About: I’ve always been obsessed with dogs for as long as I can remember. I got my first dog when I was 6, and she became the love of my life. I cared for her until I was 19. She was my best friend, part of my daily routine, and went everywhere with me. Since then, I’ve had two rescue dogs, Nani (6) and Lupita (2), who are my whole world. My pets are truly family! They sleep with me, have birthday parties, and are treated with all the love and care they deserve. Because I know how hard it is to trust someone with your biggest treasure, I care for every pet as if they were my own. All my friends always leave their dogs with me when they travel because they know how much love and attention I give to every animal. I have experience walking, bathing, grooming, and playing with dogs of all ages. I’ve also trained my own dogs to follow simple commands like sitting, catching the ball, and peeing on command. I have experience caring for both puppies and senior dogs, my first dog had cancer, and I made sure her final years were full of love and comfort. I run my own business from home, so I have a super flexible schedule! I’m home most of the day, which means your pets will always have company, attention, and lots of love. I can easily adjust my routine for walks, drop-ins, or overnight care. I don’t host pets in my home because I need to respect my older dog, Nani, she’s super sweet but takes time to get comfortable around new dogs. Instead, I offer house sitting and walks at the client’s home. This way, your pet can stay relaxed in their own space, following their routine and getting all the love and care they need.

My dog is very strong and can definitely be a difficult walker at times, so I get nervous letting just anyone handle her, but I never worry when she’s with Fidana. She’s so patient and sweet with her, and my dog absolutely loves her. Every time she sees Fidana she gets insanely excited, starts snorting, and her tail goes crazy. One thing I really appreciate is that Fidana always sends cute photo and video updates while I’m away, which honestly puts my mind at ease so much. It’s very obvious how much care she has for every animal she takes care of, and I would genuinely trust her with any pet for either walks or pet sitting.”

About: I have a passion for animal care! I have years of experience caring for both dogs and cats, including raising my own Australian Lab Henry, caring for my friends’ and neighbors’ pets, and even volunteer work helping facilitate equine therapy. I can’t wait to meet and treat your best friend! I am a full-time student in-between programs at the moment, so my days are largely free. This leaves most of the week open for looking after your pet! I do not have the facilities to keep or look after your dog in my own studio apartment, but I am happy to watch over your pet in their own home or take them on walks! I can easily clean up after your pet, follow precise feeding directions, take them on adventures of their own (from the sidewalk to the park!) and crate them up at the end of the day.

Melia was wonderful. She had good communication with me throughout the duration of her time house sitting and watching my cat. She also understood how to properly care for a cat who is more shy and takes time to get comfortable around new people. Melia was able to get my cat to come out and play, which several cat sitters had a hard time doing. I would definitely recommend Melia.
Fidana was amazing! I have had not so great sitters in the past and she really made me feel so comfortable. I have a 65lb big boy that requires extra attention when walking. She not only kept me post when I was away but constantly sent me videos of my dog. 100/100 Fidana is the best!!

I cannot recommend Jillian highly enough. I have two cats, Oliver and Bowie, and I recently had to leave town shortly after Oliver was diagnosed with megacolon. Sarah & Karl was our first Rover booking ever. We were super scared because all the tik tok horror stories but knew we had to give this a shot. We started with what we considered to be a trial run (mainly for us and the dogs) so booked them as a drop-in job. It went great. We only booked them for an hour but got an abundance of photos and check in messages throughout the hour. It helped to put me at ease on my husband and I's date night.
Barbara stayed in our home with our 14-year-old Labradoodle, Dolly, for five nights while we attended my mother’s funeral on the East Coast. I would absolutely hire her again. She is reliable, caring, thorough, loving, and kind. Dolly has pretty severe separation anxiety when left alone, and Barbara went above and beyond to keep her comfortable. She stayed by Dolly’s side the entire time and took her everywhere with her—three walks a day, out to lunch, to our community pool, the dog park, shopping, and more. She was very mindful of our concerns about both minimizing stress for a senior dog and avoiding any barking that could disturb neighbors. When we returned, our home was spotless and thoughtfully cared for. She even washed the sheets and emptied the dishwasher, which was so appreciated after a difficult trip. It was also incredibly helpful that Barbara came several days in advance to meet us and Dolly, so by the time we left, Dolly already felt comfortable with her. Throughout our time away, I felt completely confident that Dolly was in excellent hands. I also deeply appreciated her daily updates, videos, and thoughtful questions. I highly recommend Barbara for any pet care needs. She treated Dolly with genuine love and attention, and I’m so grateful for the care she provided during such an important and emotional time. Ann was THE BEST! This was my first rover experience and she took such incredible care of my golden retriever pups. Meesii did a great job watching Koda for two weeks! Our initial sitter backed out with only a few weeks until our vacation but Meesii saved the day. We met a couple times before we left so she could get to know Koda and learn her routine, which can be overwhelming given her medication and walk needs. While we were gone we got frequent updates, and it was clear Koda was very comfortable with her. I highly recommend Meesii if you’re in need of a sitter!
Brie took such good care of our Maxine. She came over for a meet & greet a few weeks beforehand, and had great communication throughout our booking. Lots of photos from playing and walks! Believe the strong reviews! I am confident my pup was well cared for, I got plenty of updates, and came back to a spotless home. She was detail oriented with instructions and easy to reach. She even made some rice and pumpkin when she noticed my pup’s stomach was off. I always get anxious leaving my pup, but would recommend Awa to anyone looking for care. 5 stars!
