About: I’ve been around pets and animals my whole life! From dogs, to cats, to different varieties of fish, to guinea pigs, and even turtles! I’m no stranger to taking care of other people’s pets and animals, I watch family member’s pets and ever volunteer at an animal shelter back home in LA. When im back at home not at UCSB I have my 3 dogs (2 middle aged, 1 senior) and 2 cats (one younger, the other middle aged). I’m currently working on campus with two jobs and i have my classes to attend, but in between those times im more than happy to drive to appointments, and im usually free all weekends. All my pet (current and passed) have been and are taken care of 100%. They are my family, and one thing about me is I don’t play about my family!

About: If you want peace-of-mind while you’re away, I’m the one you’ve been looking for! Hi! I’m Jabril, a fiction author with a decade of experience caring for dogs and cats. My clients remark on not only my dependability and communication but their pets’ genuine excitement every time I show up. If you’re someone who travels a lot, works insane hours or just needs a little more support, let me step in and take the load off! You can count on me to give your furry friend all the love they deserve because I know pet care is more than just feedings and walks—it’s about maximizing enjoyment and making the most of this life. I’m experienced with older dogs, good with puppies and can administer oral or topical medication. I specialize in long walks, extended sits and sensitivity to your furry friend’s every need. Maybe you’re a busy health care professional, public speaker or sales rep. Maybe long days at the office or extended trips keep you away longer than you’d like. I can be that other trusted adult, your dedicated pet nanny. For new clients, I require a short introductory visit at least 48 hrs before a sit, so I can acclimate to your furbabies in their natural environment, with you present.

About: I have always loved being around animals. my friends, family and personal clients have flown me all around the country to take care of their pets and house. I’ve been taking care of animals (mostly dogs and cats) since 2012. I am extremely trustworthy and pride myself in my reliability. I value open communication and extreme detail in regards to how to take care of different pets. I currently live with 2 cats and my wife. I’ve stayed for weeks on end at my former clients home while they were away for work or vacation to take care of their dogs. I have walked dogs everyday for 6 months with one client. I’ve also been in situations where there was an aggressive stray dog that attacked 2 dogs I was walking, and was able to maneuver myself and the dogs to safety back to their homes and care for the animals first before I took myself to the hospital for wounds. My first and foremost obligation was taking the dogs to the vet and securing their safety. I feel like pets are the most important part of the human experience. Hi, I'm Andrew! . Recently graduated from USC (Masters of Accounting) and am currently studying for my CPA exam, I find dog walking and house sitting Rover to be the perfect fit. It offers the flexibility I need and keeps me active. I value the trust pet owners place in me and am committed to providing reliable and caring service! When caring for pets at a client's home, my approach is attentive and respectful. I understand that each pet has its unique needs and routines, so I focus on maintaining their regular schedule, whether it's feeding, walking, or playtime. I also ensure their environment is clean and comfortable, which includes simple tidying up and plant watering if needed. My primary service is dog walking and daily house sitting, where I provide consistent and reliable care. I'm committed to making each pet feel loved and at ease while their owners are away.

About: I have always loved animals and grew up with sisters who train police dogs, service dogs, big and small dogs as well as my own dog. I love dogs and have been with them since I was a kid. I’m a student that doesn’t work during the week so I have a lot of free time that i’d love to spend with your pup! I’ll take them on frequent walks and give them the loving they need:) I’m very careful with all animals as they can’t communicate their feelings to us. I’ll make sure they are fed, walked, and feeling that they trust me.

I couldn’t recommend Chamblee more, and plan to book her anytime I go on vacation now. Whenever I’ve gone out of town, I’ve had friends or family look in on my 3 cats. This was my first time using Rover, and I couldn’t be happier with how well Chamblee took care of my cats. She sent me notes and photos everyday, and successfully won over my shy cats. Knowing she was there when I couldn’t be made me feel so much better about being away. Thank you again, Chamblee!

About: I was basically raised by my family dogs— almost all protective breeds— some of which I took part in training. Unfortunately, in moving to LA, I have to prioritize my career. However, I’m still looking to form my social circle outside of the entertainment industry, and what better company to consider! Less cattiness, more dogs! I’m a freelance dancer, so almost all of my work is project-based. When on a job, rehearsals usually take place late afternoon into the evening. My schedule is also open on weekends, more-so Saturday and Sunday. I am very good at reading a dog’s body language, and responding accordingly whether I’m in or outside of what’s considered to be their territory. All visits will have to take place at the client’s home or in public settings because my apartment complex does not allow animals on the premises.

Super last-minute trip meant usual sitters weren't available so I turned to Rover. James was incredibly prompt, professional, and helpful in his replies and lucky for me (and my cat) he was available for a last minute booking. I booked two drop-ins per day for a week and he went above and beyond to care for my baby. He sent thorough reports and adorable pics each visit, paid great attention to detail, and did an overall fantastic job. Highly recommend James for pet care and wouldn't hesitate to book him again. I think my cat actually MISSES his playtime buddy.

Fearless, caring, dependable, and not afraid to call reinforcements when she needs it. She can be trusted with your pets, trust me, we have four. They were rascals just to say the least of it. One of them was feral actually, swipe her a few times, even got her neck, but she came back the next day with battle scars and an unwavering tenacity to get the job done. She worked with others well to provide our cats, insulin, food, and love. We were quite worried actually and thought of coming home early from our trip, but, to our pleasant surprise we were able to stay the full length of our weekend trip. She was even so thoughtful as to leave babies gifts, which was not necessary at all! Would definitely use her in the future, I would recommend this sitter to anybody who has babies that are in need of attention and care, with the detail and consistency that ensures the safe and relaxing cat sitting experience!

Christian took amazing care of my cat DMX and my frogs over the long weekend, and I couldn’t have asked for a better pet sitter. He was always on time, very attentive, and made sure everyone was comfortable, fed, and well cared for. It was obvious that he genuinely cared about my pets and paid close attention to their routines and needs. DMX absolutely loved him, which is not something I say lightly, and it gave me a lot of peace of mind while I was away. He also kept me updated and was very dependable throughout the entire stay. I came home to happy, relaxed pets and everything in perfect shape. I would absolutely trust Christian again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable, thoughtful, and caring pet sitter. Definitely a 5-star experience!

FAQs for Drop-In Visits - Beverly Hills

Frequently asked questions about Rover

The average cost for Cat Sitting in Beverly Hills on Rover is $27.75 per visit (as of July 2026). However, all sitters set their own rates based on experience, location, and availability.

Rover makes budgeting the cost of Cat Sitting easy. As long as your dates and pet profiles are correct, the price you see before you book is the same price you pay for Cat Sitting. For more information on service fees, click here .

As of July 2026, there are 8,591 sitters on Rover offering Cat Sitting across Beverly Hills. Enter your ZIP code to see which available sitters are closest to your home.

Cat sitters on Rover care for your cats’ needs and can spend quality time with them, including activities like feeding, playing, and refreshing their water and litter boxes. Depending on your arrangement, you can schedule as many visits per day as your cat needs or find a sitter who can stay at your house overnight. Some sitters also board cats in their home.

House sitting can be ideal for cats who need socialization or care that lasts longer than a few hours. Your cat stays in their own home, on their own schedule, with care based on what you and your sitter agree on together.

Many pet parents provide a spare key or arrange a lockbox. You can also exchange keys during the Meet & Greet and show your walker how to use digital fobs or personalized codes. It helps to arrange access to your home, from spare keys to concierge introductions, before pet care begins.

If you live in an apartment or condo, don’t forget to discuss details like buzzer access, codes, or elevator etiquette. These details can help a pet sitter feel more comfortable going in and out of your building.

Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.

Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .

The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.

All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Beverly Hills. On Rover:

  • 89% of sitters can help with special care needs
  • 93% can help with giving oral medications or injections
  • 96% can help with daily exercise

You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.

Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.

If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
