About: I’ve grown up around animals my whole life and have cared for many different pets including dogs, cats, birds, turtles, fish, rabbits, and hamsters. Animals have always been an important part of my life, so I’m very comfortable understanding their personalities and needs. Friends, neighbors, and family have trusted me to help care for their pets while they’re away, whether that means feeding them, walking them, playing with them, or simply keeping them company. I always try to make pets feel safe, relaxed, and loved while their owners are gone. My schedule is fairly flexible, and I’m able to plan visits around my daily routine. I’m available for walks, drop-ins, feeding visits, and playtime during the week and weekends. I always prioritize making pets feel comfortable and cared for while their owners are away. I’m happy to spend time with dogs in their home where they feel most comfortable, or bring them along with me so they have company and aren’t left alone. About: Giving your pets so much love, while leaving your home better than when you left. Grew up on a farm in Canada with many animals, while also having pets over the years since. In addition to providing reliable and loving care for your pet(s) and home, I also offer Animal Reiki sessions and gentle energetic space clearing—helping your pet feel calmer and your home feel refreshed and balanced while you’re away. I’ve been house and pet sitting for friends for awhile now and have led a digital nomad life around the world in 45 countries and counting since 2010. Thought I’d give this platform a try as I’m in transition and planning to settle down in California permanently while checking out more areas to see what’s a long term fit. I love animals, playing beach volleyball, and run my own digital marketing agency of 15 years that has always been remote-first so have a very flexible schedule that I create. About: Home is where dogs are! My passion for dogs runs deep, and is one of the greatest joys of my life. I have lived with fur-people since the day I was born, and can't imagine a life without them. That said, my forte is giving "focused dog care" and that is why I only watch one dog at a time. Your best friend will feel instantly comfortable and cared for. Their days will be filled with fun, exercise, lots of cuddles, and all the cozy creature comforts dogs love! They will have full access to the indoors and my securely fenced outdoor yard during daylight and supervised access at night. All walks will take place in my beautiful seaside neighborhood. Boarders are welcome to either sleep on my bed, on the couch, or in their own crate (or bed) next to us. Looking forward to spending quality time with your babies where they will be treated with much respect and patience. The only thing you need to do is relax and know they are in attentive and loving hands! Photography is also one of my passions, so you might just end up with a shot or two you'll want to keep! And, if you ever feel the need to see him or her in real-time, I'm always happy to provide FaceTime! *Dog portraits, bathing, and grooming are available for an extra fee. Being that I work from home (while always being within eyeshot), your dog(s) will get a high level of supervision and individual attention throughout the day! While in my care, your bestie will have full run of the house and yard. If requested, we will also take walks through my neighborhood, which is frequently called a "walker's paradise." Fresh water, play, and lots & lots of love are always on the agenda!
