I’m comfortable with pets who need a little extra care and attention at any age. I’ve also done plenty of house/pet sitting, so I’m very comfortable caring for pets in their own home and understand how important it is to respect both your animals and your space. I’m happy to send photos and updates while you’re away so you know how everyone is doing I'm a writer, so I currently have a very flexible schedule and plenty of time for pet care. Im available throughout the week and weekend for walks, drop ins and house sitting, and im happy to work around your pet's usual routine as much as possible. For house sitting I know how important it is to feel comfortable leaving both your pets and yo home with someone else. I've done plenty of house sitting through trusted house sitters when I Travel, so im very used to caring for pets in their own homes and respecting someone else spaces. I follow the routines and instructions you leave and make sure they get plenty of attention, walks and playtime, and im always happy to send photos and updates while you're away and if thats what you enjoy!

About: I’ve grown up with both dogs and cats since I was 5 years old (I’m now 22), so caring for animals has always been a natural part of my life. I’m comfortable with pets of all sizes and personalities and understand how important routine, patience, and affection are for them to feel safe and happy. I’m happy to provide baths at no extra cost and can also offer room and board in a loving, attentive environment where your pet will be treated like family. I work Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, and am available all day on weekends and Wednesdays. I would love to spend as much time with your furry friend as possible! I have a fenced yard and a bath tub if your pet needs a bath or groomed! I live in a large house a 2 minute walk from a park, so they will have plenty of space to play and roam! Pets are the best thing in the world to me and I am excited to meet yours!!

She did twice daily checkin’s for a week and sent a picture every time, sometimes multiple pics with comments all of which were so very appreciated. About: I am independently insured for pet walking and sitting. Growing up in Tennessee, my family had a running total of 10 cats and 2 dogs. We had kittens, strays, and elderly pets. All of our cats were shorthaired, but my grandmother had a longhaired cat. I briefly took care of another longhaired cat that a friend found in his neighborhood. He couldn’t keep it and knew I had experience with cats, so he called me and I took it in until we found its owner. The dogs I grew up with were very different. We got Hook, our black labrador retriever, from a breeder. He came with a pedigree and everything. Years later, in his old age, a corgi mix showed up at our house. We weren’t able to find her owners and we ended up keeping her. I credit her with keeping Hook alive a little longer. I know how much of a difference our animals can make. I have done petsitting in the client’s home and in my own home with pets, often with multiple animals at one time. I even kept three guinea pigs for about a week in December 2023. In Tennessee, I worked as a volunteer at a local animal shelter, reading to cats and dogs through a program designed to help socialize the animals. I am unable to pet sit animals in my current apartment, and would treat it as a privilege to be let in your home in any capacity. My current job is a flexible, part time, remote job that I can do from anywhere. This leaves me with a lot of availability for your pet! I am patient with animals and I never take my emotions out on them. There are times where I have had to be firm with animals, of course, (can you imagine keeping 6 cats off the counters? Or keeping our corgi mix from nipping at our black lab while she tried to herd him outside?), but I’ve never been mean or lost my temper with an animal, and our corgi was a Mess™. I can clean traditional litterboxes and have familiarity with some higher-tech ones. I understand body language cues from both dogs and cats. As the daughter of a former landlord, I understand the frustration that comes with letting someone in your home just for them to take advantage of you. Therefore, you can be certain I will maintain the utmost respect for your belongings, your home, and your pet.

About: Hi! I’m Amy, and I’d love to welcome your pup into my home! I’ve been a dog lover my entire life and grew up with dogs, so caring for them has always come naturally. These days I have a Miniature Schnauzer named Stevie Nicks (yes, just like the singer!), and she’s the sweetest little host. She gets along wonderfully with other dogs and would absolutely love having a new friend come stay with us. I work from home most of the week and only go into the office twice a week, so your dog will get plenty of attention, companionship, and potty breaks throughout the day. Whether your pup loves playing, cuddling on the couch, or just hanging out, we’ll make sure they feel right at home. We live in a ground-floor unit with both a private front patio and a fully fenced backyard, giving dogs secure outdoor spaces to stretch their legs, play, or relax in the fresh air. I always strive to create a calm, safe, and welcoming environment where every dog feels right at home

I am patient with the very young as well as very old, and love everything in between (I especially love play). I have cared for geriatric, post-stroke, and puppies and love all of my time with pets! My dog, Chance, has Addison's disease, and I love that Veronica has a vet tech background. She truly understands his medical needs, knows how to help keep his stress levels as low as possible, and can recognize the early signs of stress. It's such a comfort knowing she's fully capable of administering his eye drops and eye ointment, and can even assist me with his hormone injections. I feel incredibly lucky to have found Veronica. About: Since I was very small, I’ve cared for a menagerie of animals, including cats and dogs, reptiles and small critters, even horses and goats. I’ve had a number of special needs animals of my own, and am very well-acquainted with administering medication and accommodating special needs. After recently losing my elderly dog for whom I had been managing severe epilepsy, and my elderly cat to cancer, I’m used to providing near constant care and love, and now find myself with time on my hands and love to spare. I deeply understand the stress of leaving your pet in a stranger’s care, and I’ll make sure you can see that your pet is safe with me. I live at the beach on a great trail network with walkable parks to give your dogs a taste of vacation, whatever their preference, and have a deck in the trees with large floor to ceiling windows full of birds and squirrels to keep your cats entertained. I work full time from home with a very flexible schedule. Until recently I was caring for an elderly dog with severe epilepsy that required 3x daily medication, and an elderly cat with cancer who required feeding every couple of hours, so I’m accustomed to my days centering around animals’ schedules. Living at the beach means I take walk breaks throughout the day, and I appreciate that animals give me a ready excuse to step away from my computer. I have a deck in the trees that’s great for sunbathing and creature watching, and am 50 yards from the beach and it’s path, as well as a large local park and trail network along the wetlands. I work in the main space of my home, so it’s easy for me to have eyes on your pet at all times. Wherever they are in terms of their needs, I’m happy to meet them there!

I must admit I love animals more than humans 🐶 eager to help with walks, walk-ins, over night staying or whatever you may need! I currently work from home and enjoy breaks with a furry friend!
