DETAILED SERVICES PROVIDED HERE: I’ve owned and taken care of pets for 20+ years. I have two dogs which I trained myself to pass the CGC Test. I am an athlete so walking and running with dogs is always a great time! I am patient and truly believe every pet deserves love & attention. I treat every pet like one of my own — calm, attentive, and consistent. I send updates with photos after every visit, communicate quickly, and pay attention to the small things (medication times, food preferences, anxiety triggers). I've built long-term relationships with my repeat clients because I show up the same way every time. Booking with me includes a free 15-minute meet & greet so we can make sure it's the right fit before the first stay. REMINDER ROVER TAKES 25% OF THE PRICE REFLECTED. HOUSE SITTING — OVERNIGHT STAYS What's included: Overnight stay in your home (I'm happy to sleep in the guest room or wherever you prefer) - Morning walk + feed - Midday walk + feed - Evening walk + feed - Daily photo and text updates - Light tidying — dishes used, trash out, cleaning up after your pet - Plant watering and mail collection on request - While this is a nightly rate, it averages to approximately $5–$6 per hour after platform fees when spread across a 24-hour period, reflecting scheduled care visits and overnight presence Please note: I will not be at your home during the day between visits — I run errands and have other appointments. If you need someone present full-time, please let me know in advance so we can adjust the booking. 2-night minimum for all overnight bookings. Holiday rate applies to: Thanksgiving week, Dec 22 – Jan 2, Memorial Day, July 4th, and Labor Day weekend. Puppy rate applies to dogs under 1 year (more frequent supervision, potty breaks, and training reinforcement). Additional pet fee per dog or cat. DROP IN VISITS What's included: - 30 or 60 minute visit at your home - Feeding, fresh water, treats - Bathroom break or short walk - Play time, brushing, and cuddles - Photo and text update after every visit - Litter box scoop (cats) - Light tidying around the food and water area Please note: 30-minute visits are best for a quick check-in and bathroom break. 60-minute visits include a full walk plus indoor play time. 24+ hours notice preferred for new bookings — same-day requests considered based on availability. Holiday rate applies to all major holidays. Additional pet fee per dog or cat in the same visit. DOG WALKING What's included: - 30 or 60 minute walk on your preferred route (or one I know well in the area) - Fresh water before and after - Bathroom breaks with cleanup - Photo update after the walk - Feeding before or after the walk if requested Please note: Walks happen rain or shine unless conditions are unsafe (extreme heat, lightning, etc.) — in those cases, I'll do an indoor visit and shorter outdoor break. Puppy rate applies to dogs under 1 year (shorter, more frequent breaks). I prefer a free 15-minute meet & greet before our first walk. Additional dog fee per dog walked at the same time. CAT CARE What's included (drop-in): - Fresh food and water - Litter box scoop and refresh - Play time and pets - Photo and text update after every visit - Mail collection and plant watering on request OVERNIGHT CAT CARE — includes morning and evening visits plus overnight presence in your home. Multi-cat households welcome. Please note: Additional cat fee applies per cat for drop-ins and overnight stays. 24+ hours notice preferred for new bookings. GROOMING/BATHING Available as an add-on for repeat clients. I partner with a trusted local groomer and handle drop-off and pickup so you don't have to. Pricing varies by your dog's size and grooming needs — please message me directly for a quote. GENERAL POLICIES Communication: Daily updates with photos for overnight stays. Per-visit updates for all drop-ins and walks. I respond to messages within a few hours during the day. Meet & Greet: Free 15-minute meet for new clients before our first booking. This helps your pet get comfortable with me and lets us go over routines, medications, and any quirks. Cancellation: 72-hour notice appreciated. Cancellations within 24 hours of an overnight stay may be subject to a partial fee, since I often turn down other bookings to hold the dates. Keys & Access: I prefer a lockbox, smart lock, or hidden-key arrangement so you can revoke access anytime. I do not retain keys between bookings unless specifically requested. Emergencies: I will contact you immediately if anything seems off. I'm comfortable handling routine vet visits and have relationships with local clinics if needed. Holidays: Holiday rate automatically applies to any booking that overlaps with a major holiday window. Looking forward to meeting your pet!

What a pro!
Marianna has been great! We traveled for 3-4 days and she has been super responsible in taking care of our 2 puppies. Always provides heartwarming notes on what happened that visit which makes me feel much more comfortable leaving our pups back at home. Highly recommend!!
Marianna was amazing! She is so kind, both our cat and dog warmed up to her immediately. Marianna also followed our instructions and gave thorough updates that helped us feel connected to our pets even while away. We will definitely use her again!
We’ve hired a lot of dog sitters over the years, and I can honestly say she is one of the best we’ve ever had — if not the best. We have two large, very old dogs who have been with us their entire lives, so leaving them with someone new isn’t easy. One of them is particularly high-maintenance, requiring multiple medications and dealing with incontinence, and because of their age and size, they both have a hard time getting around. She handled all of it with so much patience, care, and compassion. To make things even more challenging, we had just moved into a new house and were still in the middle of unpacking. During her stay, we had deliveries arriving and people coming in and out of the house to help us get settled. She handled all of that seamlessly. She even moved our car to help us avoid parking tickets, which was incredibly thoughtful. And she went way beyond what we expected. She cleaned up thoroughly after dog accidents, washed the dogs’ beds when they got dirty, kept the house tidy, watered our plants, collected our mail, and generally took care of everything as if it were her own home. Most importantly, our dogs were clearly comfortable and happy when we got home, which is the biggest compliment we can give. She was dependable, thoughtful, communicative, incredibly caring, and just an absolute pleasure to have in our home. After having so many sitters over the years, she has definitely set a new standard for us. We wouldn’t hesitate to hire her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone to care for their pets.
Marianna went above and beyond to care for my dog, especially knowing she has arthritis in her hind legs and requires a little extra attention and care. She followed instructions, was attentive to my dogs needs, and communicated with me throughout the entire stay. It gave me so much peace of mind. I would absolutely hire Marianna again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy, caring, and responsible pet sitter!

Pet care fits naturally into my routine, whether it’s morning walks, midday drop-ins, feeding, playtime, or evening check-ins. I currently offer house sitting, drop-in visits, and dog walks, and I always prioritize keeping your pet’s routine as normal and stress-free as possible in the comfort of their own home. If needed, I’m also able to work from your home during house sits, allowing me to provide extra companionship, supervision, and care while you’re away.

It’s important for me to know whether your pet is social, shy, high-energy, or more relaxed, as well as any behaviors, triggers, or special instructions that help keep them safe and comfortable. I also ask about their daily routine, including feeding schedules, walk times, medication, and any monitoring needs, so I can maintain consistency while you’re away. Additionally, I would love a detailed checklist of anything you’d like me to include during visits. This can be as simple or as specific as needed—such as opening a window for fresh air, wiping your dog’s paws after a walk, refilling water bowls, giving treats, or following any specific household routines. The more detailed, the better, as it helps me keep your pet’s routine as familiar and consistent as possible. It’s also very helpful for me to know about any quirks, habits, or behaviors to watch out for. For example, if your pet tends to try to escape through the front door, chews on specific items that are off-limits, scratches furniture or appliances, or has any other behaviors that need redirection. This helps me ensure their safety and maintain your household rules while you’re away. To ensure I’m the right fit for your pet and that they feel comfortable with me, I require a meet and greet prior to booking. This allows me to understand their needs firsthand and make sure I can provide the level of care and attention they deserve.
