I’m a caring, reliable, and attentive animal lover who takes so much pride in being trusted to care for someone’s beloved family member. 🐾 I’ve loved animals my entire life and have been a dog owner for more than 10 years. My late dog had a disability and special needs, which taught me firsthand just how important it is to have someone you can trust to be patient, attentive, and fully present with your pet, whatever their individual needs may be. I’m also currently raising a puppy, so I understand the other end of the spectrum too! I’m comfortable with the energy, patience, consistency, and hands-on attention that younger dogs need. currently work from home three days a week and have availability during weekday evenings and most weekends. Whether your pet needs a walk, some playtime, extra attention, or simply a loving companion while you’re away, I’ll treat them with the same care and attention I’d want for my own. I’m also in the process of obtaining pet sitter insurance for added peace of mind for both you and me. I know how much trust it takes to leave your pet in someone else’s care, and I’d love the opportunity to help make that a little easier! 🐾

Every pet has their own personality, routine, and individual needs, so I always do my best to follow the care instructions and schedule they’re most comfortable with. Whether I’m caring for your pet in your home or taking them for a walk, I’ll make sure they receive plenty of attention, affection, playtime, exercise, and care. I’m very attentive to changes in behavior, energy, appetite, or anything else that may seem out of the ordinary and will always keep you updated, whether that’s through pictures or videos. Having cared for both a special needs dog and a puppy, I understand that some pets may need a little extra patience or hands-on care. I want your pet to feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while you’re away.

When we both lived in Houston for years, she did an amazing job helping to pet-sit my cats on various occasions, as well as taking care of her own dog. Her previous dog had both a limb disability and chronic care needs, which she excelled at staying on top of. She also helped to feed and take care of a local stray cat on her property for extended time as well. My cats have loved her and she will absolutely take great care of your fur babies! Schedule
Pet care fits naturally into my weekly routine! I currently work from home three days a week, which gives me added flexibility throughout the week. I’m generally available for walks and drop-in visits on weekday evenings, as well as throughout most weekends. As a dog owner myself, walks, playtime and feeding are already part of my everyday life. I’m happy to work with your pet’s existing routine and do my best to keep things as familiar and consistent as possible while they’re in my care.
