“Angela is an amazing at caring for our skittish doggie, and she is even flexible enough to accommodate drop ins for our kitties! Can't rave enough about how good she is. She takes time to get our fur babies acclimated to things, is very patient, provides daily updates and even a "Pawgress Report" for us when the booking is complete! Simply awesome! 😃”

“Emily was such a great pet sitter for my dog! She sent me updates with photos/vids daily which definitely eased my worries of leaving my senior dog with someone. I knew she was in great hands. Emily was also great at making sure Cleo had her daily walks and her regular schedule. She is a true gem and I'm so glad I found her (also in such close proximity) and would highly recommend her and use her for a future stay! :) thanks again Emily!”

“Marilyn took such good care of our pups! She sent pics and video, and they had a blast. (Even our cranky older dog haha) We were gone for 2 weeks and knew they’d be in good hands from the moment we did our meet and greet. Will definitely be bringing them back next time we need a sitter.”

“My sweet Coco needed boarding and Tian was such an amazing host for her! He was so communicative and sent me pictures and videos throughout the night and day until pick up time, and he was very responsive to my texts, which made me feel at ease and I loved getting updates on Coco’s day. Tian is absolutely someone I would recommend, and will definitely be my go-to going forward! 😊”

“Noreen and Seal have a very special bond. He never wants to leave her side when he spends time with her! I appreciate all the updates she sends me to let me know he’s safe and happy :)”

“This was my first time using Rover. Jenny and family took good care of our doggie. I enjoyed getting pictures of him to see how he was doing. I will definitely be using her again. This was a great first experience.”

“Yiyu was extremely accommodating with our last minute booking. She was extremely communicative with sending updates and pictures. We felt PeeWee was in GREAT hands which allowed us to have a worry and stress free time away. We will definitely be booking with Yiyu again! Thank you for taking care of our baby!”

“We are so grateful to have found Jeanne to care for our dog, Luglio. From the very beginning, she was warm, responsive, and clearly experienced with dogs. She made us feel completely at ease while we were away, sending regular updates and the sweetest photos that showed just how happy and relaxed Luglio was in her care. Jeanne went above and beyond to make sure Luglio felt at home, giving him plenty of love, walks, and attention. It was obvious she treated him like one of her own. He came back to us happy, calm, and well cared for—exactly what every dog parent hopes for. We’ll absolutely be booking with Jeanne again. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy, attentive, and loving dog sitter!”

About: I’ve been caring for dogs since 2008, and they’ve been a huge part of my life ever since. I’ve loved raising two dogs and two cats of my own, and as a long-time Rover user myself, I know exactly what it’s like to care deeply about who is watching your pets. One of the most rewarding experiences has been fostering senior pets who needed a little extra patience, comfort, and care. Whether your pet is an energetic puppy, a playful adult, or a sweet senior, I’ll treat them like one of my own and make sure they feel safe, loved, and happy while you’re away. Whether it’s walks, playtime, feeding, sticking to medication or care routines, or simply providing companionship, I’m committed to making sure your pets feel safe, loved, and comfortable while you’re away. I know every pet is different, so I take the time to learn their routine and personality to help them feel at home and give you peace of mind. I work remotely (except on Mondays from 9–2 PM), which gives me a flexible schedule and since I only take one client at a time, it allows me to provide attentive care throughout the day. Whether your pet needs regular potty breaks, walks, playtime, meals, medication, or just some extra companionship, I’m able to incorporate their routine into my workday and ensure they receive plenty of attention and care. I have a fully fenced yard where dogs can safely play and explore under supervision. I take the time to learn each pet’s schedule, preferences, and any special instructions so they can feel comfortable and secure while you’re away.

About: Hi everyone my name is Angie and I may be new to Rover but I am not new to loving and caring for precious pups. I currently don't have any dogs living with me but prior to July 2025 I had my own fur babies since 1992. I decided this would be a wonderful way for me to get some puppy love, bring peace of mind to traveling pet parents, and make some money while providing a loving service. I have taken care of many of my friends pups along the way. Saki, Sophie, Sushi, Bodhi, Lucy, and Honey. I also occasionally foster dogs to help my friend's rescue. I would love to meet and care for your babies. My home is a safe and loving space for pups to play and have their "stay-cation"!! I work from home and will be available to be with the pet pretty much all day. Consistent time outdoors will be provided weather permitting. I have a fenced yard with plenty of room to play or grab that nice patch of sunshine to nap in. I maintain a clean and calm environment.

“Kendra was great and made the Rover process easy. My cat loved her and all the attention she received. Videos and photos were sent to me during my trip so I felt reassured that my cat was well taken care of. Will definitely book with Kendra in the future.”

About: I have over two years of hands-on experience caring for cats, beginning with rescuing and adopting a pregnant stray cat and helping care for her and her kittens until they were ready for their forever homes. This experience taught me patience, compassion, and the importance of understanding each cat’s unique personality and needs. I also have experience caring for family cats by providing daily feeding, fresh water, litter box cleaning, playtime, and plenty of affection. I am dedicated to creating a safe, clean, and stress-free environment so every cat feels comfortable and well cared for while their owners are away.

“Very responsive and attentive! I planned a trip super last minute, and she got back to me almost immediately when I reached out. Loved the updates and pictures of my cat as well!”

About: I have grown up around cats my entire life! I am very familiar with different cat personalities and behaviors, from shy, independent cats to more social, playful ones. I currently have my own cat (her name is Miso☺️), which I’ve been fully caring for on my own for the past year, including feeding, litter care, playtime, and all the little daily routines that keep them happy and healthy. Over the years, I’ve also cat sat many times for friends and family. I’ve helped with everything from quick check-ins to longer visits, making sure their cats feel comfortable, safe, and cared for while their owners are away. About: Last year we said goodbye to our thirty pound poodle mix after 17 amazing years. Our kids, ages 15, 12, 9, and 5 have had a dog in the home all their lives and while we aren't ready to get a new dog just yet we would love to take care of yours! My husband Liam, always had dogs in his family’s house growing up. We have a spacious home and fenced back yard in a quiet Hawthorne neighborhood close to LAX. It’s easy for us to let the dogs out back throughout the day and to go for frequent walks around the block. We used Rover for our own dog so we know how great it feels to know that your pup is being taken care of like family while you are away. Poodles, poodle mixes, and smaller dogs are preferred but there’s always exceptions. My husband Liam, and I both work from home so there's always an adult around to make sure the dogs are taking care of. We live in a quiet neighborhood that's easy to take the dogs on walks. And with our backyard we can let the dogs out for frequent bathroom breaks if needed. We have a completely fenced in back yard that our dog loved in his time here. Our older children are at school or activities for most of the day so the dogs will generally have the run of the house.

About: Fur Baby Caretaker LLC I’ve absolutely adored animals since I was 4yrs old. I started getting educated on animals at a young age and knew my dream was to work with animals. I started my professional career in the industry in 2017. I worked at a dog daycare and boarding facility for a year, then moved on to a facility for dogs and cats, which I worked at from 2018-2022. Over the years at these facilities, I’ve learned about proper care, training and grooming techniques for dogs, and care for cats. I have plenty of experience working with different breeds of dogs from the smallest teacup poodle, to the chunkiest bulldog, to the biggest Great Dane. I’ve worked with many different breeds, sizes and personalities in large daycare groups, so I’ve learned how to manage different demeanors in different settings. With cats, I understand their boundaries and don’t like to force any interaction on them, but if they are comfortable with it I give them lots of love. I’ve also volunteered at a shelter for dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, and rodents. At the shelter, I focused on learning how to properly care for rodents and cats. *I don’t discriminate against any pet’s breed, size, age, medical condition, etc. I treat them all with the best care.* **I am able to dispense oral medication to pets if necessary. I AM NOT CERTIFIED TO GIVE INJECTION (NEEDLE INVOLVED) MEDICATION** I work part time in Gardena in the afternoon-evening Mon-Fri, but typically am home or close by during most of the day and on weekends. I usually to stay local when running errands. My apartment is gated and a code or key is needed to enter the premises. We have a large grass area right out front, which is not gated. There’s plenty of grass and parks in the neighborhood to go to during walks. My apartment is on the second floor with the luxury of having the parking garage underneath me, so your pet running around the house won’t disturb anyone! I stay alert and aware of my surroundings at all times for safety purposes. I have multiple rooms and gates to separate pets when necessary (feeding, bedtime, rest breaks…etc.) My pets are flea treated regularly and stay up to date on their vaccines. **IMPORTANT NOTICE BELOW!!! In order to keep my home a healthy and clean environment for all, IF PETS ARRIVE WITH FLEAS I require a $50-$100 cleaning fee AND a flea bath may apply with a MINIMUM charge of $38/pet bathed. I HIGHLY recommend flea treatments and checking your pets for fleas BEFOREHAND to avoid additional charges. ADDITIONALLY, if your pet causes any damages to my property there will be a MINIMUM charge of $25 for repairs/replacements.**

About: My whole life I’ve been around animals. I used to own 2 dogs and would foster street animals. I would volunteer at an animal shelter to gain more proper animal care, I was a groomer to learn animal behavior, and back to college I’ve gained animal experience for all different sizes of animals. Not only this but I go to my friends house weekly to play with their dogs and play with them During this summer I am attending school but only have 2 classes from 8am-3pm. Afterward I am trying to gain any opportunities that will help me grow my resume and animal experience. I am a huge pet person and prefer to spend my time caring and giving attention to the pet. I am very cautious of my surroundings

I am currently working remotel after graduating College, so pet-sitting fits perfectly into my schedule. I have a fully open schedule, and am ready to care for your sweet fur babies! I care for pets in my home, or a clients home, the way that I would care for my own pets. This care is full of love, compassion, energy and excitement.
“Kirsten is the GREATEST WALKER EVER! Not only is she a super sweet person, she takes amazing care of our fur baby Phoebe and provides tons of adorable pictures and updates. It’s been a relief having her provide walks/check-ins while we’re out of town. 11/10 would recommend Kirsten!! ?”

“Patricia did a great job walking Patches and spent quality time with her. We felt at ease knowing our fur baby was well taken care off. We will definitely use her again! Five stars for you!????”

About: I have several years of experience caring for dogs of all sizes and personalities. I grew up with pets at home and have helped friends and neighbors with daily walks, feeding, and playtime. I’m comfortable handling both energetic puppies and calm senior dogs, making sure they feel safe, happy, and loved. I have a flexible schedule and can fit pet care around my daily routine. I’m available both weekdays and weekends, and I always make time to give pets the attention they deserve. Safety and trust are my top priorities when caring for pets. In my client’s home, I always follow the owner’s instructions carefully—whether it’s feeding schedule, walking routes, or house rules. I make sure doors and gates are securely closed at all times, and I never leave pets unattended outdoors.
About: I began dog sitting a couple of years ago for the families I babysat for. When they would go out of town I would bring my furry friends home with me. I’ve always enjoyed taking them to the nearby parks and beaches around me. When they stay with me they are taken care for and treated like family. I work full time but I’m free on the weekends and occasionally on Fridays. My availability is mainly on the weekends since I am home. When I bring them home with me I like to have their bed and food set up in my living room. I have a back yard where they can hang out as well. I like to keep them in their routine and walk them frequently so they’re not inside all day. I try to do the same even if they stay in their home. I will check in as often as I can and will take them on longer walks when they stay in their home since I am not there the whole day as I would be in my own home.
About: Hello, my name is Daya. I’ve been working with animals, technically my entire life and I know that’s what you typically read.. when I was younger I had roosters, chickens, guinea pigs, rabbit, lizards, and birds. I was seeking to becoming a veterinarian technician, but I know that wasn’t my real passion. I became a Dog trainer, now for 6 years. I have been working with reactive dogs (aggressive) and the reason why I say reactive is because our dogs react towards something that makes our dogs look aggressive or probably are. I make sure as a Dog Trainer and the pet parent have a clear understanding what we need to do to help out our dogs. The training I do is obedience. I came to Rover to help out pet parents in need and not just with training but to also care for your furry friend when you're at work. Not only am I a Dog trainer, but I’m also a dog bather at my job. So, I don’t just train dogs. I make sure they are groomed well and again I just bathe. I Do Not cut hair. I want to make sure that our furry friends are clean and healthy so when they are in our home or it’s summer, they feel fresh and fine. I am also a pet parent myself. I have two cats and two dogs of my own. In the picture that you see on Rover, I am Daya the person on the right side. Every day I need to make sure that my babies are fed and well. As myself I do have and work a full-time job, thankfully. I exercise my dogs and cats before I head to work to make sure they move around before I head to work because I know they’re probably just waiting for me to come home.
About: Dogs and cats trainer. I know how hard it is to leave the love of your life. But for those moments, I'm here to help. I work fully remote. I study in the afternoon for my masters which for the next couple months until graduation will limit my type of services. Although anything can be coordinated upon request. Your pet will have its own bedroom unless cuddles are required. Parks are available around my place to go for a good walk. Building is petfriendly.
About: I have 3 dogs and 2 cats of my own, each one of them are rescues and required a lot of time and patience. I’m experienced in dog trading as well as administering medication. It helps me stay active as well as helps gain more experience with animals. I work from home so it helps me get my daily vitamin d . I’ve personally crate trained my dogs, it’s helped me monitor them while I’m not home. I like to take them on long walks and have play dates to get their energy out as well as stimulate their mind.
About: I've grown up with all types of dogs my whole life. Dogs are my happiness, and would love to work with them on my free time. I have an open availability right now for any day of the week and weekend. I would be able to dog sit whenever there is an opportunity to. I'm a very gentle person with dogs, I go above and beyond to care for them, play with them and make sure they are always in a safe environment.

“Great service and communication. Love the photo updates! Her calm and patience during such a difficult time in my life makes me so grateful for an amazing sitter like Rachel.”

“Ashley and his wife were absolutely amazing host for my two fur babies. I was a bit concerned that my two spoiled babies would bully their fur baby, but they all got along and did great. They were easy and accommodating. Will definitely book again.”

“April is such an attentive person. She takes great care of our dog every trip and sends plenty of updates with photos. He also comes home happy and playful, which shows me he’s been playing all week. Thanks again for another great stay!!”

About: With over 30 years of caring for both dogs and cats, I have a deep understanding of animal behavior and know how to make pets feel safe, calm, loved, and comfortable, especially when their owners are away or at work. I offer more than basic pet sitting; I create a nurturing environment where pets receive personalized attention, affection, exercise, and emotional support. My background in healthy lifestyle coaching also helps me stay attentive, active, organized, and compassionate with every pet I care for. I am particularly patient with senior pets, shy animals, and pets that need extra reassurance or consistency in their routines. It fits into my schedule because I can spend time with them at the beach, the dog park, walking around town, or just hopping in the car to visit a larger dog park. Life is good when time isn't an issue. My home is fenced and offers plenty of space for outdoor play. Plus, we spend most of our time outside. I cook homemade food for my fur baby and always take a nap after a long walk. You can feel reassured knowing your fur babies will have someone present, attentive, experienced, and caring while they are away.
“Shannon was absolutely wonderful with Nibbles! She watched her for 9 days in her home, and I’m so happy we found her. Drop-off and pick-up were super easy, and Shannon was very thorough about asking questions beforehand so she could make sure Nibbles was comfortable and knew her routine and preferences. She took such great care of her and made sure she was happy, well-fed, comfortable, and got lots of love and attention. I could tell Nibbles was in really good hands, as I received consistent updates/pictures, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. Shannon is such a sweetheart, and I’m extremely happy with the care she gave Nibbles. I would absolutely recommend her and will definitely use her again in the future!”
“John and Miyabi were so kind and attentive with our beloved Mitsu! They are very cautious and responsible, and they were incredibly responsive with our questions. I felt very comfortable with their caring for my sweet boy 💖 I would not hesitate to book with them again!”

“I had the best experience with Brittany! I was really nervous to leave my dog for so many days because it was his first time being boarded, but Brittany made the whole thing so seamless. Her communication was great and she sent plenty of pictures. She did great with giving my dog his daily meds and gave me so much peace of mind while I was gone. I Highly recommend!!❤️”

“Xenia took such amazing care of my dog Bogie! She had such a blast there which I could tell by all of the photos and videos Xenia sent during her stay. Bogie’s been back a few times and is always so excited to see Xenia. Her dogs and Bogie got along great and Blgie came home happy and tired which is what ever dog parent hopes for! Highly recommend!”

“I didn’t have anyone to watch my dog when I went to the hospital to deliver my baby. Then I found Harley! She was very accommodating with the date because I wasn’t sure exactly when I was going to deliver and also I was very nervous about leaving my dog but Harley would send me pictures and keep me posted and reply to my text messages right away. The second time I left my dog with Harley, my dog had diarrhea and Harley took very good care of her and even gave her dog (Dixie’s) medication for diarrhea, of course with my permision. She’s the best!!!!”

“Birgitta, her husband and son provided Scully with a great weekend away from home! Consistent updates in the form of photos and quick messages on their activities for the day helped us be very comfortable that Scully was being well taken care of. I would recommend Birgitta to anyone looking for great pet care, and will certainly be booking her in the future!”

“We are so grateful that we found Lucero. She gave wonderful care to our dog. It was clear from the updates and videos that he was loved, comfortable and well cared while we were away. “Bridgette is amazing!! So glad we met her; she took care of my dog who just had surgery and has separation issues for three days… Bridgette was able to get him to settle down, administer medication, and provide many walks, play time, and snuggles on the bed. She also provided many photos and videos along with updates on how he was doing. I could not ask for a better experience- he even gave her a kiss goodbye! We will definitely be booking with Bridgette again sometime. Thank you again!”
