About: DETAILED SERVICES PROVIDED HERE: I’ve owned and taken care of pets for 20+ years. I have two dogs which I trained myself to pass the CGC Test. I am an athlete so walking and running with dogs is always a great time! I am patient and truly believe every pet deserves love & attention. I treat every pet like one of my own — calm, attentive, and consistent. I send updates with photos after every visit, communicate quickly, and pay attention to the small things (medication times, food preferences, anxiety triggers). I've built long-term relationships with my repeat clients because I show up the same way every time. Booking with me includes a free 15-minute meet & greet so we can make sure it's the right fit before the first stay. REMINDER ROVER TAKES 25% OF THE PRICE REFLECTED. HOUSE SITTING — OVERNIGHT STAYS What's included: Overnight stay in your home (I'm happy to sleep in the guest room or wherever you prefer) - Morning walk + feed - Midday walk + feed - Evening walk + feed - Daily photo and text updates - Light tidying — dishes used, trash out, cleaning up after your pet - Plant watering and mail collection on request - While this is a nightly rate, it averages to approximately $5–$6 per hour after platform fees when spread across a 24-hour period, reflecting scheduled care visits and overnight presence Please note: I will not be at your home during the day between visits — I run errands and have other appointments. If you need someone present full-time, please let me know in advance so we can adjust the booking. 2-night minimum for all overnight bookings. DOG WALKING What's included: - 30 or 60 minute walk on your preferred route (or one I know well in the area) - Fresh water before and after - Bathroom breaks with cleanup - Photo update after the walk - Feeding before or after the walk if requested Please note: Walks happen rain or shine unless conditions are unsafe (extreme heat, lightning, etc.) — in those cases, I'll do an indoor visit and shorter outdoor break. GROOMING/BATHING Available as an add-on for repeat clients. I partner with a trusted local groomer and handle drop-off and pickup so you don't have to. Pricing varies by your dog's size and grooming needs — please message me directly for a quote. GENERAL POLICIES Communication: Daily updates with photos for overnight stays. Per-visit updates for all drop-ins and walks. I respond to messages within a few hours during the day. Meet & Greet: Free 15-minute meet for new clients before our first booking. This helps your pet get comfortable with me and lets us go over routines, medications, and any quirks. Cancellation: 72-hour notice appreciated. Cancellations within 24 hours of an overnight stay may be subject to a partial fee, since I often turn down other bookings to hold the dates. Keys & Access: I prefer a lockbox, smart lock, or hidden-key arrangement so you can revoke access anytime. I do not retain keys between bookings unless specifically requested. About: I've taken dog grooming classes. I know how to bathe dogs and trim their nails. I've worked at a dog day care before. There, I helped watch dogs of all sizes and ages and bathe them as needed. I'm currently working part-time, so I have some free time throughout the week to pet-sit, walk, and drop in. I currently cannot board due to my apartment not allowing pets at the moment. I follow what I believe is the best protocol when dealing with animals. When I introduce myself, I like to lower myself to the ground to meet them at their level and try to let them approach me when they want. I love to play and pet animals.

About: Fur Baby Caretaker LLC I’ve absolutely adored animals since I was 4yrs old. I started getting educated on animals at a young age and knew my dream was to work with animals. I started my professional career in the industry in 2017. I worked at a dog daycare and boarding facility for a year, then moved on to a facility for dogs and cats, which I worked at from 2018-2022. Over the years at these facilities, I’ve learned about proper care, training and grooming techniques for dogs, and care for cats. I have plenty of experience working with different breeds of dogs from the smallest teacup poodle, to the chunkiest bulldog, to the biggest Great Dane. I’ve worked with many different breeds, sizes and personalities in large daycare groups, so I’ve learned how to manage different demeanors in different settings. With cats, I understand their boundaries and don’t like to force any interaction on them, but if they are comfortable with it I give them lots of love. There’s plenty of grass and parks in the neighborhood to go to during walks. My apartment is on the second floor with the luxury of having the parking garage underneath me, so your pet running around the house won’t disturb anyone! I stay alert and aware of my surroundings at all times for safety purposes. I have multiple rooms and gates to separate pets when necessary (feeding, bedtime, rest breaks…etc.) My pets are flea treated regularly and stay up to date on their vaccines. **IMPORTANT NOTICE BELOW!!! In order to keep my home a healthy and clean environment for all, IF PETS ARRIVE WITH FLEAS I require a $50-$100 cleaning fee AND a flea bath may apply with a MINIMUM charge of $38/pet bathed. I HIGHLY recommend flea treatments and checking your pets for fleas BEFOREHAND to avoid additional charges. ADDITIONALLY, if your pet causes any damages to my property there will be a MINIMUM charge of $25 for repairs/replacements.**

About: My whole life I’ve been around animals. I used to own 2 dogs and would foster street animals. About: I began dog sitting a couple of years ago for the families I babysat for. When they would go out of town I would bring my furry friends home with me. When I bring them home with me I like to have their bed and food set up in my living room. I have a back yard where they can hang out as well. I’ve been working with animals, technically my entire life and I know that’s what you typically read.. when I was younger I had roosters, chickens, guinea pigs, rabbit, lizards, and birds. I was seeking to becoming a veterinarian technician, but I know that wasn’t my real passion. I became a Dog trainer, now for 6 years. I have been working with reactive dogs (aggressive) and the reason why I say reactive is because our dogs react towards something that makes our dogs look aggressive or probably are. I make sure as a Dog Trainer and the pet parent have a clear understanding what we need to do to help out our dogs. The training I do is obedience. I came to Rover to help out pet parents in need and not just with training but to also care for your furry friend when you're at work. Not only am I a Dog trainer, but I’m also a dog bather at my job. So, I don’t just train dogs. I make sure they are groomed well and again I just bathe. I Do Not cut hair. I want to make sure that our furry friends are clean and healthy so when they are in our home or it’s summer, they feel fresh and fine. I am also a pet parent myself. I have two cats and two dogs of my own. In the picture that you see on Rover, I am Daya the person on the right side. Every day I need to make sure that my babies are fed and well. As myself I do have and work a full-time job, thankfully.
