I’m happy he was allowed to roam free and sit on furniture just like at home. Although my dog may have been nervous to eat, Sheila did her best to accommodate Paxson. “This was my dog’s very first time being cared for by someone outside our family since we adopted him in January, so I wasn’t sure how he would do. He just turned one and has never been around other dogs before. He was understandably nervous and even showed some fear-based aggression at first. Janae handled the situation with patience and care — keeping the other dogs separate until our dog felt more comfortable. She gave him space, allowed him to relax at his own pace, and let him try gentle play when he seemed ready. Jane checked in with me after a few hours and said he was spending much of his time by her front door waiting for me, and I really appreciate how understanding and calm she was with him. It gave me peace of mind knowing he was safe and cared for while we work on helping him gain confidence around new people and dogs. If Jane will have us again, we will be repeat customers.”

About: I’ve had dogs all my life, I love making new pup friends of all sizes and building trust with them. I have a 7 year old xolo and 5 year old pug so caring for sensitive pups is in my game! I work from home M-Th and can walk dogs before and after work usually (7-8 am and 6-7:30 pm) Friday - Sunday I am open on demand Sun bathing cuddles walks and good food! I love seeing happy faces on all pups and cater to their needs whether they like a short walk, a car ride, sun bathing, eating by hand, playing fetch, I like to make sure my dogs feel safe and happy.

I have done dog sitting for various breeds including chihuahuas, corgis, german shepherds, aussies, poodles, etc. so I know how different their energy levels can be but can handle it all! Depending on what you are comfortable with, your dogs stay will include trips to the dog park, long walks around the neighborhood, playing with my own doggo, and of course being showered with love. I have my own Australian Shepherd who loves meeting new friends! Both of us would love to get the chance to spend some time with your doggo! About: I have always had a love for dogs because they are so loyal and innocent, growing up I was always the friend who would look after everyone’s dogs, recently I’ve been fostering a lot, in fact every time my husband came home from a work trip there was a new dog. I have experience with dogs of all ages and love to be active with them. About: Last year we said goodbye to our thirty pound poodle mix after 17 amazing years. Our kids, ages 15, 12, 9, and 5 have had a dog in the home all their lives and while we aren't ready to get a new dog just yet we would love to take care of yours! My husband Liam, always had dogs in his family’s house growing up. We have a spacious home and fenced back yard in a quiet Hawthorne neighborhood close to LAX. It’s easy for us to let the dogs out back throughout the day and to go for frequent walks around the block. We used Rover for our own dog so we know how great it feels to know that your pup is being taken care of like family while you are away. Poodles, poodle mixes, and smaller dogs are preferred but there’s always exceptions. My husband Liam, and I both work from home so there's always an adult around to make sure the dogs are taking care of. We live in a quiet neighborhood that's easy to take the dogs on walks. And with our backyard we can let the dogs out for frequent bathroom breaks if needed. We have a completely fenced in back yard that our dog loved in his time here. Our older children are at school or activities for most of the day so the dogs will generally have the run of the house.

Ocean, a 6 year old Chorky, likes to sun bath and bark at the mail lady. About: I’ve had a lifelong love for animals, especially dogs. I grew up caring for my two family dogs, Clancy and Russell. Russell is now almost 16, so I have hands on experience supporting senior dogs with patience, attentiveness, and lots of love. I was also surrounded by dogs through my uncle, who rescued and cared for three shelter dogs Koki, Lucky and Pickles. Being around them helped me learn early on how to safely approach dogs, respect their boundaries, and understand different temperaments. I later volunteered at Adopt & Shop, where I became a lead for volunteer groups. My responsibilities included dog walking, providing enrichment activities, and cleaning kennels. About: I have worked with animals since I was a little girl on my grandpas farm! I worked in dog boarding, dog grooming and did an internship through the SPCA. I also fostered cats for multiple years and have experience with medication, shots and different types of temperament. I have dealt with it all! I currently work part time at a bank so I have lots of availability especially on weekends. I usually work 4-6 hours during the day. I feel as though animals are more comfortable at their own house so I’d be more than happy to take them on long walks around the neighborhood or even play in the backyard.

He just turned one and has never been around other dogs before. He was understandably nervous and even showed some fear-based aggression at first. Janae handled the situation with patience and care — keeping the other dogs separate until our dog felt more comfortable. She gave him space, allowed him to relax at his own pace, and let him try gentle play when he seemed ready.
