“Sarah was Ziggy’s new sitter and this was our first time working together, it went even better than I expected. She is incredibly communicative and shared thoughtful updates that really put me at ease while being away from my fur baby. She also takes the best photos of Ziggy, which I absolutely loved. Sarah did a wonderful job letting me know how Ziggy was doing overall, and it was clear he felt comfortable and cared for. She also took great care of my home, which I truly appreciated. Ziggy really loves her, and that makes me so happy knowing he has a new and trusted buddy. I highly recommend Sarah and will definitely be using her again. 🐾💛”

“Zakiya is a wonderful doggy caregiver. She house sat for my elderly dog while I was away for work, and provided thorough and thoughtful care for my dog who was unfortunately stressed due to her humans being away. I will definitely hire her again.”

“Daylin was a tremendous dog sitter for our beagles, Slate and Astoria. My wife and I were in Las Vegas for a long weekend, and she took incredible care of them the entire time. She sent regular photos and videos, kept us updated, and made sure they felt safe, comfortable, and well-loved. You can tell she genuinely enjoys spending quality time with the dogs she watches. We’d absolutely book with her again!”

“You take a great leap of faith when you let someone you don't know well stay at your house and take care of your dogs while you are away. I had chosen Hannah based on her profile and reviews and she came over several times before we left to meet the dogs and chat with me. She wrote down everything in her notebook, asked many pertinent questions and seemed very trustworthy. I hired her, and she dog sat our two dogs and house sat for two weeks and was absolutely amazing! Hannah emailed me pictures and videos every day we were gone and wrote little descriptions of how the days went with the dogs. It was very charming and I felt safe, knowing the dogs were in the best of hands. When we came home, the dogs were happy, well fed and relaxed and the house looked great. When Hannah came over a few days later to say hi, the dogs greeted her with the kind of hysterical welcome the have until now only showed my husband and myself. This tells me how much they loved and trust her, and so do I! Hannah also worked on housebreaking with my youngest dog, and leash training with both of them and showed me how to continue their training. I will definitely ask Hanna to take care of my dogs next time we go away. You should too!”

About: I was raised with dogs, cats and birds. I’ve taken care of friend’s pets since I was 15 years old. Feed, walk, bathe, play and give affection are my assignments. I don’t currently have a pet of my own, but I spend a lot of time with my best friend’s dog and help out whenever I can. I’ve learned how much attention and consistency pets need, from feeding, walking, and playtime to just being present with them. I really enjoy being around animals and always treat them with care and respect. I always focus on creating a safe and calm environment. I pay close attention to the pet’s routine, diet, and habits to keep things as familiar as possible. I make sure the space is pet-proofed no small objects or open doors and that they’re never left unattended in unsafe situations. I also respect the client’s home, following any instructions they provide and keeping everything clean and secure. My goal is always to make the pet feel loved, safe, and cared for.
“Maggie was wonderful! She was responsive and very thorough in the beginning process. She came to meet and spend time with my cats ahead of time, which was very helpful! She’s mindful of preferences and any current routines and was responsive when I was away including sending updates at the beginning and end of the day. I highly recommend and would book her again. Thank you, Maggie!”

“Anastasiia was so great! Our puppy was recovering from spay surgery, and Anastasiia took such great care of her and attended to all her medical needs. Will definitely book again!”

“Stephanie came to do a pre booking visit and she was kind and asked good questions. She communicated updates and was flexible when travel plans changed. The house was left clean and the animals were loved.”

About: Hello, and thank you for viewing my pet sitting profile! My name is Tristanee and I have been caring for pets all my life. A little bit about me is, I love meeting new people and learning from new experiences and all beings especially animals! What I tend to often learn from animals is compassion, they share their affection and kindness to others energies who they may not even be familiar with. Through this I’ve gained an awareness to energy and how it important it is when caring for pets. Although, they may not communicate the same way we do, they still communicate and express themselves through their behaviors and energy. We can really understand the emotions and necessities of our beautiful pets when we allow for their energy to show and act in alignment with them. This what I value the most in pet care, attentiveness and routine. Through my experience of pet care, I have learned the importance of a comfortable routine and the ability to provide comfort and support not by assuming but through what your pet may be telling you. If your pet is best on a routine and attentive based care, it sounds like alignment to me! How I have learned this is from my childhood dogs. I have had the opportunity to watch two German Shepards grow from puppies to beautifully mature adults. As for my current dog, Princess, a tiny Shih-Tzu, Yorkie mix who I have been caring for for 13 years! I loved watching after my dogs, playing with them, walking them, and even observing them. As they got older and as I did too, I became more aware of the importance of attention they deserve from young to even a mature age. It wasn’t until last year when I started my walking and sitting journey with my current client, a Siberian Husky! A beautiful and energetic dog that inspired me to share this love and care with others especially with your pets! Throughout this time, I have learned how to properly provide through routine, affection, and attention! I have also learned how to administer oral medication and groom! I have experience and the tools to bath and groom smaller dogs but I would love to expand my knowledge with more pets! Thank you again for your time and consideration! If you feel aligned with me, I know for certain that I am aligned with you and your pets care and need! I hope to hear from you soon! I currently travel as photographer and writer. Meaning if my location is near yours during the time you wish to seek my pet care, my availability is open for your pets needs! I am very open to working around your schedule and pet needs as my availability is flexible! If your curious on more details for my sitting availability feel free to let me know what you’re looking for to help you! I value understanding the dynamics of the home and routine of my clients and their pets. Safety and comfort is my priority when it comes to the pets I sit. Expressing how you communicate and portray your care to your pet allows me to understand what best works for your pets to feel comfortable and confident in their own environment! Routine is an essential when I provide any care for pets, all details are entirely important to me so please share all that you can about providing and sitting for your lovely pets!
“Sarah is amazing! Our dog loves her and so do we!! It was great getting regular status updates which helped us relax and know our baby was in great hands. Highly recommend!”

“Amelia was a great house sitter. Our pup decided to forget that she’s potty trained and Amelia handled it with compassion, care and patience and we are grateful for that.”

“Ruth was amazing!!! She stayed with Zeus for 8 days. He loved her. She had a lot of patience. She would always communicate with me. Friendly. You can tell she has a love for what she does. Zeus has some anxiety but with Ruth he was fine. She is the new sitter for him and we will definitely be working with her in the near future. We recommend her to any fur parents. I was so nervous but at the end it was the best decision!! Thank you!!”

“Liana did such a great job being a sitter for my dog! Her calm demeanor and warmth made my dog comfortable with her instantly and feel safe with her in his space. She did a great job asking me questions and making sure she was informed on how best to care for my dog. Would definitely recommend her to anyone!”

“Sydney was absolutely incredible. She watched our dog, Cody, over Thanksgiving and we felt completely at ease with her staying in our home. She’s responsible, trustworthy, and genuinely knows what she’s doing with dogs. Her dog Riley stayed with Cody and the two of them became best friends—walking together, playing together, even napping side by side. Sydney handled their introduction perfectly and brought a doggie gate to make sure they were safely separated at first. Everything she did was thoughtful and professional. Cody is a German Shepherd/Pit Bull mix and Riley is a Golden Retriever, and they got along beautifully thanks to Sydney’s calm, experienced approach. We’re so grateful for her care and will 100% use her again in the future. Highly, highly recommend Sydney!”

“Khristina was so great! She was so communicative and responsive and I really appreciate her watching my sweet Teddy over the weekend. He is an elderly dog who takes medication so I’m always so scared to leave him with anyone, but she gave me such peace of mind and she took great care of him!”

Hannah was amazing! This was a very last minute booking for our 4 mth old Mini Austrialian Sheppard Hank ( within a hour) and Hannah responded right away. She was great with his high energy and kept him very entertained throughout the evening. He slept so well he was worn out! I would call on Hannah again next time we need a sitter. I highly recommend her also!

Sarah is wonderful! We had the absolute best experience with her and could not have asked for a better sitter. She took such incredible care of our pups while we were away. She was super communicative by always keeping us in the the loop and sending daily updates and beautiful photos, and she left the house in immaculate shape. It made such a difference knowing everything was taken care of so thoughtfully. She followed all our instructions perfectly and was attentive to our dogs’ routines and needs. You can tell she genuinely adores animals, and on top of that, she’s just a truly good human being. We feel so lucky and grateful to have had her looking after our pups. All around, an amazing experience. We would trust her again in a heartbeat and cannot recommend her highly enough.

Ruth was amazing!!! Thank you!!

Absolutely the best service. She checked on my dogs after a questionable sitter situation and made sure they were safe and comfortable. She was patient, kind, and truly went above and beyond — leaving treats and even tidying up my living room. Highly recommend!

This was our first time using Rover for pet sitting services and we were very pleased. Paula had relevant experience for one of our cats who needs medication, which was key in our selection of her as a sitter (FIP diagnosis and treatment). She organized her schedule to meet with us via video ahead of time, which we always appreciate, and she also came to our home for an in person walk-through of the house and security system. At the beginning of the sit, our cat who needed medication proved to be quite the little Houdini as far as hiding and avoiding her dose. Paula made us aware of the situation and between us, a helping hand from a friend, and a few FaceTime conversations (on Christmas Eve no less!), we were able to locate and medicate the little devil. We then came up with a new plan to avoid issues, but I really applaud Paula’s cool head and flexibility as it was definitely a challenge. Paula also communicated every day, and included pictures and videos of the kitty kids so I knew they were happy and well-fed. Our little trouble maker kitten also managed to cut her foot which Paula spotted and treated immediately. Paula was very reliable during the sit, including staying a bit later when our flight time changed, and when we arrived, everything was tidy and the other cats were clearly relaxed and happy. If I need a drop-in sitter again, I will definitely rebook her.

Christine was an excellent house and dog sitter! She left everything neat and clean, made sure my dog was well fed, groomed and had enough water and treats of course! She also walked and ran with my pup! She is very reliable, kind, respectful and knowledgeable about dogs. Thank you Christine for taking such great care of Lucy!

Emily was truly wonderful with our two big sheps and our senior kitty while we were away! When we came home our pups were happy and everything was perfect. We are beyond happy to recommend her and are also so happy to have someone so caring and dedicated to watch our family! Thank you so much Emily! ❤️

Eva really went above and beyond while dog sitting our elderly dog for 12 days, including walking her 4 times a day and getting her to take her meds 3 times a day (no easy feat). At times Eva even had to hand feed her to get her to complete her meals and take her to parking lots for her walks when it was pouring rain. She kept us well-informed with updates and photos throughout our trip. We are so thankful for the great care and will definitely use Eva again in the future.
Laura took such good care of my dog! When Laura left, my dog was whining and looking out the window for a while. She was very flexible, also feeding my hamster from time to time. If you're looking into boarding, Laura's dogs seem to be sweethearts and well-behaved, they were welcoming to my dog and got along very easily. Really appreciated all the cute photo & video updates too. Highly recommend!
