About: New York transplant who just moved to the greater L.A. area. I, along with the rest of my roommates, am a young professional and have always had an immense love of dogs. I live in a new, dog-friendly building with my girlfriend and another dog-owing couple in which the majority of the other residents are other young professionals who own dogs as well. There is ample space spread out between the building courtyard and the surrounding block to take the animals out to walk and play. We have a dedicated cabinet in the kitchen for dog treats and items. I primarily work on the computer from home, so Rover is the perfect opportunity for me to work with some new friends in a wide-open open environment.

About: I’ve taken care my animals and others since I was 11. I had a dog and cat (Zeus and Blackula) that I had to recently give away after moving to California from Utah. I have experience taking care of family and friends pets like, dogs, cats, and hamsters so I understand the responsibilities of loving and caring for pets like I did my own. She is everything we could have asked for and more. We had a dog recovering from a serious surgery with a list of meds and an elderly dog that needs attention, which she handled with absolute grace and confidence. A wonderful person who we look forward to working with again.
Amber was absolutely amazing! We felt so at ease knowing Lucy was in such great hands while we were away. Stephanie took excellent care of our house and Kitty Wompas! We came home to a happy and healthy cat and a clean and tidy house. Kitty Wompas is diabetic and requires insulin shots twice a day, and although Stephanie had not administered insulin before she took the time to come over and learn the process and followed all directions perfectly. I highly recommend her.
Anna is very attentive and caring towards our animals. She noticed our dog seemed to have an allergy flare up and was quick to address it. She reached out with photos, and helped administer some medicine for us, answered questions so that I could schedule a vet appointment to address it. She cares for our animals as if they were her own and it’s so appreciated!!
Hannah took such wonderful care of Milo while I was away. She gave me regular updates and was great about sending pictures. He stepped the wrong way while walking by himself in my yard and she got him the care he needed for what ended up being just a sprain. She expertly administered a growing list of meds, even when he tried to evade the pill pockets or other methods of disguise. Huge peace of mind knowing that he was with her while I was away. I can't recommend her enough. We are so very grateful to have her!
Andriana and Adam were a total dream! We feel so lucky to have found them. They’re newer to the platform, but from the very beginning they were warm, thoughtful, communicative, and clearly wonderful with dogs. They were punctual for our meet-and-greet, asked great questions, and really took the time to understand our girls’ routines, personalities and little quirks. They’re used to raising and training bigger dogs, but were incredibly gentle with our two little ones. Foxy can be sensitive with new people and took to them almost immediately, which made me feel so comfortable. Andriana listened so attentively while I talked through everything, while Adam patiently sat and let the dogs come over, inspect him, and get comfortable at their own pace. It’s always a little hard leaving your dogs with new people, but once I left, I felt completely at ease. While we were away, they sent the cutest photos and updates, followed all of our feeding, walking, and house instructions, and clearly spent time actually getting to know the dogs. Adam even got curious about Foxy’s breed mix, did some research, and sent me what he found, which was so fun and sweet. Nothing unexpected came up during the stay, but after getting to know Andriana and Adam, I have no doubt they would have handled anything calmly and capably. They also took amazing care of our home. Everything was exactly as we left it, and they even washed the towels and duvet cover for us, which was completely unnecessary but so thoughtful. Adam is also an artist and surprised us with a painting of our front porch, a space I love, which I’ll absolutely be framing. It was such a personal and generous gesture and really captured the kind of care they brought to the whole stay. We came home to two very happy, relaxed pups and a perfectly cared-for house. I would welcome them back in a heartbeat and recommend them without hesitation. They’re kind, responsible, attentive people who genuinely love animals, and any pet would be lucky to have them! Tracy was so great with Bentley! I always get a little nervous leaving him when I’m away, but I felt completely at ease knowing she was taking care of him. She was so sweet and attentive with him, and I loved getting updates while I was gone. Bentley seemed so happy and comfortable when I got home, which says a lot! I’m so grateful to have someone I trust to look after him and would definitely have Tracy watch him again.
Kimberly was an exceptional furbaby sitter while we were out of the country! Wilbur loves hanging out with his friend Brianni! As she has spent more time with him she has figured out alot of his quirks and comes with solutions for his picky eater behavior which I’m so grateful for!
