“Sid (and Flo) were absolutely amazing. This was our first experience using Rover and it couldn't have gone smoother. Sid's communication about everything was top notch and we were able to enjoy our weekend watching our daughter play volleyball without having to worry about a thing at home with our little farm. Sid went above and beyond with caring for our pup just after surgery and sent us daily updates. He even fixed a broken cupboard handle and his wife did a little IT work to a wonky internet battery! We are so grateful that we found Sid and Flo and they will definitely be our go-to sitters when we have to be away!”

This was the first time using the Dog Sitting Service, and since I haven't spent too much time away from my Dog because I got him right before Covid, needless to say, I was extremely nervous about going out of town without him. Tami went above and beyond and tried to feed and pet him while under the bed. She also ensured that our other kitty wouldn't eat his food (which is very common). “Monica is an awesome dog sitter and human! She’s walked my dog, Lulu, in the past and I used her in mid-December to dog sit while I was out of town for a couple of nights. She’s excellent at communicating and clarifying care for your pet. She sent me detailed updates and photos which I loved (my last dog sitter didn’t give me updates without me reaching out to her, which was stressful). Lulu seemed to be happy in the photos she sent, which is a huge relief because she can be wary of newer people. I’ll definitely use Monica again in the future!”
