She was warm, patient, and truly understood how to handle a sensitive cat who normally does not like strangers in her home. To my surprise and delight, Birute even got Lollipop to let her brush her — something she almost never allows other sitters to do! Throughout her stay, Birute sent lots of adorable photos and updates, which made me feel completely at ease while I was away. Lollipop’s litter box and food bowls were spotless, and our home — which has mostly white surfaces and glass — was left in immaculate condition. Birute was also incredibly communicative, thoughtful, and professional from start to finish. Eric was reliable and attentive. He carefully followed all care instructions especially being careful of where to keep things because our dog is king of thievery! Communication was great throughout the stay, and I received updates through pictures. I returned to a to our hotel with a relaxed, happy dog. I highly recommend him! He made my Santa Monica and LA experience a great one because I was able to explore it without worrying about my dog.
