About: I have taken care of dogs, cats, fish, guinea pigs, and other animals of all ages since I can remember. I have fostered animals through the local shelter with my mom for roughly a decade, and have taken care of pets with a wide variety of ages and needs. I have fostered around 30 dogs, and have my own dog and cat! Your pet's safety, comfort, well-being and enjoyment are incredibly important to me, and I treat all animals as if they were my own. I also keep a detailed folder of information for each client, including pet needs, preferences, likes and dislikes, health concerns, and more! I am super excited to meet and help take care of your pet! I am dedicated to caring to your pet full time meaning I have a near open availability. I am available any time Monday-Saturday, and after 1pm on Sundays. I have experience with many types of pets - anxious ones, hyper ones, shy ones, and more! In addition to always following your instructions and your pet's needs, I will always treat safety as the #1 priority. I am experienced with walking pets of all sizes, I ensure all potentially chewable items are stored away safely, never allow toxic materials around your pet, and although it has never happened, I am familiar with emergency veterinarians in the area should an emergency occur, and keep a pet first-aid kit in my car. I also have resources on pet CPR and choking. I use my own experience as a pet owner to ensure all safety precautions are taken. I also keep a detailed set of notes for each client, based on what their pet needs, prefers, or any health concerns they may have, and update these notes as needed. About: I want your dog to feel like he or she is safe and at home in my house. I randomly started watching dogs over 7 years ago and it has brought me so much joy and flexibility in life. I have always loved dogs, and find it a privilege to be able to house and care for them. I love taking funny pictures of dogs, so I will consistently keep you updated on your dog so you can relax and enjoy yourself. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine as my life revolves around pets. I'm always at home so I have lots of time to give your pet regular walks and playtime. I adjust my schedule based on their feeding schedule and make sure their normal sleep schedule stays on track. My house has a lot of fenced running room for your dog, and lots of indoor space for playing. My house also keeps a relaxed and calm atmosphere of love and acceptance. I keep my house very clean, and I allow your dog to follow their normal sleeping routine, allowing dogs on furniture and beds.

About: I've been a dog owner since I was about 7 years old. I had a husky mix growing up, a very active dog all black with a curly tail I'd walk regularly and keep active. I now have two small breed dogs. A chihuahua mix named Brownie that's just 8 lbs, rescued in 2015 and I have a Rat Terrier named Taco and he was rescued in March 2020, he's about 15 lbs. All their shots are up to date and they are neutered. I am an active runner/walker and I enjoy taking my dogs out for walks regularly/daily. I take them out for about 1 mile or more if we're going out on trails or more adventures. I've traveled with my dogs by plane and by car. I'm very comfortable with dogs! Love spending time with them. I've walked my dogs and others dogs now for years. I have a two active pups to play with should they wish but otherwise they're welcome to play and have fun how they wish. I love to let them have fun.

What I Offer Dog sitting (drop-in visits or overnight care) Dog walking (I also hike and can take dogs on longer walks if applicable to their health and weather permitting - not too hot!) We will need to meet firstly, that's how we will know it's a good fit for everyone, and it's how you know I'm serious. After that, you can book with confidence! I am currently retired so I have the time to spend with your fur baby. Also, I am an avid hiker so if that is also something you are interested in for your dogs I would be a good fit! I bring plenty of experience and water! I will only hike with pets early in the morning or afternoon if it is a hotter day. I am very considerate of their wellbeing and safety! I live in a duplex; there is a park about three blocks away that I bring the pups. If the dog is capable of off leash, after I have gotten to know them a bit and feel comfortable, they will be safe, I can take them to play catch. If not, a walk or hike is my specialty. I am extremely contentious to safety first.
