About: I am a dog lover and I have grown up with dogs my entire 28 years of being alive! I grew up with a pitbull and a boxer during my childhood and now I currently have a chug and a chihuahua mix. I’m the go-to dog sitter for my friends, family, and neighbors! I have experience caring for dogs as small as 5 lbs and dogs over 100 lbs. I work from home full-time and can give your pup all the attention they deserve. Bathroom breaks are every 2 to 4 hours and can be more often if needed. I live in an apartment and allow dogs on my bed as well as the couch. I have plenty of blankets and pillows to make them feel at home.
About: I was a dedicated poodle owner responsible for daily care, walks, feeding, grooming, and companionship. Now working from home, I provide attentive, reliable care and plenty of affection for pets. Working from home allows me to seamlessly integrate pet care into my day. I can provide frequent potty breaks, meals on schedule, playtime, walks and companionship throughout the day. My flexible routine makes it easy to accommodate your pet's specific needs. I provide a clean, calm and safe space for pets, whether in my home or yours. Pets are supervised at all times, routines are followed, and doors, gates, and windows are secure. I treat every pet with care, attention and respect, giving you peace of mind while you're away.

About: I was a dog mom to big labrador husky. Until recently, we had to say goodbye to our silly beloved pup. I want to continue giving my time and attention to dogs of all sizes on daily walks, check in with your pet at your home or board at mine. I also have a cat, and know how playful they can be as kittens and as adults they like to come to you with mellow energy. I know how special fur babies are to us and how much love they give back. Allow me shower your fur baby with love, playtime and daily walks while you are away! I have experience with dog pulling and how to handle barking at other dogs. I also can drive your dog to another location in my car. I will need your doggie booster or car harness. My mornings are remote working 8am-12pm during the week. I have a deck and large backyard the we can take breaks playing and a doggie door to access for potty breaks. After lunch, we can go on a nice long walk 30-60mins in the neighborhood. I have a fenced backyard and a sliding door for the deck. My parents have a senior cat, two double doors to separate access. I believe in respecting people’s space and privacy. When you need me to pet sit at your place, I will stay in the living room and kindly ask if I can use the restroom if necessary.
“Kristin is absolutely amazing - through these terrible fires while we were 2,000 miles away she went above and beyond to ensure the safety and comfort of our animals. Honestly deserves six stars.”

“Gassia is a star! I’ve had her care for my two babies several times now and to say she goes above and beyond is an understatement. Your fur babies couldn’t be in better hands”

“10/10 recommend and will have Rachel watch our babies again. You can tell right off the bat she truly loves cats and was so mindful of everything. Sent amazing report cards and I was at peace on my vacation because she was taking care of our babies.”

“Liz was a great sitter for us and took wonderful care of Rocky and Her Babes while we were away. She was thoughtful, communicated any needs and gave them plenty of play time. She knew exactly how to handle the little menaces. 🖤”

About: Lots of personal experience with elderly dog care(medication, assistance, oversight), puppy care with behavioral training, from tiny chihuahuas to big playful boxers! My work experience has had me visiting different homes all over the city for years and I've always been able to bond with a family pet! I live in a wonderful home with 3 doggies, one of which is a year old and has needed regular supervision! Much of my work is done remotely and never keeps me busy for more than an hour, and pet care is a great fit, most Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays all day and overnight I would be able to watch your pets and provide regular care! I am used to a fenced yard for homecare, dogs allowed on the furniture, and occasional leashed walks, but I am happy to hear house rules and care for your pets the way you prefer
“Koko was so sweet with my cat! I loved her updates and pictures she sent me daily. I felt like my cat was in very good and trusted hands. I would 100% rebook with her and recommend her to my close family/friends.”

“Samantha was super helpful and available last minute to come walk Henry! She asked questions beforehand since I wasn’t able to show her before I left. She also gave some love to my cats!! Would totally recommend.”

“Juliana is delightful! She was so patient with my kitty who can take some time to warm up to new visitors. She was very communicative, flexible, and considerate. She even helped address something that came up related to my air conditioning unit. I will absolutely book Juiana again if she is available. :)”

“Hannah has taken amazing care of our cats during a holiday trip, and stayed in routine communication with us. She gave us a peace of mind that our kitties were happy and in safe hands. Can’t recommend her highly enough.”

“Su is very friendly and professional. You can tell she really enjoys spending time with pets and makes sure they are having fun. Would definitely use her again for future care for my cat!”

About: I've had pets since I was a kid. I had a cat that lived to be 19, a Black Lab that made it to 16 and a Weimaraner that made to 13. I have a lot of experience caring for elderly pets and I have the energy for puppies. I have administered medication for both dogs via pill and shots. I most recently have been pet sitting my neighbors dogs and cats, if references are requested. I'm currently work remotely and am very flexible with time/hours/days/evenings/long term stay/short term stay/drop-ins. I offer over night stay as long as Wifi is provided for my work computer. I will create a safe and playful environment for your pet(s). I am open to suggestions/request per owner. Please feel free to reach out for further inquiries.
About: I have my own puppy (a mini labradoodle) He is 6 now and I love spending time with him and taking care of him - walking, feeding, playing, training etc. I have experience giving medicine as he has diabetes and cataracts. I also adore cats and love to take care of them! I work a full time job but can do a drop in or walk if you are around west LA. I am available on weekdays or weekends. Obviously trusting your home with someone else is very important. I make sure to ask what the house rules are, where to play with the dog or cat, and keep him/her engaged and happy. I spent most of the time entertaining my dog at home during quarantine using different fun methods.

I can’t recommend Gassia enough! She took care of my cats for two weeks and was absolutely incredible. She was so kind, genuine, understanding, and loving with them, and I felt completely at ease knowing they were in her care. She was also super communicative and kept me updated, which meant so much while I was away. It’s clear that she truly cares about the animals she looks after. I completely trust her with my cats and would absolutely have her care for them again! ❤️

Melanie is an absolute top tier cat sitter for our two girlies! We’ve worked with Melanie for drop ins for up to two weeks and have always been SO happy. Her pics and updates are the best and we always look forward to them! One of our cats is extremely picky with humans and only likes 5 confirmed people, and Melanie is one of them, so we’re convinced she’s a cat whisperer. We always come home to happy cats and an immaculately clean space. We will always use Melanie when we go out of town to ensure our cats are super well taken care of and happy. Thank you, Melanie!!!!

Marissa was the first Rover caretaker we had ever worked with and she exceeded our expectations. We have always been skittish about traveling too much as our cats can be fussy, but having Marissa come by for simple check-ins gaves us peace of mind. Marissa set the stadard for us, and we look forward to working with her again!

Lindsey is the best! She is always available, reliable, and great with communication. She was able to take care of my cat when I missed my flight and offered to see her more often than I requested as a wedding gift 💝 truly a gem !! She will go above and beyond for your fur baby. Highly recommend.

Five stars for Rossana! She took wonderful care of our cat, Cleo, while we were away in Napa Valley. We left very specific instructions for Cleo’s care, and Rosanna was incredibly detailed and followed everything exactly as requested. She made sure Cleo was fed and well cared for, spent time playing with her and giving her attention, and kept us informed throughout the visit. We were specifically looking for someone dependable, attentive, and professional to care for our cat while we were away, and Rosanna absolutely delivered. She is thoughtful, detail-oriented, communicative, and clearly takes her responsibilities seriously. We would recommend Rossana in a heartbeat and will absolutely book her again the next time we need someone to care for Cleo. Thank you for taking such great care of her!

Have been using Ashley on Rover for a while now. She takes great care of our cat Mel making sure that she has everything she needs and also helps us out when we are traveling by watering the plants and bringing packages in. She knows all of our cat’s hiding spots and always manages to find her when she’s hiding deep in the closet or under the bed. We often schedule within a week or two of travel and she’s always been extremely flexible and accommodating. We trust her with Mel and with the code to our home - highly recommend.

This was our second time using Paula and we were as pleased as last time. She arranged to stop by ahead of time to review food updates and the house security system again and during the short time we were away, her drop ins were timely and the kids were relaxed. We will definitely use her again if we need a sitter.

Juliana is delightful! She was so patient with my kitty who can take some time to warm up to new visitors. She was very communicative, flexible, and considerate. She even helped address something that came up related to my air conditioning unit. I will absolutely book Juiana again if she is available. :)

Suyoon is such an amazing care taker. She administered insulin shots to my diabetic cat (who can sometimes be a little grouchy) with ease. I definitely recommend Suyoon to anyone that has a pet that’s on the sensitive side or needs medication. She is awesome! 🤩

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
