“Samantha is an absolute lifesaver!! She came over to spend the day with my pup after our usual sitter had to cancel last minute. My dog is newly adopted and usually super shy, but she loved Samantha right away! So grateful, thank you Samantha!!”

“Absolutely amazing. Aech’s communication is outstanding . I could see my dog was happy calm and content both from the photo updates and when I got home. Highly recommend and would love to work with again”

“Liana was such a good sitter and friend to Karl!! Came in town for the weekend have never used Rover before so was a little bit nervous. We were also staying at an Airbnb. So it was a little bit of a complex situation seeing as how we came in town for an event on Sunday so we needed Liana all day but she made us trust rover and she was amazing with our corgi Karl, took him on a hike and showed him around town with our permission! Sent us pics and updates! We know he was well taken care of and had a great time exploring with Liana! Anytime we’re back in the area will def ask her again! Def recommend to any family or friend or any other paw parent!”

“What a fantastic first experience. Todd was recommended to me. We had a great meet and greet and my dog immediately loved him. He had to give him drops and use an inhaler and it all went smooth. Very happy I found Todd.”

About: Hi! My name is Briana and work from home full-time as an Influencer Manager for a Marketing Agency. My family has always had animals since I was young, and I currently have an Australian Shepard. I also frequently watch both cats and dogs for my friends as well as housesit when they are on trips. I love animals of all types and am constantly walking so Rover is a no brainer for me! I love to walk around Venice and aim for at least 10K steps a day. I am mostly doing this for fun and supplemental income on my free time so I am flexible on cost and cancellation. My work schedule is also pretty flexible so I am available majority of the day to dog walk, cat sit, house sit, etc. *I do offer housesitting but I don’t board other animals into my own home! Your pet’s safety and happiness are the most important thing. I will do my best to follow their regular routine and accommodate their needs so they feel as comfortable as possible. Feel free to reach out any time, can’t wait to meet you and your fur baby! I work from home and am available majority of the day for walks/ check-ins/ house sitting, etc. My schedule is pretty flexible and I can accommodate anything in your pets’ routine! *I do offer housesitting but I don’t board other animals into my own home! My philosophy around trust is “better safe than sorry.” I do my best to overcommunicate, err on the side of caution, and follow clients’ instructions exactly.
“Easy to communicate with, took great care of our dog and was super chill. Flower (our dog) can be a challenge to get out of the house when we're not around (she gets depressed) and he still got her out and about! Will book with Heath again.”

“Nicholle was an amazing dog sitter! We received lots of photos and updates which helped us enjoy our trip and not worry about our pups. I highly recommend her and will be asking her to watch our pups again in the future!”

About: Hi! I worked at a Humane Society. I pet sat for over 50 (and counting) dogs, cats, pigs, bunnies, fish and frogs. I studied Therapeutic Horsemanship. I had my own fantastic furbaby dog (now angel) named Oliver for 10 blessed years. I'm experienced with administering medicine, and with earning comfort and trust from anxious, stubborn animals. And above all, I truly and sincerely love animals. I am at awe with their heart based, present moment, authentic existence. I mostly work from home so will be spending good quality time with your fur baby. Whether they need extra exercise, extra couch cuddles, or both! I'm up for it! I care for them like they are my own. They'll have what they're used to, and more! If they have a steady routine, I will honor it. I'm happy to send pics daily (unless you prefer less:) I'm very clean and tidy, and enjoy harmonious environment; so will keep your place that way! Happy to occasionally FaceTime you when you miss their cute face! Thank you for your trust, I promise to tend to them (and your home) with the outmost reverence and love <3

“I felt very safe leaving Chloe with Mickie! Appreciated the communication and pictures and she was very prompt whenever I would text her. Chloe seemed to love having her there :)”

“Sarah and Karl are the best!!!!! The daily pictures and updates provide so much peace of mind. They take such good care of Ellie and make her feel so loved.”

“Sam was very communicative and professional, giving us lots of photos and updates during his first sit with our pup. Was able to manage our high energy golden retriever puppy with no issues!”

“Stephanie took very good care of our furry friends; three large doodles and two kitties. She stayed in our home for 5 days, and left the house clean and the sheets and towels washed as well! Very happy with her service.”

About: Have had 3 golden retrievers and a few cats. Worked as a dog walker in college. I am good with big dogs as I raised a golden retriever from 9 weeks old! I work from home so I am home and able to be attentive to your pets. I live in a nice quiet neighborhood where I can walk throughout the day. Lots of space and live in a nice quiet neighborhood. Can be flexible with any special pet care needs and am responsive and can provide updates.
About: I've been a dog walker, dog lover, dog groomer, dog kisser, dog snuggler, dog hugger, dog teacher and dog admirer since the day I was born. Growing up, my family always had a dog around the house. We had Mandy Dog (a German Shorthaired Pointer), Winnie (fluffy-sunshine-mix-a-doodle) and Paris (Australian Shepherd/Pitbull mix) at various stages of my youth. When I was 12, I raised my first puppy (a lil fluffy Golden named Lucy) and I taught her everything from sit to play dead. In high school I was a dog bather for a local dog groomer. From this job I learned about different breed personalities, needs and care. Currently, I dogsit for co-workers and the happiness from those visits has inspired me to sign up for Rover. I'd love to watch your doggo. I'm very flexible on timing and availability. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns! I work from home and my schedule is very flexible. I can do same-day visits on the west side. Whatever you and your pet need I will try to accommodate. My front yard is enclosed and safe for sniffing and hanging out but I will be walking your pets all around my area (avoiding the canals) and playing with them on the beach (unless you don't want this/they don't enjoy that).
“Andrew was great! He was very communicative and patient with our 8 month old Husky pup. He's a real dog lover, and our dog, Goose, was clearly in great hands. We came home to a happy, healthy dog...we couldn't recommend Andrew more. I would definitely have Andrew watch Goose again! Thank you so much!”

Michelle is incredible. For ten days she looked after our two cats and our home. She sent daily photos and updates. She thoughtfully took care of our home, leaving it clean and tidy for our return. It's clear she truly loves cats - ours were so relaxed and chill when we got home. She's a great communicator, a cool and reliable human. We feel lucky and grateful to have found her, ❤️

Eric was reliable and attentive. He carefully followed all care instructions especially being careful of where to keep things because our dog is king of thievery! Communication was great throughout the stay, and I received updates through pictures. I returned to a to our hotel with a relaxed, happy dog. I highly recommend him! He made my Santa Monica and LA experience a great one because I was able to explore it without worrying about my dog.

Mark is the best! He was so sweet with Pepper, took on her many different walks and fun adventures, and sent the best photos and updates! Most of all, he was super flexible with timing (my schedule kept changing) and even helped out last minute when I unexpectedly ran several hours late in meetings one evening. Really just the best sitter and a terrific person, really appreciate all his help.
Aastha was an amazing pet sitter. She took great care of senior dog, walking her 3 times a day, making sure she ate and took her meds. She sent us updates throughout the day and we could see how much our dog enjoyed spending time with her. We will definitely book her again! Thanks Aastha!

She did an amazing job taking care of our dog! She made sure she got her walks, played relaxing music to keep her calm, and gave her lots of cuddles and attention. It was clear she felt comfortable and happy with her. We really appreciated the care and love she showed—highly recommend!

Todd was such a huge help with Quincy during our recent out of town trip. We were updated with photos daily, and was receptive to requests for helping keep Quincy (and the entry to the house) clean during a rain storm. We will keep Todd in mind for a future booking with Quincy :)

Meng took such incredible care of our cat, Dom, and we truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She was extremely attentive, sent us constant pictures, and kept us regularly updated on how he was doing, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. Not only was Dom clearly well cared for and happy, but Meng also left our apartment in pristine condition. It’s really hard to find a caregiver who is both reliable and dependable, and we feel so lucky to have found her. We will absolutely be booking with Meng again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and genuinely caring pet sitter.
