About: I'm incredibly blessed to have always been around dogs, with my family having adopted our first puppy when I was eight years old. Five stars for Rossana! She took wonderful care of our cat, Cleo, while we were away in Napa Valley. We left very specific instructions for Cleo’s care, and Rosanna was incredibly detailed and followed everything exactly as requested. She made sure Cleo was fed and well cared for, spent time playing with her and giving her attention, and kept us informed throughout the visit. We were specifically looking for someone dependable, attentive, and professional to care for our cat while we were away, and Rosanna absolutely delivered. This was our second time using Paula and we were as pleased as last time. She arranged to stop by ahead of time to review food updates and the house security system again and during the short time we were away, her drop ins were timely and the kids were relaxed.
