It was our first time leaving our 1 yr old Hugo and we were debating whether or not to even go on a trip. Laura was able to meet with us beforehand therefore making us feel at ease with leaving. I could tell right away she was a dog lover and that Hugo would be well taken care of. I was not wrong! She was amazing. She communicated well and provided us with daily pics of Hugo!
