“Tessa was incredible, compassionate, and responsible in every way taking care of our elderly disabled pups. A quick history, my Pomeranian Teddy was recently diagnosed with diabetes two weeks ago, and then two days later became totally blind. We have been at his side non stop, but had plans that required us to be out for at least 6 hours. When we initially spoke to Tessa she was right on it, telling us her history with elderly, blind, and disabled pets and gave us the piece of mind to trust her. We just got back from our trip and Teddy was excited, energetic, and had confidence we hadn’t seen in awhile. Reviewing the nanny cameras we have, which we told her about. She took the time to comfort Teddy when he was scared or crying. She sat with him and nurtured him and made sure he knew someone was there with him. She also was able to give him insulin with no problems at all. For this we definitely recommend her to anyone who wants their pets taken care of to the fullest possible. 5 out of 5. “Previous canine members of my wife's and my family have had very good experiences boarding with Rover caregivers, but my wife and I realized that Annie, whom we adopted in July, would not be happy in a space other than her own, so, we searched Rover for a house-sitter to care for Annie while we traveled overnight to celebrate Thanksgiving with out-of-town family. My wife and I are very grateful that we were able through Rover to find Quiana and arrange for her to be with Annie while we were away. Our favorable impression of Quiana, created by her prompt response to our initial inquiry, was reinforced and amplified by every subsequent contact with her. Quiana's love of dogs, as well as her knowledge about them and her talents in communicating with them and handling them, were evident during our "meet and greet". She kept us informed about Annie during our absence by sending messages, photos, and videos; the latter indicated to us that Annie was enjoying Quiana's stay thoroughly and not missing us at all! When we returned home we found that Quiana had not only carried out our instructions for her but had 'gone above and beyond' them, as well. The experience overall was exceptional. My wife and I hope that Quiana will be available whenever we need someone to care for Annie in the future, and we recommend Quiana enthusiastically to others who need a house-sitter to care for their dogs.”

“Allison was a great caretaker for our 2 year old highly energy Golden Retriever Daisy. Seeing Daisy has never had to be without us we weren't sure exactly how she would react seeing we would be gone for several hours. Daisy took to Allison right away, and Allison was very comfortable in correcting Daisy to stop jumping on her. The rest of the evening went okay with Daisy parked at by the door waiting for us. Alison did send us updates and tried to play with Daisy but Daisy was just to sad to play so I'm sure she got plenty of belly rubs instead. Allison cleaned up after herself and made sure Daisy was well taken care of. We are definately feeling good about contacting her again for any future plans that we may have. She was on time, well prepared and I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for someone who will love your dog like you do. Thank you Allison for taking such good care of Daisy, hopefully next time she won't be jumping quite as much on you and actually play rather than sit by the door waiting for us. Daisy says she loves you, even though you are not Mommy and Daddy.”
