About: I’ve grown up with dogs my entire life, so caring for them has always been second nature to me! Throughout college, I cared for my own dog as well as my roommate’s dog whenever she was out of town. I’ve also provided overnight pet sitting, including caring for a dog who requires daily medication. From feeding and bathing to walks, exercise, and plenty of attention, I’m comfortable with all the everyday responsibilities that come with caring for a pup. I genuinely love spending time with dogs and getting to know their different personalities, and I treat every pup like they’re my own! I have a flexible schedule that allows me to make time for walks, playtime, feeding, and plenty of attention throughout the day! I’m happy to help with daytime visits, exercise, and basic grooming, whether your pup needs a quick check-in or some extra company while you’re away. Unfortunately, my apartment doesn’t allow pets, so I’m unable to offer boarding in my home, but I’m more than happy to come to yours! I know how important it is to feel comfortable leaving your dog in someone else’s care! Having grown up with dogs and cared for them on my own, I understand the importance of keeping them safe, happy, and comfortable. About: I’ve loved animals my entire life and connecting with animals of all kinds is my greatest joy. Rescued is my favourite breed, and I specialize in watching senior pets and special needs pets. I have experience with seniors who require medications and particular care, as well as special needs, including but not limited to blind, deaf, and three-legged pets. I have a flexible work schedule and when I’m not at work, I’m a huge homebody and live alone, so your pet will get tons of one-on-one attention and love. I don’t have any dogs or cats of my own, and I only watch one dog at a time, so if your pet needs to be the sole pet, then we are a perfect fit. I do have one sweet senior guinea pig; she can be secured in another room if you’re worried about your pet bothering her. I absolutely love watching small pets as well and have tons of experience with guinea pigs. Please note that I currently work hybrid and go into work 2-3x a week; however, I only go in for a few hours, I will never leave your pet alone for 8 hours. Luckily my work is super flexible, so if I need to adjust my hours or office days for your pet, please let me know and I will accommodate. Your pet’s needs are more important to me. My office is also super dog friendly, if you think they’d like to come with me! My place is very quiet; I live alone and never have people over, and I’m home most of the time, so I’m great for anxious or shy pets. I also only board one dog at a time, so your pet will get 100% of my attention, which is also great for shy and nervous dogs who don’t do well with other dogs. (If you have two dogs I’m happy to watch them together, I just don’t watch dogs from different families at once.) I don’t have a backyard, but I do have a spacious balcony for your dog to sunbathe. I’m on the top floor and my building has an elevator, which is ideal for senior and special needs pups. Your pet is welcome anywhere in my apartment, from the couch to my bed, my home is their home.

About: I have been a dog foster for a long time. I worked with shelters and having great passions about dogs. I know a bit "dog psychology" ha and understand how to react to certain situations... especially when dogs are uncomfortable.. There’s a park right by my apartment, a very good option for dogs looking to socialize. My apartment is very quiet, so if your fur baby does not want to socialize, it is all covered as well. I've had dogs since 6. Dogs generally like me too. I enjoy my time with dogs. They melt my heart :) I can’t wait to meet your fur babies! It will be fun I can watch dogs during weekdays with a day or two notice, and my weekends are usually open. I do appreciate advanced notice. My apartment is very quiet, and please let me know if your dog has any excessive barking. I usually only watch dogs from the same owner or I will let you know. That way I ensure they will get along and don't fight.

Caroline helped us out on short notice for our dog Luna. She stayed with her for a few hours which included 2 walks so Luna seemed content on our return. Luna is new to us and somewhat anxious when we leave but was pretty calm when we returned. We were very happy with her work.
I had a lot of peace of mind leaving my two cats under Mutsumi’s care. She had quick responses and was very thorough in updating with pictures for all the pet tasks (took pictures of clean kitty litter, filled water bowls, etc). My more social cat got good play time and she always checked up on the shy/hiding cat each visit while giving the shy one space. We had an unexpected heat wave while I was away, and she was also kind enough to turn on the AC for my cats exactly as requested.
10/10 recommend Courtney! She was absolutely wonderful with both of our cats! She came over for a meet and greet beforehand and was incredibly attentive throughout the weekend. One of our cats needed medication twice a day, and Courtney was always prompt, took extra time to write down instructions, and sent us updates after every visit. Our older cat, Bella, is naturally very shy and can get easily spooked. She unexpectedly swatted at Courtney (despite her being very friendly during the meet & greet), but Courtney handled the situation wonderfully! She was incredibly understanding and patient, giving Bella plenty of space and letting her warm up at her own pace throughout the weekend. We felt so comfortable knowing our girls were in such great hands. Will absolutely book Courtney again!
Gabriel was wonderful with our two Bengals! Anyone with Bengals knows they're a lot of cat: high energy, curious, and very opinionated. Gabriel handled them with patience and genuine affection, kept them entertained, and stuck to their feeding routine exactly. sitters on Rover set their own , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
