“Krissy is fantastic! We were impressed by her ability to help our Murphy von Peanut, Corgi Extraordinaire (1.5 years old) feel at home while watching multiple other dogs. Being a corgi, Murphy has a lot of energy and lives for human attention. Krissy kept her engaged and entertained the entire 2+ weeks we were away. Murphy gets along fine with other dogs, but she can bark a lot at first which may concern some sitters. Krissy was unfazed and made sure Murphy was happy and comfortable around the other pups. We were happy to receive group photos and videos of Murphy playing with the other dogs. Krissy was also happy to honor our requests, such as giving Murphy regular dental chews and following her dietary restrictions. Finally, we felt Krissy cared for Murphy as though she were her own dog. The last time we went on a long trip, Murphy looked a little sad by the end. This time, with Krissy, she consistently looked happy. Additionally, Murphy had some burns on her paws from the hot sidewalk when we dropped her off. Krissy must have treated them throughout the trip because some of the ointment we provided was gone and they were fully healed by the time we got back. We would 100% recommend Krissy and are thankful that Murphy got the chance to stay with her.”

About: Hi everyone my name is Angie and I may be new to Rover but I am not new to loving and caring for precious pups. I currently don't have any dogs living with me but prior to July 2025 I had my own fur babies since 1992. I decided this would be a wonderful way for me to get some puppy love, bring peace of mind to traveling pet parents, and make some money while providing a loving service. About: Last year we said goodbye to our thirty pound poodle mix after 17 amazing years. Our kids, ages 15, 12, 9, and 5 have had a dog in the home all their lives and while we aren't ready to get a new dog just yet we would love to take care of yours! My husband Liam, always had dogs in his family’s house growing up. We have a spacious home and fenced back yard in a quiet Hawthorne neighborhood close to LAX. It’s easy for us to let the dogs out back throughout the day and to go for frequent walks around the block. We used Rover for our own dog so we know how great it feels to know that your pup is being taken care of like family while you are away. Poodles, poodle mixes, and smaller dogs are preferred but there’s always exceptions. My husband Liam, and I both work from home so there's always an adult around to make sure the dogs are taking care of. We live in a quiet neighborhood that's easy to take the dogs on walks. And with our backyard we can let the dogs out for frequent bathroom breaks if needed. We have a completely fenced in back yard that our dog loved in his time here. Our older children are at school or activities for most of the day so the dogs will generally have the run of the house.

About: I’ve taken care of my family dogs but my sister friend wanted us to dog sit at our house while they went away and she fell in love with us and so did we ! they had moved her with a different owner and when they would check in on her they saw she was scared and alone in the garage with no food then she reached out to us and we took her in and in less than a month she was a whole new dog she would love to cuddle with us in the bed she would let others pet her and she loves to play with other dogs her size only haha. Not only this but I go to my friends house weekly to play with their dogs and play with them During this summer I am attending school but only have 2 classes from 8am-3pm. About: My daughter and I (she is 15) are in love with everything that is living especially animals! We have fostered and pet-sitted for many years. I work from home so I am home 90% of the time. My daughter is a bit of a Dog Whisperer and we do this because we love it! The Pawttage is near LAX so you could drop your sweetie on your way out of town and pick him/her up as soon as you land! The Pawttage has a large sized back yard, cozy and family atmosphere. We will take your pooch on as many walks as you desire. Your pooch will have play time in the yard and relax time with me in the evening. We have plenty of the time and can fully care for your vacationing pooch. If you feel he/she needs her toys that is great, if not we have some to lend out. The resident animals are a small 17 year old Lhasa Apso, who loves other dogs and still enjoys play time in the yard with guests. He himself has doggie playdates with his doggie friends! Ocean, a 6 year old Chorky, likes to sun bath and bark at the mail lady. Consider this happy animal friendly home as your pets home away from home! *NOTE: If you cannot pick up by 8pm, please consider it as an additional day.

He not only took them on a 30+ walk around Green Lake, but he also took them to the dog park to ensure our pups were nice and tired before returning them home. Even though it was only a walk, he gave updates about his arrival/departure times, what they were doing, and how the dogs were. Our dogs were super happy and exhausted when we returned, so we know they're looking forward to seeing Jared again.
