About: While I’m new to Rover and building my profile, I’m not new to caring for animals. I’ve had dogs and cats my entire life and have experience with pets of different ages, personalities, and needs. I understand that trusting someone with your pet is a big decision, so I make communication a priority and will keep you updated with photos and messages so you can feel confident that your pet is safe, happy, and well cared for. Growing up, I also helped at a shelter with my mom, which gave me early experience working with animals of different temperaments and needs. I truly love animals and enjoy making them feel safe, happy, and comfortable. I’m very active and love spending time outdoors, especially hiking. I used to take my last dog, Loulou, on adventures with me, and I would love to have a furry companion to explore nature with. Whether it’s playtime, walks, or just keeping them company, I treat every pet like my own. I’m excited to earn the trust of both pets and their owners by providing reliable, loving care every time. I’m also flexible with location and can help with pick-up and drop-off if that makes things easier. Pet care fits easily into my routine since I currently work part-time, which gives me a flexible schedule. I’m consistently available on Wednesdays, Fridays, and often on weekends, and I can plan my days around the needs of the pets I’m caring for. On the days I’m available, I make sure to dedicate quality time to each pet whether that’s walks, playtime, feeding, or just giving them attention and companionship. I enjoy being active, so incorporating walks or outdoor time into my day feels very natural to me. I’m also attentive to each pet’s routine and will adjust my schedule to match their usual habits as closely as possible, helping them feel comfortable and secure. When caring for pets, I always focus on keeping them comfortable, safe, and as close to their normal routine as possible. I follow the owner’s instructions carefully, including feeding schedules, exercise needs, and any specific preferences or habits the pet has. In my home, I create a calm and clean environment where pets can relax and feel at ease. I make sure they have plenty of attention, playtime, and regular walks, along with a safe space to rest. I’m attentive to their behavior and mood to ensure they’re happy and not stressed.

About: I'm a patient, laid-back sitter who loves getting to know each dog's personality. I especially enjoy caring for senior dogs and calmer pups who just want a cozy companion, slow walks, or someone to relax with. I'll always make sure your dog feels safe, comfortable, and loved while you're away. I work from home as a freelancer, so my schedule is super flexible. Taking dogs on walks is the perfect excuse to step away from my computer, get outside, and give them the attention and exercise they deserve. I'll treat your home and your pet with the same care and respect I would my own. I'll stick to your dog's routine, send plenty of photo updates, and make sure they're comfortable!

About: Dogs have always been a part of my life. When I didn’t have my own, I always took care of my friends and family dogs. I have always had a special relationship with each individual pup, and I would love to get to know all the quirks and needs of your precious dog(s). My family’s dog is named Cali, and she is truly my best friend. She is in New York now, so I cannot see her as much and am needing some doggy attention from others in the mean time. I know what it is like to feel nerves leaving your dog and making sure they feel safe and happy, and I hope to create that same environment for your dog. I am a post college graduate who majored in social work, and I have always had a need to care for others. My most recent experience is spending the past two months house sitting for 3 amazing dogs. One was elderly and the others were two big puppies. I hope to continue this summer having fun with new fluffy friends and making sure you can enjoy any vacation, obligations, or other activities knowing your loved ones are in good hands. I am currently doing a gap year before I head to do my master’s degree in New York City. That means I have loads of flexible time to perform pet care and work on your time! I expect to know at least 3 days before. Making sure pets are understood and supported is my biggest priority. Being in a new environment or with a new person is scary and overwhelming. It’s important for me to understand their needs and big feelings before putting them in different situations. I treat everyone’s dog like my own-meaning loads to attention, cuddles, playtime, walks, talks, and treats. It’s important for dogs to not just be taken care of at the bare minimum-but to be enriched, active, and engaged when I am around.

I can’t recommend him enough for his exceptional communication, professionalism, integrity, punctuality and top quality photos and videos of my Sasha :) It’s such a breath of fresh air when you come across someone like Samuel who you just know you can trust with one of the most important parts of your life. I’m so grateful that I did not need to worry at all about Sasha being well taken care of while I was out. SAMUEL IS THE BEST!

About: I grew up with pets. From dogs to birds to bunnies. I’ve always cared for animals. And now I have two spoiled bunnies living their best life! I work full time and usually at home around 5:30 pm on weekdays. I can do visits or dog walking from 6 pm onwards. On weekends, I have more flexibility. Due to having two bunnies at home, I don’t really let other pets in our own home. I am open to doing visits and walking though and will assure you that I will treat your pet as my own.

About: Lewis has over 12 years of pet sitting experience. He house sits for 4 clients, seeing 7 dogs on a regular basis. He has grown up with dogs since age 5, cats since he was born. Lewis has served in roles ranging from youth Alpine Ski Racing Coach to Internet Technology Manager. A Mammoth Mountain and automotive enthusiast, Lewis takes his family’s dogs all over North America (Winter Park, Crystal Mountain, Sun Peaks Canada) he brings a unique eye to every interaction. His passion in Los Angeles athletic training as a former cycling instructor and [SolidCore] coach reflects a philosophy of working with animals to keep them healthy and exercised. One or more outdoor sessions per day, routine focused while remaining open to an extra step. That same instinct extends to his communication style with owners: direct, thoughtful, detail oriented care, chosen so their pet is as happy with him as they are at home. As a student, I’m unavailable in the early mornings. I am available mid day, afternoons, and evenings. I offer dog walking, house sitting, and drop ins. Outdoor time and one on one attention remain the focus of all interactions. Regarding early morning-over night pet sitting: I am available to clients who are okay with and can be left home alone from 6am to 11am Every client deserves an individualized plan, not a formula. This includes communication in advance regarding medication(s), walk route, walk duration/type, food amounts and prep, house setup, and preferences. As a baseline: no food or sharp objects will ever be left out.

About: Hi, I'm Caroline! As a remote worker, I am home during day so I can provide your pet with constant companionship, regular potty breaks, and most importantly lots of love. I'm new to Rover, but not new to pet sitting. My experience includes caring for a family dog and cat, pet sitting, fostering, and volunteering at Best Friends Animal Society. I have never met a dog or cat I didn't like. My apartment is animal friendly, smoke-free, and ready to become a safe home away from home for your pet with lots of nap spots. I'm open to everything from high-energy puppies or kittens who need consistent play and training to gentle seniors who want a relaxed environment. I am highly skilled at reading animal body language and creating a calm environment for anxious pets. Above all, I will respect your rules for your pet and love them as my own. I cannot wait to love and care for your furry family member while you are away! I'm currently working freelance and I work from home so I have lots of time to care for your pups and adjust my flexible schedule to your needs! While I live in an apartment, I have a large living space so your pet will never feel cramped. I am also a very active person so your pet can expect lots of walks, dog park visits, or whatever makes them happy. I love being creative with stimulating activities whether it's in my home or outside. I do not have any pets of my own beside those that I dogsit or foster so I can work to accommodate pets that prefer to be the only animal in the home. :)

We have a fearful senior rescue dog with a complicated history, and Liz has been great about doing an initial meet-and-great and then an extended drop-in to spend time with our dog alone. She very much understands how to interact with a fearful dog who needs time to feel trusting. Her experience as the guardian of a rescue dog herself definitely comes into play. She was punctual, cheerful, and generous-minded, and we really appreciate her willingness to work with Penny! We will definitely use her again.

About: I’ve loved dogs my entire life and have over 20 years of experience caring for them. I was a proud dog mom to my cockapoo, Max, and my poodle, Olive, who have both passed — and I truly miss having a dog companion in my daily life. I have experience with senior pets and understand how important patience, gentleness, and consistency are, especially with dogs who may need a slower pace or a little extra care. I’m comfortable reinforcing basic commands and following any training, routines, or special instructions your dog already has in place. Whether your dog needs a calm walk, companionship, or someone attentive and loving while you’re away, I’ll care for them as if they were my own. I run my own business and work from home, which gives me a flexible schedule and allows me to be attentive to the pets in my care. I’m available for walks, drop-ins, and overnight stays, and I’m able to build my day around your dog’s routine. I live in a very walkable neighborhood in Beverly Hills with plenty of safe places for walks and fresh air. I’m also a homebody by nature, so if your dog is staying with me, they’ll receive calm, dedicated care and plenty of attention. I’m respectful of each pet’s routine and will always follow your instructions closely so your dog feels safe and comfortable.

About: Hi! I’m Dominoe! I currently have a 3 year old cavapoo pup of my own so I know how important it is to take care of a furry friend ❤️ I would love to walk our pups together (or separate if your dog does not do well with other dogs! Totally fine by me!) Safety, fun and lots of belly rubs are always my top priorities! I’ll make sure they come back happy, healthy, and wagging their tail. I’m dependable, communicative, and treat every dog as if they were my own. Can’t wait to meet your dog and make their day extra special! 🐾 I work full time but don’t have any set hours. I work from home most days so really any time your dog needs me I can make myself available! If you’re caught up at work, I can step in! Or you’re just tired from a long day, I’ll stop by and make sure your dog gets the exercise they need before the day is over! I am very communicative - so I will keep in contact with you if there are any schedule changes on my end. I provide safe, reliable and fun walks in dog-friendly environments. I will prioritize your pup’s safety, happiness and comfort, making sure every walk is enjoyable and tailored to their energy and personality.

Frequently asked questions about Rover

The average cost for Pet Sitting in Beverly Hills on Rover is $27.75 per visit (as of July 2026). However, all sitters set their own rates based on experience, location, and availability.

Rover makes budgeting the cost of Pet Sitting easy. As long as your dates and pet profiles are correct, the price you see before you book is the same price you pay for Pet Sitting. For more information on service fees, click here .

As of July 2026, there are 19,236 sitters on Rover offering Pet Sitting across Beverly Hills. Enter your ZIP code to see which available sitters are closest to your home.

A pet sitter can provide focused care sessions, help your pet’s routine stay on track, or keep you updated on your pet’s mood and energy levels.

Whether you’re at the office for the day or traveling for a few nights, a pet sitter can offer potty breaks during a Beverly Hills stroll, cleaning the litter box, or making sure your pet has on-time food or water refills. For daytime services like walking and drop-ins, you can also request sitters to send a report card with every visit.

Tip: You can discuss your specific arrangements with a pet sitter on Rover to what fits you, your pet, and your sitter’s needs. To find what their special skills are, look at the "Skills" and "Pet care experience" sections on their profile.

If you would like updates while you’re away, you can discuss with your sitter how many or how frequent you’d like those updates to be. The Rover app allows sitters to send photos, videos, and messages about your pet, including how many pee or poop breaks occurred. You can message your sitter at any time through the app and our support team is available 24/7 by email or chat if you have concerns.

The personalized, in-home nature of pet care through Rover can mean more individual attention for your pet.

Many pet parents provide a spare key or arrange a lockbox. You can also exchange keys during the Meet & Greet and show your walker how to use digital fobs or personalized codes. It helps to arrange access to your home, from spare keys to concierge introductions, before pet care begins.

If you live in an apartment or condo, don’t forget to discuss details like buzzer access, codes, or elevator etiquette. These details can help a pet sitter feel more comfortable going in and out of your building.

Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.

Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .

The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.

All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.

Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Beverly Hills. On Rover:

  • 89% of sitters can help with special care needs
  • 93% can help with giving oral medications or injections
  • 96% can help with daily exercise

You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.

If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
