They have always been a constant part of my life, helping me develop a deep understanding of their behavior, communication, and social interactions. I am attentive, experienced, and always focused on maintaining a safe and positive environment for every dog in my care. I closely monitor all interactions and am proactive in addressing any unsafe behavior, whether playful or otherwise. My home features a secure property with tall fencing around the entire perimeter 🏡. The space is divided into separate areas to accommodate different playgroups, from small dogs to extra-large breeds, with plenty of shade and room to relax and play. Behavior Assessment 📋 For first-time guests, I typically require a behavior assessment before their stay. However, I understand that emergencies and last-minute situations happen, and I can be flexible when needed. If your dog has not completed an assessment beforehand, I will conduct one at drop-off. Introductions are done gradually and carefully, starting with my dog, Maya 🐕, before meeting the rest of the pack. If your dog is not comfortable in a group setting, they can be accommodated separately with their own indoor room and outdoor space. Before Your Dog’s Stay Please let me know: • Does your dog have any allergies? • Is your dog up to date on all vaccinations? • Is your dog currently taking any medications? The longest we've had a dog with us was around 8 months. No matter the length of the stay, we send regular updates — whether it's a text, photos, or videos — so you're always in the know. We offer a hybrid style of play — both free play and structured play 🐾. Negative behavior is calmly corrected, ensuring a safe and positive environment for all. Dogs sleep inside in a fully air-conditioned space ❄️, provided with beds and blankets, Dogs comfortable with pack life are welcome to free roam in a home-like environment 🏡, while higher energy dogs are separated as needed to ensure proper rest and health for all, fresh water is provided at all times. Safety is a top priority 🔒. Our property is fully enclosed with a 6ft fence & there is always someone present— keeping everyone happy and safe!

About: I Grew up with dogs and have two of my own. Boarded dogs since I was in college. Worked with different types of dogs and families! I work different jobs and mostly from home. I have two boys (12 & 10). They are well behaved and always help me with the boarding pups whenever they can The backyard is closed and fenced. I have artificial turf for pups to go potty. And the rest is concrete and river rocks. Fence on both sides to provide privacy and protection

About: I have always been a dog person after watching the movie Beverly Hills Chihuahua. Ever since I was little we have always owned a dog, my god parents gave me a beautiful little shitzu but unfortunately we had to rehome him but years later I bought my own little maltese poodle. I have quite the experience with dogs because I’ve always been around them whether it’s my own, my family’s or friend’s. I currently only work 3 days out of the week as a receptionist in a chiropractor’s office so I have so much free time for your pups! I will spend time with your fur babies such as taking them on long walks, perhaps even teaching them a couple new tricks, cuddle with them and bathe them if you feel comfortable with that.

While I have many years of experience caring for dogs, I am not a professional dog trainer or behaviorist. If your dog has a history of aggression toward people or other dogs, I may not be the right sitter for your pet. I love puppies and will take in un-spayed or un neutered young puppies (less than 9 months old), at my discretion. I work remote from home and have the flexibility to visit or walk your dog. About: I've always known I was an animal person! I've grown up with cats and dogs since I was 5 years old — 7 family cats and 5 family dogs throughout the years — so I'm familiar with every stage, from puppy and kitten energy all the way through senior care. Personally, I have 3 wonderful pups of my own. We're an active household: we walk every day and make sure to play and engage with them throughout the day, so I understand firsthand what it takes to keep a dog happy, healthy, and mentally stimulated. As someone with three dogs of my own, it's important to me to provide the same level of care I'd want for my own pups. I want you to feel confident that your dog will be looked after just as they would be in your own home with the same patience, attention, and love. I am present full time for your pup! Care fits right into my everyday routine rather than being squeezed in around it, so your dog gets consistent attention throughout the day. After I have a better understanding of your pup's routine we'll go on walks, play in our fenced front and back yard with lots of grass to enjoy, and I'll send you pics and updates along the way so you can see how they're doing. For rest and downtime, we have a private, dog-friendly ADU set up specifically for our furry guests to decompress after play and meals. I'm present in the ADU with them, and we also have a Furbo camera set up for extra monitoring. If your pup enjoys canine company, my Australian Shepherd will keep them company there; if your pup prefers to be the only dog, we'll give them their own separated space and time instead, tailored to what makes them most comfortable. Throughout the day, care naturally rotates between active time outside and quiet time in the ADU, so your pup gets a good balance of exercise, mental stimulation, and rest with me nearby the whole time. Your pet's safety is my top priority, both indoors and out. My front and back yards are fully fenced and gated, with an added interior gate leading to the backyard for extra security. I never let dogs outside unsupervised for extended periods, and I always do a visual check of the yard and gate latches before letting anyone out. We have cameras covering the front yard, so we never open the door to unfamiliar people, and dogs are always leashed the moment we step outside the fenced area. Indoors, I keep household chemicals, medications, and anything toxic to pets safely stored away, and I make sure trash cans and food are out of reach. I follow each pet's normal feeding, water, and bathroom schedule as closely as possible, and I'm comfortable administering medication if needed. If I'm caring for multiple pets at once, I introduce them slowly and supervise their interactions until I'm confident everyone is comfortable together.

About: I have experience giving medications (pills, liquids, ear/eye drops) as well as experience with senior and small dogs especially. Senior care is my strength but I love dogs of all ages. I work from home part time and am home all day Friday-Monday. There are no children or pets in the home so I am able to provide my undivided attention. Your dog will be inside my home most of the day as I do not have a yard. I do however have a large park/lake across the street that I frequent that is great for walks.

I’m currently a stay-at-home mom, which gives me a flexible schedule and plenty of availability for pet care. I’m able to provide walks, check-ins, playtime, and companionship throughout the day. I started getting educated on animals at a young age and knew my dream was to work with animals. I started my professional career in the industry in 2017. I worked at a dog daycare and boarding facility for a year, then moved on to a facility for dogs and cats, which I worked at from 2018-2022. Over the years at these facilities, I’ve learned about proper care, training and grooming techniques for dogs, and care for cats. I have plenty of experience working with different breeds of dogs from the smallest teacup poodle, to the chunkiest bulldog, to the biggest Great Dane. I’ve worked with many different breeds, sizes and personalities in large daycare groups, so I’ve learned how to manage different demeanors in different settings. With cats, I understand their boundaries and don’t like to force any interaction on them, but if they are comfortable with it I give them lots of love. I’ve also volunteered at a shelter for dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, and rodents. At the shelter, I focused on learning how to properly care for rodents and cats. *I don’t discriminate against any pet’s breed, size, age, medical condition, etc. I treat them all with the best care.* **I am able to dispense oral medication to pets if necessary. I AM NOT CERTIFIED TO GIVE INJECTION (NEEDLE INVOLVED) MEDICATION** I work part time in Gardena in the afternoon-evening Mon-Fri, but typically am home or close by during most of the day and on weekends. I tend to stay local when running errands. My apartment is gated and a code or key is needed to enter the premises. We have a large grass area right out front, which is not gated. There’s plenty of grass and parks in the neighborhood to go to during walks. My apartment is on the second floor with the luxury of having the parking garage underneath me, so your pet running around the house won’t disturb anyone! I stay alert and aware of my surroundings at all times for safety purposes. I have multiple rooms and gates to separate pets when necessary (feeding, bedtime, rest breaks…etc.) My pets are flea treated regularly and stay up to date on their vaccines. **IMPORTANT NOTICE BELOW!!! In order to keep my home a healthy and clean environment for all, IF PETS ARRIVE WITH FLEAS I require a $50-$100 cleaning fee AND a flea bath may apply with a MINIMUM charge of $38/pet bathed. I HIGHLY recommend flea treatments and checking your pets for fleas BEFOREHAND to avoid additional charges. ADDITIONALLY, if your pet causes any damages to my property there will be a MINIMUM charge of $25 for repairs/replacements.**

About: I had a dog in my childhood that I cherished, I foster dogs on occasion, and I frequently walk and take care of the dogs in my neighborhood Currently in-between jobs so I can walk or take care of dogs with a really flexible schedule. Mostly from the morning to evening times can work. I live in a safe, dog friendly townhouse that is good for walks and I live near a bunch of parks, dog parks, and walkable sidewalks.

About: New to Rover, but not new to caring for pets: I am an empty nester who loves dogs and cats. I’m easy-going and have cared for both puppies and older dogs, and I look forward to keeping your pet safe and happy while you’re away. When I pet sit, I’ll send you lots of photos and videos to reassure you that all is well. I won’t list myself as available on weekends when I know I will be in and out too much to give your pet the attention s/he deserves. I have a small fenced/gated area, and the gate is tall. I don’t leave dogs outside if I am inside, and if they want to sun their bellies on the porch, I am happy to also sit outside and read while they relax. There is a small section of artificial grass. Dogs are allowed on the couch with me unless you prefer I not allow it. I can walk them in the morning early, usually between 7:00-7:30 am. Afternoon walks are typically between 2:30-4:00. I am flexible with when evening walks happen. Dogs don’t ever have to be crated here, but I can do so if you provide the crate. On the weekends, I can certainly let them out more often than the 4-8 hours indicated on the app. Some weekdays, however, may fall within that window depending on my work schedule. I require proof or rabies and other vaccines at the meet and greet, please.
