“This is our second time booking with Blake! Our cats have really warmed up to her and we feel very comfortable with them in her care. Blake sent us daily photos, as well, which we loved!!”

“Alyssa was a lifesaver! We had a last minute request to check in our two cats when our housesitter ghosted us for a quick weekend away. Alyssa showed up on time and did as asked. Would definitely have her sit for us again if needed!”

“Wow! I am so grateful we found Birutė on Rover. She’s an absolutely amazing sitter - best we’ve ever had for our cat. So professional, responsive, observant and caring. 100/10, thank you so much Birutė!”

“Julie was fantastic with my doodles. It was love at first. She understood all the issues with my dog with epilepsy and what to do. She stayed connected to us and they were very calm and happy when we got home. They can’t wait to hang with her again.”

I am available weekdays between 8:30-2pm to help you and your dog make it through long work days! I am always up for a morning or afternoon walk with your pup and mine! I will care for dogs in their own home, on walks, or in the dog park as requested by owners. I will treat your pets and your home with the care I would treat my own.
“Kellee was great! She accommodated my last minute booking including a meet and greet. She took the time to get to know my kitties and the medication routine. She was communicative and clearly took the time to truly care for my senior cat. I will definitely be using her again.”

“Jason did an outstanding job caring for our cat while we were away. His communication was excellent—timely, clear, and reassuring. They were also very friendly and personable, making it easy to trust him with our home and pet. Most importantly, his care for our cat was exceptional—thoughtful, attentive, and truly compassionate. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and highly recommend him!”

“Michelle was truly spectacular and I would, without hestitation book her again for the future. I'm personally a very thorough and particular person and those are traits that I noticed with Michelle from the get go. She asked all the right questions upon our first meeting. While she visited, she was attentive to all of Nala's needs from her playtime, to her meals/waters, and as well as the maintenance of her litter box. I received the cutest photos from her everyday, alongside notes of how Nala was doing. We really, really appreciated all the photos and check in notes - it made us feel at complete ease while being out of state. I also have to mention, that we left our place pretty spotless and came back to zero-minimal messes/litter scattered about - really appreciated this as well! Thank you so much for everything Michelle! Nala can't wait to see you again <3”

About: I’ve had pets my whole life, including both cats and dogs, and I have several years of hands-on experience caring for them. I also volunteered with Saving Shasta Cats, a nonprofit focused on caring for and spaying feral cats in the area. For the past three years, I’ve been providing dog walking and drop-in visits around Santa Monica and West Los Angeles. I’m reliable, attentive, and respectful of each pet’s routine. I also have a two-year-old cat of my own, so I understand how important consistency and trust are when it comes to pet care. I’m currently going to school part time and searching for some extra income on the side. So I have plenty of time to care for your pets! Currently my availability is open. Please message me if you would like to have a call or meet and greet beforehand. We can go over any special detail details then. So you can feel comfortable knowing your pet is in good hands.

Pet care fits naturally into my weekly routine. I am an early riser and I have consistent availability for scheduled walks, and can accommodate regular recurring bookings as well as occasional or same-day requests when needed. I prioritize safety and trust on every walk. I carefully follow owner instructions, use secure leashes and harnesses, stay aware of surroundings, and ensure dogs are returned safely with clear updates provided after each walk.
About: I've been around dogs and cats my entire life helping my family take care of special needs cats and I've been around to help family with dogs. Basic tasks include handling and caring for both felines and canines. This is something I have thoroughly enjoyed over the years. I'm experienced handling long walks, cleaning litter boxes, feeding. During my middle and high school days, my mom would often be in Europe with her family and I would spend 6-8 hours looking after our cats after school. My parents were separated and my dad was always at work during these hours. Those were those days I had learned and understood the dedication and responsibilities pet owners had to embrace. Feeding them, making sure they had water, making sure their litter box was nice and clean, and making sure they were comfortable. A family friend of mine who've I've known since I was kid had two dogs. One of them, Sheeba died nine years ago and the other, Ava (The one in the profile picture) passed about a month ago. She was practically my childhood dog. I would take both Sheeba and Ava for walks at the age of when I was an elementary/middle school. During the past few years I took Ava on many afternoon walks while her mom was working. I'm currently a college student with a flexible schedule. I am available on weekends, Thursdays and Fridays. I can be flexible on Tuesdays if needed. I look forward to working with you and helping any way I can! My mom has been a volunteer with cats for several years and I grew up in this environment. We were used to fostering and transporting various cats over the years, we alone fostered more than 10 in all. I am quite familiar with their various stages of life and know how to handle them given all their anxieties. I'm confident in my ability to brush, handle, transport, calm, feed and clean if necessary. I also enjoy playing with our feline friends! My love for cats shows. Anyone who knows me well can speak to this.
“Amy was wonderful!! One of our kitties had a few accidents while we were away and Amy took care of everything and kept us updated. We can’t thank her enough for the thoughtful updates and pictures!”

About: What sets me apart is decades of hands-on experience and genuine love for animals . Having owned 7 pet shops and cared for everything from horses to exotic birds, I bring unmatched knowledge, compassion, and trust to every pet I care for. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine because animals have always been a big part of my life. While I am waiting for construction to finish on my new retail store in Santa Barbara, I have extra time and spending it caring for and connecting with animals is something that truly brings me joy and balance every day. I care for pets as if they were my own; with love, patience, and attention to every detail. I cook fresh meals, keep them well-groomed, play fetch, go on walks, and make sure they feel safe, happy and truly cared for. Wether in my home or client's, I treat every pet like family..
“Jonathan was great with the dogs and so, so helpful. He took both my dogs for a walk (even though the drop-in was just for one), and bathed Fennec like a pro. It was the dog’s first time getting blow-dried, and he didn’t care for that part. It took both Jonathan and me to hold him and was no easy feat! Friendly, knowledgeable, great with dogs.”

“Elham was amazing. I had a family vacation I went on for a week and was not looking forward to leaving my 9 year old cat Ella behind, but Elham gave me updates twice a day, playing with her along with pets, purrs, and took amazing care of her food, box, etc. It allowed me to enjoy the vacation and not worry about anything on the home front. Upon getting home everything was in perfect condition and Ella was happy and well taken care of. Highly recommend Elham and would use her again in a second.”

About: I've been taking care of animals my whole life, from my own cats and dogs, to pet sitting for neighbors as a teen. I've been working from home for years and my flexible schedule allows me to spend quality time with your pet during the day, for overnight, or an extended stay. My husband and I provide a quiet, loving place for your pets and we are always home during their stay. Having animals around us makes the days more enjoyable! I am an avid walker on my own, and have also walked dogs of all sizes and ages around the streets and parks of Santa Monica. Whether your doggie likes slow, patient walks to check out all the smells, long energetic walks, or even a senior stroller ride, I'm your gal! And I love to take photos and send updates as often as you like. I have cared for puppies to senior dogs and cats, and have experience administering medications, including pills, liquids, transdermals, subcutaneous injections and fluids. I work from home full time so I am available walk or have pets in my home 24 hours a day. I love walking and am happy to take frequent short, or long energetic walks depending on your dogs preference, and there are lots of parks and great places to walk nearby. Having pets around me makes the days better and I will treat your baby with all the love I have to offer. Pets can make themselves at home, sit on the furniture and sleep in the bed (or their own if they prefer). Pets stay with me and my husband in a roomy 1 bedroom with a security screen so they can see out. I don't have an outside area but I love to go out for multiple walks and playtime in the local parks. I do live upstairs but can carry dogs under 40 pounds if they need assistance.

Elham was excellent with my cat, Murphy. Shes a great communicator and provides plenty of photos and videos which provide peace of mind while away! I even had a water leak situation that she found and help me stop from creating a huge mess when I got back! Highly recommend.

Samanta is a cat whisperer. She took care of Zoey and Wash with no incident while I was away. She managed to even get Wash out his comfort zone and be able to play with him. I highly recommend Samanta if you want your cats in safe hands. As a bonus, she does take artistic pictures of both Zoey and Wash as updates!

Jason was an absolutely wonderful cat sitter for us! It was our first time using Rover so we were nervous, but when we met Jason for our meet and greet both our shy cats came out from hiding immediately to greet him. After that, we felt more confident in having him check on them! He would visit to not only feed our cats and take out the litter but also helped in cleaning around the litter box. He left us long, detailed updates about our cats which we really appreciated and he caught when one of them wasn’t feeling well and checked in on them a bit more. We are lucky and thankful to have found a trustworthy sitter in Jason!
Birutė was extremely attentive and kind to our two cats while we were gone for over a week. She went above and beyond to help us when we ran into some other issues in the house (loud noises that were disruptive for our cats) while we were gone. Highly recommend!

Elisabeth is an outstanding pet sitter. She cared for my two cats for several days, and both my cats and I couldn’t have been happier. She was extremely attentive, went above and beyond the instructions I left, and provided real-time updates and photos throughout my time away. My cats are usually a bit skittish when I return from a trip, but it was clear they felt comfortable and well cared for with Elisabeth. I would absolutely give her a sixth star if I could!

Daniela was such a life saver taking care of my cat with a last minute request, and even extending the days when I had travel issues getting back on time. She somehow managed to make my grumpy cat take her pill daily and be comfortable with her so quickly, can't thank her enough 😊

Leah followed all the instructions perfectly — she warmed up the food, fed our cat, cleaned the litter box, and spent time playing with her. She really helped us out while we were away. Our cat was happy, and we felt completely at ease. Excellent job, highly recommend!

Ayda was fantastic! I highly recommend her for any of your needs. She was extremely attentive and I felt so great knowing my cats were taken care of. She is very reliable and really cares about your animals and keeping you informed about everything. I will definitely book with Ayda again

Cullen was awesome with our cat. It was great getting daily updates and pictures without even having to ask. He was attentive with instructions and gave our cat plenty of attention while we were away during the Holidays. Couldn’t have asked for a better cat sitter, everything went smoothly. Would definitely book again.

Ellyot was amazing with my two cats and made sure to give them lots of love and attention when I was out of town for a week. She was sweet, communicative, responsible, and sent lovely photos each day that put me at ease during the holidays when I was away. Highly recommend and I would book her again in the future!
