About: I Grew up with dogs and have two of my own. Boarded dogs since I was in college. Worked with different types of dogs and families! I work different jobs and mostly from home. I have two boys (12 & 10). They are well behaved and always help me with the boarding pups whenever they can The backyard is closed and fenced. I have artificial turf for pups to go potty. About: After we lost my childhood Maltipoo, Chibi, to old age after Covid, we were heart broken. Chibi had lived a long 18 years with us but unfortunately, it became her time. After months of healing, a stray would often make its way into our backyard and we would feed and care for it. At this time, my stepdad did not want any more pets, so we could not keep her. Fortunately, he saw how happy (Tesla) made us and he allowed us to bring her inside. My mom took her to the vet soon after and we discovered she was chipped. (Tesla) had been missing for well over 6 months traveling from Hermosa Beach to Torrance! Her family was ecstatic to have her back and it was during Christmas time, which was truly a Christmas miracle. We were sad to lose her, but felt like we did a good deed returning her home. Because of what happened, my stepdad allowed us to adopt a cat. We were connected to an animal rescue through a friend and soon after, we adopted our furbaby, Misha. Misha is a 10lb female Tuxedo (domestic short hair) with a white mustache. She loves to play, fetch (yes, fetch!), eat, and sleep. What a life! She isn’t a lap cat, but she is social enough that she always wants to be near you. She is also a woman of many nicknames such as: Minky, Mimi, Misha Moo, MishMish, etc. She truly has brought so much joy to our lives and I can’t imagine a home without her.
About: Since 2016, I have had three cats of my own, one from a rescue and two that were strays, who allowed me to understand the autonomy and needs of a little being. Whether they were sick, or sick of the food they've been eating, I provided the most appropriate care for them to make this the best life out of their nine lives!

About: I have been in the vet industry for 5 years as a vet assistant/technician and currently in college to further my veterinary career. I absolutely love all animals and I am only working part time due to my schooling so I have extra time to spend with new fur babies! About: I have had a dog in the home for 16 years and have also had three cats. I live in a good sized apartment right next to a large park, I take my dog out 3-5 times a day since we work from home. I do not feed any human foods to our dogs other than veggies and fruits that are safe for consumption. Very cautious to bloat in dogs as our dog is 25% great dane. My dog is well trained and is up to date with all vaccinations and is on flea medication. I work from home and have a 2.5 yr old dog. She is a Labrador and 25% great dane. She is well trained and super friendly and gentle. She gets more than 3 walks a day as she lives playing fetch. I am mostly always home unless I need to run to the store and gym in the morning. I have one friendly and playful dog, we go out 3-5 times a day and lots of grassy areas nearby. We keep an eye on her at all times since I do work from home. She gets fed twice a day with occasional doggy treats for being the best dog.

About: Fur Baby Caretaker LLC OUT OF TOWN AUGUST 14th-17th!! I’ve absolutely adored animals since I was 4yrs old. I started getting educated on animals at a young age and knew my dream was to work with animals. I started my professional career in the industry in 2017. I worked at a dog daycare and boarding facility for a year, then moved on to a facility for dogs and cats, which I worked at from 2018-2022. Over the years at these facilities, I’ve learned about proper care, training and grooming techniques for dogs, and care for cats. I have plenty of experience working with different breeds of dogs from the smallest teacup poodle, to the chunkiest bulldog, to the biggest Great Dane. I’ve worked with many different breeds, sizes and personalities in large daycare groups, so I’ve learned how to manage different demeanors in different settings. With cats, I understand their boundaries and don’t like to force any interaction on them, but if they are comfortable with it I give them lots of love. I’ve also volunteered at a shelter for dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, and rodents. At the shelter, I focused on learning how to properly care for rodents and cats. *I don’t discriminate against any pet’s breed, size, age, medical condition, etc. I treat them all with the best care.* **I am able to dispense oral medication to pets if necessary. I AM NOT CERTIFIED TO GIVE INJECTION (NEEDLE INVOLVED) MEDICATION** I work part time in Gardena in the afternoon-evening Mon-Fri, but typically am home or close by during most of the day and on weekends. I tend to stay local when running errands. My apartment is gated and a code or key is needed to enter the premises. We have a large grass area right out front, which is not gated. There’s plenty of grass and parks in the neighborhood to go to during walks. My apartment is on the second floor with the luxury of having the parking garage underneath me, so your pet running around the house won’t disturb anyone! I stay alert and aware of my surroundings at all times for safety purposes. I have multiple rooms and gates to separate pets when necessary (feeding, bedtime, rest breaks…etc.) My pets are flea treated regularly and stay up to date on their vaccines. **IMPORTANT NOTICE BELOW!!! In order to keep my home a healthy and clean environment for all, IF PETS ARRIVE WITH FLEAS I require a $50-$100 cleaning fee AND a flea bath may apply with a MINIMUM charge of $38/pet bathed. I HIGHLY recommend flea treatments and checking your pets for fleas BEFOREHAND to avoid additional charges. ADDITIONALLY, if your pet causes any damages to my property there will be a MINIMUM charge of $25 for repairs/replacements.**

Outside of traveling, schedule is very open and flexible to fit the needs of the client. 🥰 I'm very conscious and safe when animals are in my care just as if they were my own, in-home sitting I am respecting of all the animals but also the home. 🏡😊

About: I have been in the vet industry for 5 years as a vet assistant/technician and currently in college to further my veterinary career. I absolutely love all animals and I am only working part time due to my schooling so I have extra time to spend with new fur babies! I have much experience with big & small dogs, shy, anxious and frightened dogs due to my work I know exactly how to approach and treat a dog and to build that trust and bond :) I have always owned all types of dogs and many cats since a child and now have a frenchie and cat of my own that I adore. I am currently working part time and create my own work schedule so I have plenty of time for last minute and scheduled pet care! Having a dog of my own who is not dog friendly all of the time, I know the importance of keeping them at a safe distance with others or when it is socially safe and acceptable for them to interact with other dogs and humans. From working in an environment with dogs that clients leave with us to keep safe I know the importance of doors to be closed as possibly when entering a home and keeping a leash on at all times. Safety will always be my top priority!
