Our dogs are very sensitive to change due to some past trauma but with Fi and Josh here, we were finally able to take a vacation and not worry. They did daily walks, sent regular updates and pics and fed our feral cats. Just fantastic human, thank you!”

This is the first time in 13 yrs that I vacationed worry free and guilt free knowing they were in excellent hands. Tessa has been working with and walking my reactive dog for the past 2 months trying to gain his trust in preparation for this trip. It’s been a complete success! He did so well under her care. Tessa gave us amazing and detailed updates daily with lots of pics! It just completely set me at ease which in turn allowed me to thoroughly enjoy my time away. She followed all the individualized instructions for each pet. They all looked happy and healthy when we returned home. On top of everything else Tessa is a great house guest, leaving everything clean and tidy! I not only trust her with our pets but with our home as well! Cannot say enough good things!”

“Carole flew to come take care of our 2 giant dogs for over 2 weeks! They are both over 120 lbs and she had no problem with them - so impressive! I loved that she took notes about their routines and asked questions before we left, it was easy to see she cared about the dogs and was on top of it. “Kevin was the very first person to take care of my newly adopted dog Sophie alone without me home, and I honestly couldn't have thought of a better person to do that. The man is a dog whisperer and has had so much experience with so many dogs through his life, that I trusted him completely (he also now currently has a cat, so he has experience with cats as well). He was attentive, read Sophie's moods and behaviors, and adjusted accordingly. He sent me photos through the night, and after I left, only an hour and a half later, did I receive a photo of Sophie resting her head on his leg as they chilled on the couch. Adorable. And she was wary of strangers at the time, so it was amazing to see her so comfortable with him. When I returned, he gave me the low-down on everything that happened, and suggested certain things that could help with specific behaviors he witnessed (Sophie had abusive, previous owners and had a very traumatic experience at the shelter she was adopted from, so she had a lot of issues we needed to work through early on). He was caring and loving, and it felt good to be able to completely trust somebody with my pet, allowing me to let loose for a night (which was much needed). If I didn't live so far out of his area, I'd be using him all the time. You'd be doing yourself a favor by allowing him the honor of looking after your pet! Kevin is trustworthy and kind, and nothing makes me happier than to post this testimonial.”

She has all of the qualities that a Rover should have: - Relevant experience with animals: Jo currently has two cats, one of which has special needs and she takes incredible care to create an environment that can support their needs. I have no doubt that she has the experience to manage any tough pets that may come her way. - A warm heart and genuine love for animals: Jo is able to create a loving and nurturing environment everywhere that she goes and any pets that stay with her will feel like it's their own home. She will give the pets extensive care and compassion to support them as they miss their regular owners. - Attention to detail and calm under pressure: As an engineer, Jo has a remarkable eye for detail. If something were to happen, Jo will identify the issue early on and take productive steps to mitigate it. Overall, I would feel very comfortable leaving my pet with Jo for the three aforementioned reasons.”

“Emma is an extremely caring and attentive person by nature and a huge animal lover. She grew up on a farm in rural Scotland which meant caring a great deal for animals. Emma loves spending her time in the outdoors and is fit and healthy. Able to take your pet on as long a walk as required / requested. Her family dog “Izzy”, back home in Aberdeenshire, was taught various commands by Emma such as “sit”, “roll over”, “heel” to name a few. You will instantly recognise Emma to be a calming presence and your pet will also. I cannot recommend her service enough for your lovely animals.”

“Melissa is THE BEST!!!! My dog sitter flaked on me and my poor pup was left alone all day long. She responded right away, and went right away to the rescue. She is amazing with senior dogs. Sake warmed up to her right away. She has a cute pup herself and Sake loved laying in her backyard in the sun and playing. She dropped Sake off so she would be here right when I got home. Melissa is now my go to girl!!!!! She sent pictures and videos daily.”

About: Ive had family pets since 5 (ALL pets, we had a small farm). Calm, patient, respectful and responsible. Long runs/walks or just lots of cuddles (or both!) I work remotely so I am able to make my own schedule for the most part! Im available for long stays or simple check ins. I am 100 percent respectful of the home I am staying in. I am responsible, quiet and neat. Trustworthy & dependable and will always put your pet’s well being first.
