From leisurely walks along the strand/beach to high-energy games of fetch in the park or yard, or just cozying up for some serious couch-potato cuddles, your pet gets exactly the kind of day they love most. My extensive veterinary background equips me to handle pets that require specialized attention. I am highly experienced in administering oral and injectable medications. I have been fully trained in recognizing subtle animal behaviors, and tailor my care to meet their individual needs and personalities. I always respect their boundaries, move to their level of comfort, and use only positive and gentle handling so they feel safe and loved. My own experience caring for my beloved cranky 14 year old pup, who suffers from epilepsy and immune mediated illness, has taught me to be extremely observant, read body language meticulously, and proactively adapt environments to avoid negative situations. I am passionate about welcoming animals of all breeds, sizes, temperaments, and life stages—from energetic puppies and kittens to sweet seniors. I have 2 senior pups and a 26-year-old tortoise of my own! My love for animals is a huge part of who I am, even outside the clinic. While living in Southeast Asia, I spent my time volunteering with local rescue organizations, where I personally loved on and cared for over 200 dogs and puppies. From nursing injured and paralyzed pups to keeping up with daily feeding, bathing, and playtime, I was fully hands-on. Above all, your pet’s safety and happiness are at the heart of everything I do. I want you to feel like you're leaving your baby with a trusted friend. I pride myself on being reliable, attentive, and deeply compassionate, and I treat your home and pets with the utmost respect. Because my own grumpy senior pup doesn’t do well with new friends, I don’t offer care in my home. About: Moving to LA meant leaving my family dogs back home. Missing my four-legged besties led me to the world of pet sitting. My experience ranges from caring for Golden Retrievers to Bengal cats. With love and respect at the forefront, I take care of every pet as if it is one of my own. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine since I work from home and have a very flexible schedule. I’m able to plan my day around the pets in my care, whether that means sticking to specific feeding times, playtime, walks, or just being present for companionship. Because of this flexibility, I’m more than willing to adjust and mold my schedule to meet each owner’s specific needs and ensure their pet’s routine stays consistent and stress-free. I focus on creating a comfortable, stress-free experience by sticking closely to each pet’s normal routine. I follow all care instructions carefully so pets feel secure and at ease. In my home, I provide a clean, safe, and calm environment with plenty of attention, affection, and enrichment. In a client’s home, I’m respectful of their space and aim to keep everything consistent for the pet, which helps reduce anxiety while their owner is away. On top of that, I also pay close attention to each pet’s behavior and needs, making adjustments as needed and ensuring they’re happy and comfortable. Communication is important to me, so I provide regular updates and photos for peace of mind.

About: Hey there! I am Ariana, and I have grown up with all sorts of pets, from different dogs to birds, to fish. We'd often rescue animals when they were lost or injured until they found a home while caring for my own pets as well. This lifestyle has lead me to take care of my friends pets while they were away and now to Rover! I now focus on gaining the trust of pets and ensure that they feel safe in my care. I am a dancer in LA and spend most of my time at the studio in the greater LA area or in my neighborhood. For sitting I can stay at your place, or I'm happy to have my clients stay with me as well, however we do have another dog here. Whatever works best! Plus I live near a great park! I can guarantee you that your pet will recieve very special and respectful care from me as I truly believe in the importance of treating animals with love and kindness. I am pretty flexible as long as we communicate together on what is needed for your doggie. When visiting my client's home, I like to first communicate with the owners to learn about the needs of my clients, the rules, schedule, and what kind of activity is needed to ensure my client has a good time! I have a lot of patience and listening skills for doggies that are still learning social cues, and are still getting trained, or may even be a bit socially anxious. I never push animals if they are not ready, but i do enjoy offering guidance if needed. I always consider my surroundings and instill grounding when taking care of younger/less trained dogs. Dancer and kids ballet teacher...i usually have work Tues-Fridays in later afternoons. with that I have plenty of time to fill with pet care like walks and house sits. If I take care of a pet in my home I try to make it as comfortable as possible for them. I like to communicate with my clients about indoor training and how potty breaks work beforehand.

About: I've been a dog walker, dog lover, dog groomer, dog kisser, dog snuggler, dog hugger, dog teacher and dog admirer since the day I was born. Growing up, my family always had a dog around the house. We had Mandy Dog (a German Shorthaired Pointer), Winnie (fluffy-sunshine-mix-a-doodle) and Paris (Australian Shepherd/Pitbull mix) at various stages of my youth. When I was 12, I raised my first puppy (a lil fluffy Golden named Lucy) and I taught her everything from sit to play dead. In high school I was a dog bather for a local dog groomer. From this job I learned about different breed personalities, needs and care. Currently, I work from home and would love to care for your friend. I'm very flexible on timing and availability. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns! I work from home and my schedule is very flexible. I can do same-day visits on the west side. Whatever you and your pet need I will try to accommodate. My front yard is enclosed and safe for sniffing and hanging out but I will be walking your pets all around my area (avoiding the canals) and playing with them on the beach (unless you don't want this/they don't enjoy that).

About: I’ve always been obsessed with dogs for as long as I can remember. I got my first dog when I was 6, and she became the love of my life. I cared for her until I was 19. She was my best friend, part of my daily routine, and went everywhere with me. Since then, I’ve had two rescue dogs, Nani (6) and Lupita (2), who are my whole world. My pets are truly family! They sleep with me, have birthday parties, and are treated with all the love and care they deserve. Because I know how hard it is to trust someone with your biggest treasure, I care for every pet as if they were my own. All my friends always leave their dogs with me when they travel because they know how much love and attention I give to every animal. I have experience walking, bathing, grooming, and playing with dogs of all ages. I’ve also trained my own dogs to follow simple commands like sitting, catching the ball, and peeing on command. I have experience caring for both puppies and senior dogs, my first dog had cancer, and I made sure her final years were full of love and comfort. I run my own business from home, so I have a super flexible schedule! I’m home most of the day, which means your pets will always have company, attention, and lots of love. I can easily adjust my routine for walks, drop-ins, or overnight care. I don’t host pets in my home because I need to respect my older dog, Nani, she’s super sweet but takes time to get comfortable around new dogs. Instead, I offer house sitting and walks at the client’s home. This way, your pet can stay relaxed in their own space, following their routine and getting all the love and care they need.

“You take a great leap of faith when you let someone you don't know well stay at your house and take care of your dogs while you are away. I had chosen Hannah based on her profile and reviews and she came over several times before we left to meet the dogs and chat with me. She wrote down everything in her notebook, asked many pertinent questions and seemed very trustworthy. I hired her, and she dog sat our two dogs and house sat for two weeks and was absolutely amazing! Hannah emailed me pictures and videos every day we were gone and wrote little descriptions of how the days went with the dogs. It was very charming and I felt safe, knowing the dogs were in the best of hands. When we came home, the dogs were happy, well fed and relaxed and the house looked great. When Hannah came over a few days later to say hi, the dogs greeted her with the kind of hysterical welcome the have until now only showed my husband and myself. This tells me how much they loved and trust her, and so do I! Hannah also worked on housebreaking with my youngest dog, and leash training with both of them and showed me how to continue their training. I will definitely ask Hanna to take care of my dogs next time we go away. You should too!”
