“If I could give JoAnne more than 5 stars, I would. We hired her to stay with our Great Dane, Gandalf, for three days while we were camping. He had just had surgery, so this wasn’t a typical pet-sitting job. She stayed with him around the clock, administered all of his medications, monitored his recovery, and gave us complete peace of mind. JoAnne kept us updated throughout every day with photos, videos, and thoughtful messages, so we always knew exactly how Gandalf was doing. It was so clear how deeply she understands animals. She has an incredible intuition, endless patience, and a genuine love for the pets she cares for. What completely blew us away was everything she did beyond caring for Gandalf. She unexpectedly cleaned our home, folded our laundry, and even washed all of our bedding so we came home after traveling to fresh, clean sheets. It was such an incredibly thoughtful gesture and something we never expected. Coming home to a happy, well-cared-for dog and an immaculate house honestly felt unreal. JoAnne is the real deal. She’s one of those rare people who genuinely loves both animals and people, and it shows in everything she does. We trust her completely and won’t hesitate to book her again. She is an absolute gem, and anyone would be incredibly lucky to have her care for their pets.”

About: I’m an attentive and detail-oriented pet sitter with hands-on experience caring for dogs, cats, and a variety of other pets. I grew up with dogs and have extensive experience with overnight stays, ranging from weekend trips to 1–2 week vacations. I take each pet’s routine seriously and make sure their individual care instructions are followed closely - from feeding schedules and medications to exercise, playtime, and their usual routines. I also send regular photo and message updates so you can relax knowing how your pet is doing while you’re away. I’m a powerlifter and active person, so I’m comfortable handling strong, high-energy dogs and providing plenty of exercise. I’m happy to accommodate both short and long walks, playtime, and whatever level of activity is appropriate for your pet. I’m detail-oriented, adaptable, and take pride in providing dependable care that fits each pet’s individual needs. My weekday schedule is primarily in-office, so I’m best suited for overnight stays, mornings and evenings, and I’m fully flexible on weekends. My goal is simple: for your pets to feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for—and for you to have peace of mind while you’re away. I work in an office Monday through Friday, so I’m most flexible on weekends. For pets who are comfortable being home during the workday, I’m available for morning and evening care, overnight stays, and throughout the weekend. I can also accommodate a midday drop-in during my lunch hour for pets who need an extra break or more frequent attention. I’m careful to create a safe, calm, and comfortable environment for every pet. I’m happy to care for pets in my home or their home, depending on the service and what works best for them. About: I’ve had dogs for as long as I can remember; I’ve had several of all sizes throughout my life, and they were like siblings to me. I love dogs of all kinds; wherever I go, they seek me out, greet me, and let me pet them. I think that’s a great sign that I connect with them. I am a freelance videographer and video editor. I set my own schedule, so at any moment I can pause my editing work to go walk dogs or look after my son's cat when he travels. Yes, often. I take two dogs for a walk every day; I've been doing it for years, and babysitting my son's cat when he travels.

About: My goal is to make sure your pet feels loved & cared for. I also want you to feel at total ease if you need to leave them and allow me to care for them. I know what it’s like to want the best for your pet. I’m a 4th grade teacher starting my second year teaching! My availabilities are generally weekends throughout the day and weekdays after 4/4:30. Pet care is an important part of my routine with my 12 year old Maltipoo. We go on night walks, quick morning strolls & if I’m ever off for the day, we love to go on fun, adventurous car rides. My dog, Pogo, always stays with one of my parents if I’m at work or away. Due to all of our schedules, he is never alone, so he is taken to the bathroom regularly. I like to keep him active & engage with him, allowing him to have the fullest enjoyment. That said, I carry the same actions when pet sitting. They receive full attention from me, because I know how crucial it is for pets to feel loved, especially when their pet parent is away.

About: I originally grew up taking care of rabbits,guinea pigs, and chinchillas, which included grooming / shaving/ nail clippings and baths. I even litter trained them myself. I learned at a young age how to be gentle with all types of small animals and the importance of a clean environment. I am also available for exotic animal drop in visit care services (rabbits, guinea pigs, chinchillas). In my later years I fell in love with dogs and cats. I rescued all of my cats from trees and crawl spaces and learned how to cut their nails as well. When I got my first schnauzer - I learned the joy of training, patience, and positive reinforcement. My favorite thing to do is walk and spend time with animals, so it only makes sense that I create a lifestyle conducive to the things that bring me joy. I love spoiling dogs with special treats and I always talk to them like I would a person because they are so smart and pick up so many words. Walking with dogs outside, playing, chasing squirrels, and the joy of fresh air is my favorite thing to do. No walk is ever long enough for me. I am highly interactive and assertive to animals needs and I know how important positive energy is for their wellness. A good environment allows them to thrive and trust the company they are with. I am currently working part time, and I have a somewhat flexible work schedule, so pet care is something I enjoy and do daily as I have a pup of my own. I share my pup part time with my ex partner, so I have many days available to help take care of other animals. If it was completely up to me I’d have a tiny farm. I love animals so much and walking dogs is my absolute favorite pastime. I live in a one bedroom apartment with my cat Penny. My pup visits me two days a week. My cat is very dog friendly because she is used to my pup visiting twice a week. Fresh water, teeth brushing, home cooked meals/kibble are all things I do and I have stairs for smaller dogs to come on my couch. No areas in my home are off limits to pets.

“Erik has a heart and passion for dogs. He's not just a sitter, he's committed to Odin's needs. Odin's breed can be misunderstood and be labeled as difficult by some. Erik has been wonderful at keeping odin on schedule and using the activities I suggest to drain Odin mentally and physically. EVERY time I've come home after Erik's been with Odin, he's been balanced. (Which says a lot as Odin learns to how to navigate his separation anxiety). I feel safe and confident leaving Odin with Erik. I'm sure you will too!”
